Started off great with bet victor.straightforward and withdrawn money in bank account in an hour.i bet on handball and was on a good run and had withdrawn just over a thousand pounds in winnings in a few days.then when went to put next bet on it was restricted and at one time I could put on 1.75p which I took as an insult.
Bet victor great but like a lot of others dont like it when you win.i withdrew my money and wont use them again.

I had used betvictor for years then after betting on the american horse racing at the start of the first lockdown and only because there were no british horse racing, that is when i had stake restrictions.
I can only win up to 20 max winnings on horses and my football bets are restricted to just 10 winnings, its quite frankly pathetic.
I wanted to place a couple of bets on the euros but i cant win more than 10 so they make it impossible to bet.
I really have no respect for bookmakers that are too scared to take bets, its an embarrassment to the betting industry.
Seriously i would stay well clear, i had bet with them for so many years and if it wasnt for covid i dont even think i would be restricted as i never bet on the american horse racing.
Please just stay clear as u will end up being restricted, its almost impossible to not get restricted if u only bet on sports, mostly just football and horse racing, they love it if u lose thousands in the casinos but as i am not stupid enough to do this they restrict you

This is the best by far casino I choose to play on they are simply great! I logged in once and found 1000 in my account WoW. Never won that much in my entire life. Thank you bet victor. Just joined today and it was so a quick and simple process. Not sure why it's got bad reviews as so far it's been great!! Also, it has 30 min withdrawal time frames. Never seen that before so that's good

Things start off promising with this site, good odds, with visa fast funds you literally can withdraw your funds and have it within your bank in less than 2 minutes. However, you soon begin to learn every casino game you play or virtual game you play is rigged beyond belief, of course you're not meant to "Win" constantly but jesus at least make it a little bit less obvious that your games arent rigged to lose 99% of the time.

Tried withdrawing 4000 won’t let me refund back onto my other card on file they want it from the card I used for that transaction!! Spoke to around 10 people in the last 4 days bcoz the card I used will not accept deposits from other company it’s only a cash card!! Fed up beyond words!! Not getting help from no one!!

Playing fine no concerns untill the asked for documents where salary comes only had deposited 600 very odd from then banned me for 5 years due to been in benefits !! I gambled responsible and used all tools but seems they don’t want you if your not profitable !! Stay away banned me for 5 years !!? They accused me of being a problem gambler !! It’s a legitimate way operators can take as much of you as they like then use power of legislation to legally get rid of you giving you no change to win !!

Top notch customer service (usually from Tina!), who don’t leave you on hold for ages and sort your problem quickly and efficiently.

I had an issue with a bonus being credited due to a site issue and I connected to live chat and had it resolved within 1 minute. You wouldn’t even get an agent that fast on most betting sites!

I've been asked to rate the Chat, with which I have no problem on the rare occasion that I contact BetVictor. The Agents are always polite, knowledgeable and efficient.

I use a couple of other mainline Bookies and, in comparison, BV is generally showing the lowest odds, especially on horses.

Other than that, I'd recommend it as a good business.

You actually never win with them. Also they do not keep up to the promotions they offer. I had offer from them, I fulfilled my end and I never seen the promissed gratification. Never use them again.

Used to have him on messenger until he decided out of the blue to close my account. I thereforefore closed his and yet again he kicked off something chronic so i just blocked him on messenger. I’m in the middle of waiting for my withdrawal and from what I’ve read on here and other sites seems like they use any excuse to take money well I’m makin sure I read the small print! As I’ve withdrew using my mums card before so if they try not paying me then I’m definitely taking it further!

Just joined. Sports betting is very easy to use. Its all clear and easy to search for bets.

Appalling, set an account up and had to wait over 3 hours for my first bet to settle so I could receive the welcome offer.

Iv made 3 deposits all instant as per usual, made 2 withdrawals via the "visa fast funds" the first took 5hours the second is 17 hours and counting…..

Used to be good but they cut my limits down to 1 which is so unreasonable. Basically they don’t want to entertain anyone who’s remotely half decent and only want price insensitive mugs.

Pathetic. Long term your business won’t survive. When you limit people to 1 max bet it’s a tacit admission you have no confidence in your prices. Grow a pair and actually do some bookmarking.

One of the Fair spin sites… but could do more. I have to say, I’ve won a fair bet from BetVictor. But again, I feel that the slots are still manipulated (in my opinion). I only say this because when I first signed up I won a fair bit, since then I haven’t won a thing, completely understand BetVictor have to balance the books (nod, nod, wink wink) so my advice would be once you win withdrawal straight away…saying that, I won roughly a few thousand withdrew but left a tenner. Have to give them a chance 😘

Absolutely disgusting RTP on slots. I do not think I have come across a worse site for return to player. After one initial win of 250, if you can call it a win after putting more in over time, I have had absolutely nothing back. The slots I have tried will give you 40p here and there from a 1 pound spin. I even activated the bounus and free spins on one slot in the same session. The bounus gave me around 5 pound and the 10 free spins about 1.50. How is this even legal? It is hard enough to activate bounus games and spins in the first place and even a win of 50 pound would be low but winning 6.50 in two bounus games on the same session is absolutely disgusting and a blatant rip off.

Stay away and try 32red instead. They have a much better selection of slots that do not look cheap and you can actually win sometimes.

I know gambling is gambling and you win and lose that is the game but these spots on here are nothing but a fixed cash grab.

So after joining this so called reputable site, I deposited and got my bonus etc, security checks etc all smooth going. Slot RTP % must be the worst of all the leading casinos, never ever win here its just dead spins and zero bonus rounds every time i play, When i go and play on another site my RTP % shots up but on betvictor its just spin after spin of nothing.

The rtp on the slots on this site are terrible as bad as its sister company parimatch. Remember if open an account with parimatch they automatically close the betvictor account. Very dodgy. Lost only 300 but its how it happened just consent near wins and I wasn't even betting high stakes mainly 60p. Had to block the slot games when obvs other forces are changing the results,to keep getting poor outcomes all the time on the betvictor account and when I had a parimatch account is dodgy much.

They have resolved my issues and were good enough to keep me feeling a human being not just like a machine like Majority of other bookmakers just block you out and blank you for life saying you have problems, they are afraid you going to win big money so they rather block you than allow you to get a chance of winning some money regardless whether u up or down!
