A useless betting firm that restricts you to no bets if you win – then asks if they can help with anything else ?!? Asked if they do burger delivery or taxi services and to contact when they move into an area they feel confident operating in. Shame as they were once leaders !

Be careful with live casino games, I discovered the mega wheel game and won some money in my first 20 deposit, I have lost a lot after, they will make you win at the begining to make you addictive, then get all your money, not a joke but today I was trying number 30 and 40 for a long period of time, they never come and all of a sudden the displayed a message on my phone saying this table is full, try another one, I was already playing there for a long time so why? After more than 10 attempts I have managed to get back to the game and I was saying to myself I bet 30 or 40 already come, what was my surprise both numbers had already come 30 was last and 40 about 5 last, what a joke!!!! This is fully fix and they know what is coming, cheaters I have cashed out my football open bets and I will never play again with you cheaters, I have got a screen recorded about this incident, Cheaters!!

Had an account for over 50 years with VC as a low staking horse racing punter. So have had a good run. Maximum 5-10 bets a week over last few years for a few pounds. Overall they have taken money from me or have at the best broken even. Clearly their traders don’t like making money. Like many bookmakers they don’t seem capable of running a book and just close accounts with no reason or warnings given. It’s time someone looked at the way they do business. The recent white paper debate hits out at punters whilst it should look at the bookies. Always praised VC but sadly no longer.

DIRTY CHEATERS. When I paid in there was no trouble and I lost. As soon as I won and want to withdraw suddenly thousands of verification documents. I sent photos with ID statement from the bank bill. Nothing helps. Going forward, I’ll only use Planoff. They are the only ones who promptly release my funds to me.I will report the matter to the supervisory authorities I have all correspondence and screenshots.

Should really get rid of all these fake positive reviews. Site is rigged to make you lose. Tried an experiment on 4 different gambling accounts with them. 1,000 deposited in each account. All bad losses all same day all on slots. Probably worth for the gambling commission to have a look at them.

Be careful of this company.If you play Casino/Games etc (non reality) then you are wasting your time and money.I have been monitoring by betting schedule concerning outgoings/bets and incomings/winnings.Basically, every 100 you bet with your return will be approximately 10-15 (without any surprise bonus wins).You dont need to be a Rocket Scientist to know that you are best to stay away from this company and to be honest, keep away from Gambling as there is only ONE WINNER – GAMBLING COMPANIES (they ruin your life).

I tried to have 50 ew on a 33-1 shot on a handicap sprint at Beverley. They said the payout – about 2000 – exceeds the maximum for that type of race. Utter drivel. Live chat denied that I had been restricted and said their traders assessed each race and sometimes sadly couldnt lay as much as the customer wanted to bet. This would be logistically impossible and its obvious they only restrict winning accounts. Victor Chandler used to send me a personally signed Christmas card when I was a telephone customer – this current outfit is dragging his name through the mud.

I don’t rate this bookmaker. Joined a month ago and then they restricted my account. When I checked the account it said the restriction was due to my failure to verify my phone number and email. OK. So I verified them. The restriction was not removed so I contacted their help desk – they having not bothered to contact me advising if the restriction or the reason for it. Then they said it was their Trading dept decision and ‘irreversible’! Look elsewhere for peaceful punting is my advice!

Worst site ever for payouts be lucky if u deposit and play 100 you might win 20 quid then lose it, always chasing your losses!! Never play this site and get into I’ll win eventually as you won’t. Read other reviews. They say they are compliant and honest. Haha next joke.
