I have rated Betvictor 5 stars after a positive experience with customer support. I contacted them regarding an issue with the Live Casino Game, Funky Time, which would not load up and had been like this for months. I contacted them multiple times regarding the issue and they didn’t do anything. I was going to give a review of low stars, however they got in contact with me after a couple of days and fixed the issue. Even more, they put $10 casino bonus money into my account for the trouble. Thank you Betvictor. Even though customer service was slow at first, it was nice to know my issue did find its way to the appropriate team and got resolved. Every other aspect of using this online casino has been positive and I would highly recommend this provider.

I’m here to complain about parimatch site which is owned by betvictor group. Since they don’t care about their customers in their trustpilot page which has a stunning 1.3 out of 5.My issue with these thieves is I took a bonus of 100%, deposited 40$ and got 40$ bonus with a 35x WR. I wagered the 1400$ with a balance of 700$ and few bucks. Then suddenly 300$ were taken from my money account. Went to customer service and was told that bonus has a 10x max cash out which is not true as I rade all the 17 terms of the bonus and still have a screenshot of these very terms as there is no mention at all of any max cashout.Then I wrote an email to their support as live chat customer service is useless. Waited few days to tell me this:”We have double-checked the information additionally and made a corresponding clause in the rules of the bonus offer. Compensation in this situation for the used bonus is not provided.You can familiarize yourself with all available bonus offers on our website, “Promo” tab url of parimatch Also, another url of parimatch”Never had an issue by the way with betvictor.com but their other site called parimatch it’s something that you should be aware of.

Do not believe the fake customer service reviews the slots are dead it robs you any time you deposit if they have got so many good reviews about customer service either the service is so bad you have to contact them or they are paid for use your brain!

Just lost as you do. Played a promotion and won bonuses. Guess what? Never got them, would not work. Went to the live chat and spoke to the worse CSR named Ryan. Took 45 mins and he barely spoke to me, dude needs some training. He must have been having his breakfast while I was trying to get some help. He was responding every 10 mins or not even at all. Then he had the audacity to tell me about their abuse policy!! But I wasn’t abusive!!! I told him what about the policy about him not doing his job properly??? Then he transfers the chat to another person because he could not take my feedback. Told the 2nd guy to close my account because Ryan’s worst customer service has put me off. Stay away from this site. I am done.

Betvictor is in general quite a good bookmaker. Fast payouts and good promotions. The lines aren’t the sharpest around for North American sports but they have good prices in many other markets.
