I won’t be depositing any money with Bet Victor again. I only gamble on this site is because of the fast withdrawal using BAC methods. But unfortunately doesn’t always work. I waited all day for payout and was tell I won’t get it till tomorrow after 6pm. Unfortunately that’s not good enough. Am frustrated and sick of the late payment couple of times now!! I won’t be playing your site again?? UPDATE I just been told I won’t get my winnings till Monday now!! Spoil my weekend. Thank Betvictor

I didn't know you have a customer service this efficient, had issues logging into my account, all I did was contact customer care and everything was sorted out quickly. Not only that my account verification process was Swift and efficient without stress.

Don't believe the positive reviews. Nothing but FAKE. It states fast funds withdrawal will be in your bank account within 30 mins. I've been waiting over 2 hours. My withdrawal is still saying pending. Not even got to being processed. And then you have to wait for it to say completed. All betting sites LIE with their false information just to get you to sign up. Update . . . Just woke up. And my withdrawal is still pending. And it's been more than 9 hours

I enjoyed playing here alot, I was playing alot more during the lockdown period as were many, I did deposit alot but I also withdrew alot (and I had many big wins sometimes in 1000's) and these was off little 5-10-20 deposited, absolutely no issue with cashing out winnings instantly credited back and available to me instantly,had all my favourite games and I never had any technical issue, or anything like that! I went back to work as many of us did and I wasn't playing like I was infact I was barely playing on there (just because I was back at work and stuff) then I was randomly told they want to see evidence of my finance's, There in the rights to request this of course, and I have no issue but when I was playing often I could deposit 1k-2k a week and consecutively they never requested this once then, I tapered off for several weeks and barely played I think I deposited just 100 over a 2 week period and only small 5-10 deposits at a time but they blocked me from playing until I provided my financial information I'm ok with this, but it seems when I was depositing large amounts daily (200+) not a single thing was requested, Stopped playing for a while and when I did play it may of been once a week or longer if that and zero large amounts just 5-10's.. it kind of annoyed me they decided to do this now, Btw I'm not saying they was been irresponsible as a betting company,when I was playing alot and spending alot I received many emails and messages making sure I was been responsible and I wasn't having any issues with my gambling and made sure I knew there is support and tools in place if I needed help or assistance and there available 24/7 to provide support. Anyways this to be put on me seems so randomly, to me Betvictor acted responsible and respectful, so when I go to basically to having long periods of not playing and spending absolutely nothing to how I was I find it odd they put blocks on and asked this. I just decided to close my account down because of if it!
