Made a withdraw on 2nd march general it takes an hour or two to go to my bank account,but it is now 7th march and still not recived withdraw emails sent same response no problems so where is my withdraw

Most betting companies have draining long customer service centres that do your head in even with the most minor issues. I spoke with Jacob and he answered all my queries quickly and without issue, a huge breath of fresh air to the status quo.

I opted in for the wrong bonus, the $300 bet credit instead of the $600. This was resolved very easily with Kamil leaving a note on my account for when I placed a qualifying bet. When I contacted support again the bet credit was instantly credited to my account by Sue. Both were extremely easy to deal with!

Been with Betvictor for years-always reliable etc. until now (last 2 weeks). The site works very poorly from my Desktop (tried various browsers) Their Help did not really help. I can only put a single on the horses I can’t retain selections etc. to put a line on-I have no such problems with other sites. I guess I will be using competitors for Cheltenham. I bet you! it is due to being made better for mobile phone use.

Well to start there was no bull???? at withdrawal. Next my money arrived in 18hrs the first time and has never taken longer than a week. They have friendly and helpful support like Jesus the agent i dealt with today. The win ratio is awesome not like lots where you take a bonus and loseveveryplay till your broke without hitting a free spins or pot at all. Betvictor isn’t like that. Really pleased when I first opened up a few months ago. Always completed the sports loyalty tier and its a great idea (Though the MEGA WHEEL at the end tends to reward less than the tiers before). The site however isnt great. Regular issues viewing racing streams and I once had to wait over 5hrs for a winning horse bet to settle because they had no trader to do so at that time of night. Decided Id contact customer care and explains my issues lately and possibly close my account. Without any real review into the complaints the account was closed within a few seconds. Possibly would have stayed if they reviewed my complaints better.

As a useful bit of information before you sign up. BV do not accept any online banks (Monzo, starling, Revolut etc). They have said it is a business decision.This is fine, but information should have been transparent before you waste time signing up, only to find you cannot deposit any money.

I must say the service of agent Jesus was exceptional. However I have given 3 star as I had several issues with a withdrawal I made even though I am fully verified customer. Jesus joined the live chat and was able to resolve my issue within a few hours that no one else could resolve in 5/6 days. This would have been a 1 star review if it wasnt for the great service of Jesus. Be grateful to have someone like that on your team as this would have been a horrendous review needless to say a complaint too.

If you are looking for a mediocre company, you found it,guys.I deposited more than $15K in a month, not a single time I was rewarded a free games feature that is more than 0.75 cents that I bet on, which returned of course just joke a few multipliers.None of my high stake bets were able to get rewarded, I opened over 400 sessions. Which shows their greedy RTP is just a gimmick.Sportsbook is another joke. I made a parlay, I am ahead,but cash outs are suspended. Their juice is a lot higher compared to other bookmakers, yet, they still try to block the cash outs while the player is ahead.Their bonus system is disaster.My caliber players used to get alot more privileges before Ontario banned respected bookmakers such as willhill etc. So We ended up these greedy, sketch casinos as Ontarians.And the only reason I came here, I had a few big wins at Leo Vegas and they kind of gave me hard time for back to back stupid verifications in a few months like 4 times ,the only thing left was my DNA. I cashed out on a 9 team accumulator today for 390 and confirmed this on the app. I also have a screenshot of this. Little did I know when I looked at my balance it was not credited. Ive been into the live chat team and awaiting feedback but it has been a horrible experience for me and it shows that the app and cash out is unreliable. Im awaiting feedback from Bet it or so this review covers the app and the lack of credibility around it.

I have lost count of how many times I have put accumulators on and the bet is suspended from start to finish giving you no option at any point to cash out. Absolute joke.
