Hadn't received or been offered any rewards or bonus in quite a while so contacted betvictor and asked could they look into it for me, yes no problem they replied, following day got €70 with wagering requirements won €460.00 and was in my bank 17hrs later, with betvictor abet is a bet 10/10 for being a genuine casino you can trust.

So having going around in circles over a promotion I signed up for and deposited for wasn't honoured fully they finally contact me and said they will credit the spins (Less than what they advertise) as a "good will gesture".. I responded back to email which of course went ignored

Can't really speak on the much as Not fully played across the site but so far I doubt il play much again the situation over 50 spins seemed a bit excessive.

The advice I got on trying to sign up was poor. I tried to follow their instructions, both using live chat and email. it was as if one party did not know what the other party was telling me. It was very contradictory. In the end it was too difficult for this senior even with the help of my grand daughter. Too bad it looks like a decent site.

I took up this offer and they didn't give me the Spins I sent them screenshot etc but nope they wouldn't add them, They turned around and said I didn't opt into that promotion I opted in to the promotion that's the same but no spins…. they actually said this to me, they only have one 70 promotion you can opt into and as far as I was concerned that's what ive deposited to get! So they are basically saying the offer the same promotion but without spins and according to them that's what I opted into instead…. It doesn't even make sense It's clearly False and misleading advertising and breaks gambling laws it's what 10 worth of spins but the fact they used the excuse but then flat out refused to honour them even after the screenshots speaks volumes what type of company they are! Thank god I made one deposit but they ain't getting away it, it's conning new customers I'm going to forward the Advertisement along with there response to gambling commission.

Any other company would add them it's not a major deal but nope not these guys they just spun some narrative it's shady tactics in my eyes
I would recommend anyone who wants to use these to look elsewhere and use a site that doesn't have these type of malicious practices.

I was reading all those 5 stars reviews and I say let's give it a try. To my surprise I found out that my debit card declined and I have to give them my bank account details for withdraw my winnings. Customer service is extremely slow and not helpful. Emailed them 4 times to see if they receive my bank account details. Well time will tell if I receive my winnings. Delete and self exclude myself. Never again.

Shocking customer service……Placed a bet on the Golf they then realised they had priced the selection too high and decide to VOID the bet claiming Palpable errors. They said according to odds with other bookies it was an error!!

So I then ask them to Refund a bet that they were 6/1and most other bookies were 4/1 THEY REFUSE saying they were just the best price.

DO NO BET WITH Betvictor a total con of a company..

joined a couple of months ago, mixed options regarding this site. casino games are fine they offer a nice variety.
But the sports selection of the site needs updating in this day and age how is it not possible to search for a specific event in the sports area is beyond belief, this alone ruined my experience and went to another site that does offer a search tool for sporting events

So I’ve read the other reviews and wanted to leave my own. I’ve only played on BetVictor a handful of times (normally after they’ve sent me a promotional email with free spins or bonus credit). Anyway played tonight on my favourite slot and had a good win. (No Shane I don’t work for BetVictor)

I tried to withdraw some of my winnings and ran into an issue, accessed live chat and spoke with a lovely lady called Chloe. Turns out my bank doesn’t accept the fast withdrawal thingy so Chloe did it for me herself as a standard withdrawal, very helpful! Obviously my winnings won’t reach my bank until it decides it wants to be there, but so far so good and I’ll update when winnings are received.

* Live chat option was available and I was spoken to straight away but a lovely representative and my issue was resolved.

I signed up with the site in september, I got accepted, they offered me lots of promotions then accused me of being a fruad and withheld my well earned money. Until I recieve my funds back they have stolen off me, I do not believe they have a right to profit off myself and if they think I'm a fruad why did they accept what they thought was frudulent funds? that is criminal in it's self. I have sent tons of proof of my identity and had to buy a new camera as they said everything was blurry. So i retook photos and still they said it was blurry, again i did they again said it was blurry. I spoke to live chat who said one document did not have a date so they lied about that document, they said my pdf file was blurry for bank staments but again this was a lie.

Absolutely the worse casino i`ve played. They use the RTP scam to it`s fullest with most "returns" being half stake/stake. If you do get an actual win it will be taken straight back in losing spins. And dont hold your breath waiting for the RNG to kick in, it wont, because the RTP has been achieved in half stake/stake returns.

Poorest service I have ever experienced so far. I was verified, then I was asked to be verified again without explanation why. I received and email that my ticket is resolved and still I don't have an access to my account.

Very well laid out website. One of a very small band of bookmakers that actually come across as trying to be honest! (My comments relate to my sports betting experiences). Don't really need Customer Service support as website is run professionally but on the one occasion that I did contact them I was given a very clear and satisfactory explanation of the situation by Emma.

When i first deposited i won a decent amount of money on the slots. Standard fare for most gambling sites, they always seem to "nice" you on first deposit. So i kept playing with them and multiple deposits later i have not landed a single bonus or feature on any game and this is after a 1000 spins or so. Bookies always say they don't tamper with slots etc but i know different, i know somebody that worked in designing an online casino. Tampering with a slot and making sure that a first time depositor had higher odds of winning are absolutely a thing. Sad really, you are at the mercy of the casino operators especially if they run a dodgy ship like betvictor. Better alternatives out there folks some online casinos are fairly straight up and dont tamper with their games. Stay clear from betvictor.

Very suspicious business activities. They void winning bets for no reason, refuse to provide a reason, and then ignore you when you ask too many questions. I am shocked they are allowed to operate and now understand why they have been BLACKLISTED everywhere as noted in other reviews of this company.

This is a blacklisted site. Seriously. Check AG or TP. Every other gambling review site has blacklisted BetVictor, and I'm not surprised. As noted in some of the other reviews posted on this page, they have a habit of voiding bets when they are winning and then reversing those bets if they lose. Probably happened during the same game. Not only that, but their customer support is appalling. They talk down to you, practically laugh at you. I thought this was a respectable company. I stupidly joined based on the name alone and a few TV adverts. I seriously regret that decision.

I have never been so shocked or appalled with a gambling site. This is bordering on theft and criminality, and I can't believe they are allowed to get away with things like this.

I placed a bet for 100 to win about 300. The best was for more than 55 points in an NFL game and they cancelled it in the third quarter with 54 points scored. As you can imagine, I was furious. There was no reason to void the bet, but they need.

As luck would have it, there were no more points scored. Great, I thought. I beat them at their own game and avoided a scam.

But they hasn't finished!

I withdrew the money, everything seemed to have processed okay, and then, a day later, they cancelled the withdrawal, took the money, and amended the bet from "Void" to "Lost", before removing any proof that it had ever been voided!!

I mean, what the hell are they playing at?

Luckily, I took screenshots and have sent those to the gambling commission, but I'm stunned.
