I got help from ethan on live chat he did an amazing job as for gaming i had been doing ok but yesterday i found that each time you deposit money they raise the lowest amount for quick depost i ended depositing £40 instead of £20 i lost £100+ in less than 30 minutes

Garbage this site just takes like I said in the last one. I’ve deposited 3 times and haven’t had a bonus or a win over a few pounds. You can tell something is off. OK great the customer service people are wonderful. That’s nice to have but a little fairway would be better. They keep taking about rtp or whatever we’ll mine is like 6 percent. There is no win a little lose a little. Its just money going away in 2 minutes with no chance of winning. Go to Ladbroke or party casino. Or any other site where you at leat have a chance of winning. Thanks bet victor for being the tightest casino in the UK. I won 2 pence on 20 spins they gave and won a spin on the thing where you can win free spins. I’m not even going to try to spin with that. I literally confused the poor bloke cos hed never seen the issue i had ( technical website issue relating to prediction game ). Not only did he fix it – he then, got me the free bet i was unable to use & was out of date ( i didnt know ) & placed a bet for me as the system could not ,how cool is that !? never had help like that its normally copied & pasted from a script . Complete farse of a company steer clear. Account closed for no reason at all after depositing money. They just said it was a business decision.and was about to win a bet and they closed the account. Highly advise to stay away from BetVictor and go to other sites paddypower skybet etc as I never had a issue with them

One of the best online casino experiences I’ve had in Ontario. Good odds and pleasant app. No trouble depositing or withdrawing or setting limits. I do wish they had better bonuses and promotions, but that is just me wishing!I haven’t played on BV for a month or so since I’m trying to get off online gambling but I will always have a fond memory.

Opened a new account deposited some money and won £1300 which I immediately withdrew. The withdrawal was cancelled shortly after and I was asked to send in verification documents it has been 5 days and my documents are still pending verification. Worst experience with a gambling site, I won’t be using them again Edit- I have now been told it will take 6 days to verify documents!!

Funny how these horrible scumbags get all the negative reviews removed by trust pilot so their left with the good 1s. The place is awful the slots are rigged beyond belief. ONCE AGAIN I have not been awarded my friend referral bonus…Very disappointed with the services i have received, unprofessional & incompetent chat agents, a system that does not honor friend referral bonus’ & inconsistent information given by customer service agents…i would definitely stay away & avoid the headaches, also would not refer any friends or ANYONE period. If you want to learn how this company treat their customers read the 1 star reviews not the meaningless 4/5 star reviews about customer service.As with other dubious bookmakers they will move the goalposts as soon as you start making any money, and withdraw supposed loyalty and bonus offers.It is a bit of a contradiction to offer a loyalty club and then when you sign up to it and start winning it is removed from your account.Says it all that they can pay ex-football managers to endorse them with cliched radio ads but treat customers with contempt.There are bookies out there who offer much better prices and don’t screw their customers. AVOID.PS. Typical copy and paste response from the bookie. They don’t actually mean a word of what they say.

Very pleased with customer assistance. Spoke to Max and helped me with both issues I encountered. Closed my account with Betway as they have no customer care service at all . My partner won £160 off a 20p real cash spin and played through £40 of the winnings (they could have just withdrawn straight away). Ended up at £125. Restricted/removed my welcome bonus as soon as I deposited money. Contacted customer services and they wouldn’t answer why, just cut and pasted an irrelevant answer to a different question, removed my welcome bonus after depositing money through the welcome bonus link. Customer services not able to answer my question so had to make a complaint and now have to wait 2 weeks. Have withdrawn my money again and highly recommend people avoid this site like the plague along with all other BV Group owned gambling sites (Bet Victor and Heart Bingo are the 2 I’m aware of)

RUBBISH RUBBISH RUBBISH AND MORE RUBBISH. The games are clearly very rigged. 500 plus spins on a number of games, not a single bonus. NOT even one. And this isn’t the first nor the third time. If that is not rigged I’m not sure what rigging. They come with this crap that it’s random, when it’s clearly obvious it isn’t. Liars, watch them come with their copy and paste comment.
