Unable to get customer service to advise on verifying my account. Nothing complicated but after 40 minutes of them copy and pasting, both the original person and their manager I gave up. I’ve emailed to see what they say but I have immediately taken my money back out, if they can’t do this what else can’t they do? This is the worst introduction I’ve had in 16 years of online play. I would suggest you don’t immediately deposit at all until you know you’ve spoken to a competent advisor before doing so. But based on this good luck doing so!

People! Be aware of this casino. They are scammers. This isn’t a legit casino! My account is restricted for no reason. Even tho I provided all documents needed. And they restricted me In a unprofessional manner. Deposited about. 1300-1400 (GBP)… Lost it all. But somehow I managed to win 1200 (GBP) back. And after this they allowed me to deposit 80 (GBP). So much for live help! I never got a straight answer to my query, the response time was slow at best and i got the impression that the assistant had no idea what she was doing, gave answers and advice on questions i hadn't even asked, most bizarre. Really poor.

Betvictor scammed me in 2008 for about 11.500 euro.
They have changed my bets and didnt pay me out.

They told me a draw at AH lost my bet, but it was a moneyback bet, so the odd had to change to 1.00 and not to 0.00.

So they closed my account, gave me about 15 different employees, but never paid me my winnings from 11.500 euro !!!!!!

Stay away from here, if you win, they dont pay.

Fraudsters
I joined this site in March and started playing on it fairly regularly
After a month or so I decided to set a daily limit which I have not changed since deposited about 7 k plus of my own money won a bit (not much btw ) made some withdrawals no problems
Had a few complaints about certain games performances always seemed after a withdrawal you couldn’t win a toss up until they’d taken back plus more of your withdrawal
Fast forward to July I received an email recommending a particular game eye of Horus gambler so thought ok I’ll have a go staled 100 on this game got 17.50 return 17.5 % rtp got the bonus feature got 0 off that went for 70 consecutive spins at 1 stake got 50p return now I know it’s the nature of gambling but come on you can’t say this is random or bad luck when I complained that this game was performing way under par they gave me generic responses I persuade this trying to get answers the agents didn’t even bother reading my emails as they never answered my questions I played a further 200 on this game exactly same outcome although rtp was up to 22%
I told them it was a game they recommended and I was considering taking it up with gaming commission (for what use they are !)
Next thing I know I’m getting questionnaires asking am I in control fill form out to Asses me then I’m getting my account suspended after I’ve made withdrawal of 600 saying I’m not in control etc then I’ve got to send proof of funds in fair enough but why has it taken 5 months and thousands of pounds lost ? Surely these checks need to be done when account is opened ! I only found out I was blocked from playing after I deposit some money to go on games now they say I’ve exceeded my bespoke limit that they’ve decided on and want all kinds of private financial information when I went on live chat I spoke to Nina who said I was predicted/ expected to lose 20k after a year ! I replied hang on isn’t it supposed to be random how the hell can you tell me what you expect to take off me then she said you need to set daily limit ! What like the one I’ve had since April !! You need me to set up the removal of cancelling withdrawals from your account ! Haven’t got that option and wouldn’t use it anyway ! I see you don’t play everyday ! Was asked to provide proof of wealth submitted bank statements showing money won from other bookmakers and then self excluded me for six months without my consent how is that even allowed? Disgraceful

Customers service verified my account via live chat within the 30 minutes after signing up for their website (which can normally take up to 3 days). I had to make a quick bet and this was crucial. Resolved a few other issues politely as well. Will update my review about the website overall, this was for the customer service.

When he gives you a promise, you just have to say that it's already done.

However, I was verified, played several times, but one day I was blocked when Betting. I asked why, I was told by another person on a chat session (NOT Damian) that I'll have to be verified again. I asked why, she says that I could be verified as many times as Betvictor wants. I sent again the same documents (12 to 14 days ago). I'm still with NO Answer til today.
