Looks like they’ve removed my honest review! So I’ll rewrite another! DONT NOT TOUCH THESE THIEVES! In 3 days I’ve deposited over £1600 pound and believe me I’ve had absolutely NOTHING back played the same game to get the same consistent algorithm/RNG and the worst RTP imaginable..they say you have to do thousands of spins for it to reflect the RTP given, but when you try 10s of thousands of spins and accumulate one bonus every 500 spins for an absolute pittance then you know it’s pre determined scripted and just a scam! I was getting back £2 on £2 stakes and garbage like 7x on £2 😂😂 they need internally investigating by a 4th party as they’re clearly fobbing off the gaming commission with back handers! Safe to say I have closed the account for good and they won’t see the light of day! I will advise you all to video your gaming sessions as you’ll see the same persistent pattern! I will be taking this further and employ you all just swiftly close your accounts and starve these crooks…no custom no money they don’t deserve anyone’s custom period they’re frauds and fake. Delete my review again Betvictor and I’ll take this above the gaming commission and make sure you’re fined and shut down you’re a disgraceful waste of air!

First off my issue is several large bets placed on a match were voided. No form of contact made, no real reason given. The only noticeable issue on the game I bet on, was Betvictor made a mistake with the Kick Off time? Betvictor odds at the time the bets were placed were nothing special compared to other bookies, they just about edged the other big names out for this match which is why I placed my bets with them.Much more disgusting issue is that they hire people to give fake 5 star reviews on trustpilot giving this fake 4.3 star rating, this is even more immoral than voiding bets only hours before kick off which happened to me.Zero morals whatsoever. If you want to see a true reflection of what Betvictor and its other companies (Parimatch and Talksportbet) are all about, just look for the 1 star ones!

Reached out to customer support (Jayce) and they agreed to reverse a sizeable bet I had placed in error when they were not obligated to do so. It was all done in under 2 minutes and I had expected to go back and forth with them for possibly hours. Very rare for a sportsbook to do this especially for a new customer.

I really dont like writing this review.the staff are lovely when you need to make contact on the phone always polite via email always quick.The website has gone horrendous, Games are crashingwhen you sign up for the spinners rewards 10-10-30-50Twice in two weeks its been a total waste of time,the 10 free games today kept crashing, then it gave an error message about a voucher. Not talking about huge wins but 30 pounds + have gone a distant memory there’s one game I love playing 5p a go.Not to win but just to enjoy, you would always win 5-10 pounds, now nothing. I had an issue with, somehow, ending up with multiple iterations of 2 bets I placed. A quick call on the chat feature and Chris professionally and quickly sorted it out with no hassles and drama. The multiple iterations were all deleted at no cost to me – ie the duplicate bets were voided and i was re-credited with the stake money. When an error outside the control of the site user happens, this response is exactly what you hope for. Well done, Chris and well done BetVictor

AVOID!!!! I have been trying for over a week to verify my account nothing appears to be good enough even though you can clearly see my address without any issues and they are still refusing and therefore withholding my money. I will be seeking legal action against this company as I have repeatedly given them more than enough evidence. I have also been emailing and heard nothing and the live chat customer service is shocking! So I will be taking actions further the incompetence is unbelievable!!!

Mr Jayce told me they don’t do offers on request and asked me to leave here review. Unfortunately I asked another live agent (Chris) and he accepted my request and forwarded it to proper department. So Mr Chris was very professional while Mr Jayce wasn’t. If you talk to their agents and don’t get satisfaction response, try with another one.

Nice platform, terrible customer service. Also when you start to win with live betting they input a super long delay that makes it almost impossible to live bet. They also limit your selections when you do win. I won a couple first half winner bets and suddenly I can no longer do those bets live: with the time delay I also can not do many live bets. Customer service, especially Christina, are useless and bots, automatic replies with no explanations ever given. Withdrawals are fast at least

Got absolutely rinsed yesterday! Over £700 on multiple stakes ranging from 20p-£2 better believe the bonuses were woeful…£2 stakes gave two bonuses and the returns 9x and 17x yet at 40p stake would double both stakes…barely got me anywhere at all would pay a bit then absolutely rinse it all back..most bonuses were taking 20/25 + baits to land (fishin frenzy by the way very easy to bonus normally) definitely wasn’t seeing any representation of 96% RTP for sure was getting one absolutely average bonus in every like 15 and when I mean average I mean £30 the rest were all between 80p (often stake back bonuses) and £16..had to record it as 5 times in a row it paid the exact same amount..surly impossible? The fisherman is absolutely a joke..literally was coming out ONCE every 10 free spins either first or last spin…when he come out 2/3 times in a bonus he’d collect nothing…had four 15 free spin bonuses (4 scatter board) come out TWICE in all 4 boards…I mean Jesus I know you will always lose but it’s hardly enjoyable anymore I’d of thought over like 14 hours of gameplay I’d of seen a change in the machine or atleast a little bit of the £700 I got stuffed for…I’d of happily taken £200 and a £500 loss but the bonuses were 99% woeful…it dead bonuses far to often (meaning he comes out zero times in 10 spins) believe me happened 4 times in a row and the bonus paid literally stake back or a couple of quid…honestly just make playing online enjoyable again and make it fair it’s all we punters ask for is a bit of fairness and some actual fun along the way..not to be rinsed every single deposit it’s just not fun anymore!

I’ve never ever felt the need to review a casino but BetVictor is hands down The worst betting site I’ve ever played online. Initially I won £45 from a bet, I used that on the casino winning £640. I withdrew that and customer services were really helpful when I had issues with withdrawal. I’ve since deposited over £1000 in less than a week and it’s just dead spins with the odd £20 win on a bonus round. Gambling is gambling – you only play what you can afford. I’m registered and use a few other Casinos and the returns are reasonable. Some days you win, some days you loose but with Betvictor is just awful. I’ve closed my account for this very reason.. I’d avoid this site, unless you’re happy to loose.

Wouldn’t both registering for the site as they can take up to 9 days to verify your account and during that period you can’t deposit or place any bets so just a waste of time opening the account.I registered on 10/11/23 and it’s been 7 days now and account still shows they are processing my ‘source of income’ how long does it take to process one document lol so iv decided to just close the account I mean who has time to wait up to 10 days and then they might even come back and say they need more documents and then wait another 10 days hahaOnly good thing was that the money I did deposit but couldn’t use as account was restricted straight after depositing lol I was able to withdraw which was proceed in around 12 hours so quick withdrawal that’s why they get 2 stars instead of 1

I used to love this site for playing slots. Win some and lose some. Had some big wins and brilliant selection of games. Now though, it’s like someone has halved the RTP on the games. Bonuses take ages to drop and only pay pennies. Tried a couple of games again today and, once again, I’m disappointed at the lousy return. I know it’s gambling but it also needs to be fair.

Look my problem was with there promotions feel mislead with certain ones so be careful. I’m actually writing while I’m in the middle of a live chat with them for the second time even they don’t know what’s going on. Please don’t read this thinking I’m angry because I lost a lot of money as this is not the case. I think there are better casinos out there to use. But this is my opinion.

Hmmmm, with the amount of money ploughed into this shambles of a casino you’d think maybe once you’d get a bonus here and there but alas nope!! I have received assistance by various agents this evening in Bet Victor and although I am an ignorant newbie and I have to say they have all been above average in both their treatment of me their attitude and their competence I have tried to join a few casinos in my three week gambling career of late!and I have been made to feel either like a criminal a fraudster or an idiot by the majority and I am pleased to say every single agent at Bet Victor treated me extremely well and they knew what they were doing and were extremely competent! Recently joined and my experience so far has been mixed. Downside first: Their welcome bonus is misleading and… basically worse than useless. The T&C are a bit vague, but I was able to confirm with support via chat that not only do the bonus funds get wiped out if you don’t hit the 10x churn within a week (crazy short time frame), but all the money you win from those bets also will get wiped out. That’s far more punitive than any site I’ve ever encountered in terms of promotion terms. On the other side, the site to me seems pretty clean and easy to use, and I spoke with Thomas via chat about the promotion situation, and he was able to get rid of the bonus and just convert my funds back to my original deposit in cash. While it was a little slow, he explained what I needed clarified and helped me with a solution.
