Stay away from this site unless you want them to know all your business. They took quite a bit of money of me in deposits and I didn’t win a penny but hey ho that how gambling goes you win some you lose some. However they then asked me for documentation to show I could gamble which I did send. That was fine, but then they started talking to me asking me to provide evidence about an old ccj do been on my credit file. This is too much personal information and certainly none of their business. If they had asked this same question when I signed up I would have still said it was none of their business and not bet on their site at all. So be careful with this site as they will take quite a bit of money off you first before then asking you for too much personal information.

Really weird casino. So after losing horribly, they flagged my account and want to talk to me personally. (?) Since when? They basically ask me all these invasive questions, like do I know how much I lost (what do you think ?), and if I gamble elsewhere (why is that your business) and how they want to set limits on my account (excuse me?). If you are depositing money for sports, DO NOT use the matching bonus!!! You have to win 10 times your deposit in 31 days at odds of 1.75 or higher! By my calculation, it is almost impossible so it’s pretty much legalized theft. You will have to place large bets to qualify and a short losing streak will wipe out your account. My suggestion would be to stay away from this site.

Really used to love this site and would have recommended it to anybody that asked but recently after almost a year of using the site and making multipal deposits and withdrawals I have suddenly been asked to verify my account after making a large deposit and to be frank the timeframe for verification is a JOKE compared to most other sites. I have been waiting 7 days and just received an email to say my documents are only now being reviewed. Unable to withdraw my deposit even though it hadn’t be played at all. Denied me a cashout offer due to a game being suspended for over 2 hours! Was offered to me before the 3pm kick offs finished but soon as they ended no cash out got all the pictures and video to prove it. Can’t suspend my cashout for a game thats finished for over a hour and then say its settled to then switch the teams that did settle to unsettled which denied my cashout again. Was only when my next leg lost by drawing instead of winning for you to then decide that all games have no longer been suspended and are now settled i would of cashed out it was 4625/1 of a £1 5/12 won next 3 games were favourites to win a cashout offer should of been there you do it with ALL my other bets but the big bet you had issues with settling the bets. Avoid them all they will take your money no questions asked but try winning a big bet and watch them try and keep that money away from you by any means even if they got to mess with the app to do it.

They’ve found such a way that it’s so obvious that the reviews written under the name of customer support are fake! Wow, really! They want to treat people like fools! One of the worst companies ever! They are at the bottom when it comes to RTP. For example, you deposit 100, it goes down to 30, rises to 95, and this happens at least 4-5 times until your money runs out! They just want to profit themselves, they don’t want anyone else to win. You try the same game at a lesser-known gaming company, and even on your first membership, you can see at least 4-5 times your deposit, but at Betvictor, it’s almost impossible to win 4x even after months! Don’t be fooled by the games with high RTP; even at the highest, there are at least 80 spin losses per 100 spins. The same thing happened at least 5 times, the system algorithm seems to change the moment you make a withdrawal, and you start losing all of a sudden. Remember! Your money supports these companies, the tax, the gaming companies, and various sponsorships, etc. You are the last and the least likely to win! You don’t know the deals they make with the game companies or anything else! You press a spin, and you almost have no chance but to lose.

I tried to withdraw £100 that I had won and 5 days later I still don’t have the money. I’ve contacted them several times and chatted with some pleasant people but none of my interactions have resulted in the money being paid. I’ve also asked for information so my bank can trace the payment and they haven’t supplied this. Based on my experience to date I wouldn’t recommend betting with them. I’ll keep trying to get my money but I’m not exactly hopeful.
