Currently going through a situation when one min I’m in credit to all of a sudden being minus, I’ve checked all my history and can’t see anything. I’ve never experienced this in my 20+years of betting. I went on chat, but was issued a transcript rolled of the computer robot style, I questioned it to be told it will now be addressed by another team and I’ll have to wait till the next day. Why should I? When it’s my own money. Really not happy with this.

I deposited an an amount of money and they asked to verify my self. But I didn’t have all the ID they asked for , as I don’t have any letters to this address as I live with my parents. So I went onto chat and told them I didn’t have all the ID I requested and can I have the deposit back. And they said no. I need to provide ID before I withdraw!!! So basically they have my deposit for nothing. Keep well away from this site.

If you continue to restrict heavily ‘winning accounts’ to a point of offering only pence per wager, you need to MAKE THIS CLEAR in your advertising. To falsely give the impression clients can continue to win beyond a certain limit, in some cases over 2,500 in a one month period is disingenuous in the extreme. The relevant gaming operational reviews of this company have real issues with the Bet Victor business and gaming practices (Bet Victor are one of many gaming companies) that are not addressed in your replies. I accept your administration customer service may be ‘good’ but for a gaming company it is not at all relevant, as your ‘stock’ answers to relevant operational criticisms on here attest. The fact BetVictor is putting such pressure on TrustPilot to take down my reviews if my identity is not revealed make me think there is a concerted effort to manage of the site’s score of 4.4, which is frankly beyond fantasy. I’m ready to make this review’s authenticity as big or as public as Bet Victor would like, if they truly believe their advertising is not misleading.. Let’s go..

Why don’t you answer the questions you are asked instead of using a script you have in my case it’s very clear what my gripe is why dint you say we void the bet give you the stake back so even when you think you have win you haven’t if this was done from a shop you would get away with it
