Cant say a word bad about them. Put 300 on same day withdrawal of 13500 payed within 24hrs had a problem with a 2k pending payment they tried say was processed. Spoke to live chat and a email was sent within 24hrs apologising and the money in my bank! All done in 2days work

We all know that slots are designed to take your money but BetVictor take this to a whole new level of just pure greed.I asked for a lifetime RTP, got the email and I can tell you just one slot that stuck out, The Dog House, I have had 12,000 spins on this slot and my RTP over that period is 73%. I have been using BetVictor for some time now. I have high amounts of deposits 20k+. When I won 12k+ they restricted my account and asked for documentation such as tax information, bank accounts, ID’s…etc. I provided them with all information the same day. My account is still restricted 3 weeks later and they will not give me a time table for when they will give me my money. I have tried to contact them multiple times but they give the same response each time. Last week i tried to check if it had been finished and they closed my account. Originally they told me it would take 72hrs, then 2 weeks and now they are saying months. They are liars and scammers. I have been fair with them.They will drop a comment below saying to contact their customer support, however the customer support has been useless as far as the verification process. They have zero intention of paying out and therefore the only responsible response is legal action.

Signed up, auto verified and received email, deposited 700 to bet on England u21s final, as soon as this happened they requested 4 different verifications and took 72h to check them, also requested a further bank statement to prove I had made the deposit even though the funds are still in the account? Then rejected my proof and asked for another one, awful customer service and an awful “finance department” . This happened last Wednesday, it’s now Wednesday again, a full week holding my funds.

A zero star rating would be low. Scammers they did not apply a responsible gaming limit to my account until i lost £1500. and now no chance of this money back as its restricted.After getting my account verified, i started playing, won, and withdrew my winnings, quite efficient and fast withdrawals. I ended up on a losing streak after that. only to be told that they are restricting my account and i will only be able to deposit £200 per month. This is the same day I lost over £1500. Betvictor has not been doing ethical business. I wish the Gambling comission takes away the license of this unethical business.I was doing tennis betting on Rublev vs Karatsev 2nd round match. Rublev was leading 5-4 and i bet 1000 pounds for rublev to win the set. Rublev lost the next game and both became 6-6. Later Rublev won the first point of the tie break and The amount that i could cash out was 746. I decided to see if he can win more points to get more cashout value. He lost next point. The app never gave me any cash out amount. I realised now Bet victor got into scam mode. I went into web version of betvictor and what a scam ?? Both the app neither the website gave any cash amount for the rest of the tie break.I am not worried about loosing some of the amount but i could have cashed out 600 pounds and betvictor scam mode made me loose it.Sometimes the app is slow on updating the results and the cash out value. Scam. Great customer service!I also had a bit of confusion when I used the welcome bonus, the deposit is matched 100% up to $400 dollars. However, the whole amount (deposit + bonus) is awarded as a bonus and needs to be wagered 10x (so 400 deposit = $4000 wager requirements).The bonus expires in 7 days but if you contact support they will extend the day count until you either A run out of money or B finish the wager requirement.I spoke to a very nice CSR named Pavol and he took the time to explain all of this to me. Very poor and cheeky on their welcome offers. Id apparently signed up to another one of their brands so didnt qualify for the welcome offer yet it let me sign up an account and said I was eligible. They only tell you after youve deposited and lost your bet. Customer service didnt want to help either. Stole my money?! Don’t use this company(Bet365, WH, and Ladbrokes are better anyway). They wouldn’t return my money(legitimately paid from money I’d earned in my job), until I filled out a questionnaire that asked a bunch of questions that I didn’t have the answers for? This company is a complete and total fraud. Very experienced scammers and very cold. I’ve never experienced this in my life. After being verified i played a second game few weeks my first game which i lost. Few hours to the match my account was closed claiming dishonesty activities on my account. I just bet nothing dishonest about that.
