Just heard the ad on Radio for England to Bring it home at 100/1 ‘Head on over to Bet Victor’ said Harry, So I did, signed up and deposited.No such offer exists, started Chatting with a bot that was useless, finally got a human. She said, the offer is no longer available as the games started last night (7th June)…..but the ad was JUST on the radio (Classic FM @ 15:55 8//6/24)I complained, so they closed my account instantly. I really do hope a representative of betvictor sees this and replies on time.My account have been closed for no reason at all. After playing for a couple of hours I have managed to win $1000 on my account. Right after I clicked on withdraw, they have started to ask me a bunch of verification which I thought was already done as it says “account is fully verfied”. They have asked me to take a photo of myself holding my license etc, sending proof of addresses and my work pay slip. Which I have successfully uploaded so. Unfortunately betvictor have still chosen to “CLOSE MY ACCOUNT” after successfully withdrawing my winnings. And ever since I have been trying to get in touch with the accounts team and all they tell me is “Your account have been closed as a business decision” How convenient is that? Won €62 only for them to be ‘unable to verify my address’. This is because I lived in student halls at the time hence I didn’t get sent bills, which was supposedly their only means of address verification. Subsequently they closed my account and stole my money. I left a review before which got deleted for some reason, they said they would look into it and never bothered. Do not bet with this company, they will steal your money.

If I could give no start I would! Opened an account 10 days ago and have deposited low amounts. Havnt won anything and then won a small amount. Withdrew the money and it sat as pending for days, logged In To check status and they have closed my account!! Was told that is was a “business decision” really confused as everything was all set up and they were very happy to take my deposits but the minute I won, my account was closed!! All emails are a waste of time and don’t reply!! Wish I had read the reviews online beforehand as this is apparently quite a regular incident to happen… take your money and then when they lose and their profits are affected and need to pay you out, they close your account!!! Close my account cause I complained about one session politely. Had to go through a phonecall to be told your restricted cause you give bad feedback and we want to control how you play. I was having issues with the new customer sports deposit match, but thats when I met two great customer service agents in Chris and Mar who not only were super friendly but very kind and understanding. Its not often you see great customer service from people but these two were exceptional at it. Not only did I get my promo but the wager requirements were made lower out of a good gesture.
