I saw an new customer offer but managed to mess up the sign up process. I spoke to Jamie and Thomas on the live chat who sorted me out in no time. It was the easiest and quickest live chat I've experienced. It was made better by the transcript being emailed to me so I had reassurance that when I needed to contact them again to credit my free bets there was a record of what had been agreed.

I was in a live chat session with Mar, they were kind enough to assist me even when I thought nothing could be done. I really appreciate all the work they done and appreciated a lot

Disappointing! Been a member of BV for some time now and did the Grand National on Saturday. Qualified for their 'spin the wheel' promo but they have restricted my account so the promotion doesn't work. No idea why this has happened? I won't be using this bookmaker again and I advise others do the same!

Absolute joke trying to verify my account. Take a photo with your ID - rejected!. Send a copy of your bank statement with your transaction.. Still pending so doesn't appear on my statement. Live chat doesn't reply. Avoid avoid avoid!!

Just Another book, thought they were different, used them for about 10 years.
