So my son joined this casino because of the reviews and as I sat watching him play Sunday night I noticed his balance kept fluctuating not just whilst in play but also when he didn’t even have his device in his hand. His balance would increase then deduct more. Going on live chat, the advisor told him they have no control over bonus play…..(though why he gave that answer I have no idea as that wasn’t even mentioned in chat…..) and could do nothing about it. It disgusts me that it was so easily swept aside. If you play these sites then you win some, you lose some but to take money from his balance whilst no game is in play is just downright dirty cheating. Sort it out BetVictor…..that’s no way to treat your customers. Warning……play at your peril but I would stay away.

If I could give 0 stars I would. My betting experience with BetVictor has by farrrr been the worst experience I’ve had compared to any other books. I opted into an offer, deposited money to get a bonus and was required to play through. WHILE WINNING MY WAY through the playthrough, betvictor decided to take away 1.2k from my account and it went to 0. When contacting betvictor about the issue I was told that the offer had expired hence my money going away. How can an offer expire one hour after opting in? Betvictor is the biggest scam and I’ve tried contacting them multiple times but their customer service support is god awful. I hope they can reach out to me and resolve this issue but it seems like I genuinely got money taken out of my account that I couldn’t even wager nor withdraw once it was deposited. Whoever reads this, just use a different book that actually has good customer service please.

Genuinely asking whoever reads this. Don’t put your money in there are many other gambling sites/apps you can put your money in. It’s a total scam that made a deposit on one of their offers and had to play through. Im playing through and after winning betvictor decides to take app my funds away to 0!!! Where I couldn’t even withdraw and then don’t even get me started on their customer service. No response. No matter what the the occasion, there should be no reason ever for a betting app to take my funds away when I’m literally playing the game. I was at 1.1k and it said I had insufficient funds, check and I had 0. Awfully disgusting. If I could give a 0 rating I would.

Less than 24 hours of me opening the account and depositing then decided to close it. The customer service agents were rude and unprofessional. They really adhere to their complaints timeframe, made me jump through hoops to actually get a complaint raised. They are also liars, advising that they sent me emails when they didn’t, fabricated emails to make it look like they did. If I could give a zero, I would. Avoid, avoid, avoid.

Don’t use. Accepted a deposit & immediately froze my account Asking for very detailed personal financial information. Doesn’t seem right on many levels in today’s world.i requested close account and return funds. Trying for three weeks to get money returned. Would not recommend.May be hard to get back as they based outside European Union.

Cheeky company, My mate won some big money and like always they take the money to play with but when you win they do not want to pay out. Terrible customer service and communication from them is non existent. This has affect my friends mental health terribly, all because of this company. My friend recently won a large sum of money, and as per usual the betting companies try everything to not pay out. He was asked to supply evidence to verify the account, multiple times and each time the evidence was rejected due to a baseless reason. I understand these organisations have to carry out checks but why not do this before taking the money and allowing the bets to be placed? My friend was relying on this money to support his family during what is a very difficult, financially challenging time for him, instead he’s been left in a worse position than he was before he placed the bets.His mental health has been impacted by this situation and the lack of definitive answers on why he can’t get his money out has made matters even worse.

Account Verification obstinance!!I have, it appears, randomly been asked to verify my account by uploading various documents (four in total). The last one being a payment method verification…which has involved me obtaining a bank statement from an old (closed) bank account to show a transaction in 2022. That wasn’t straightforward …however uploading the document onto the BV site is impossible – they wont accept a photo of the relevant page and the full 4 page document is too large a file to upload as BV’s site can only cope with 15 MB. I cant shrink the bank statement as it is encrypted (rightly so).I’ve been told to email it in to the account security people by BV live chat. Then i was told by email by BV support that that won’t be accepted. Nor will posting it. I’ve used the app to request a call back from BV …no one ever calls back…. I have asked to speak to someone as the current situation is that I can’t get BV the information they need because of their limitations …“computer says no”. And I can’t access my funds in the account because i haven’t fulfilled their verification requests…. Because they’ve made it impossible for me to do so! It’s £28.50 that BV have effectively taken from me. Not a huge sum… but it could’ve been much larger and it’s wholly unacceptable that a betting site randomly usurps your funds through the inadequacy of their supporting processes. I have the proof of payment they need but they don’t provide a methodology of actually getting it to them. Ridiculous!

Betvictor has the worst chance of winning anything on any of its slots compared to most other reputable sites £500 deposited and out of 30 games there was 1 bonus, and barely any returns at all per spins. I’ve never come across a site in 10 years that is as poor as this. I don’t gamble to make myself wealthy I do it for fun but there is certainly no fun playing their slot games they are set to extract as much money as possible because they can get away with it. Absolutely shocking site and I will be vocal of this to as many people as possible.
