Once again, giving an update for Betway.Still waiting for MY Money!!Now over three Weeks have passed, since opening an account, depositing an amount, only placed ONE Bet, requested to withdraw Winnings, and given the runaround since with excuses, lies and deceit.I explained I was a vulnerable 70yr old pensioner, and this issue was now causing me great distress and anxiety.In all my life, never experienced this abuse of standard procedures and fair play. Its a mystery why their Licence has not been revoked by the Gambling Commission. They refused to credit the welcome offer over the claim that I have made a withdrawal. When I have asked them if they can show me anywhere in T&C that they can refuse to credit the free bet if I do withdrawal, of course they couldn’t show me. They just simply refused to honour their promotion they have been advertising everywhere, If you can please avoid this website. There are so many better one’s with much better odds and existing customer support.

I have been waiting for my $800 withdrawal (to a debit card) for over a week. I have sent in all my documents and have gotten no response other than 24 to 48 hours and then another 24 to 48 hours. All I want is my money back and I am done with the site. It is perfectly fine when I deposit thousands of dollars with no questions asked but all I want is to get my $800 out and I can’t get it!!!!!!!!!!!!

Update. Got a email as soon as I made a review. But that’s it, they said they would have it all done soon and still haven’t heard back. Please everyone stay away from this scam site they will steal your money. I’m going to file a complaint with the lottery license holders to have them reviewed. Do better Betway.

A week later Im still waiting for it to be reviewed although my payment has been authorised and was processed to be paid since november 10th.this casino seemed fine until i tries to withdraw my winnings. Despite sending all requested documents for verification I just get asked for more and more everytime I try and contact support whether that’s via email or live chat I am unable to get a proper solution or answer. They have held my winnings for over a month now, surely this is deemed illegal?

Support is nice enough, but why does it take so long to payout? I have had 12,000 dollars pending withdrawal for a couple days even though though all my verification and birthdate issues (some reason it was wrong) are solved, I still have not received an update.

Overall just wanted some clarity on a bet I made 4 game bet but I bet treble so I could lose 1 leg and that’s what happened. They won’t pay me out which is ok I just wanted to know why. This company actively tried to avoid deal with customer service said they would email me because it was taking to long and didn’t I waited again and she told me it was a loss before I could ask a question they kicked me off the chat for inactivity finally got back through and was told that it does state I only need 3/4 to win but it wasn’t the right 3/4 and it’s randomly done when I bet and I don’t get to know which 3 I need to win lol I have the receipts that was actually told to me. Seems like that could be fraudulent but oh well. Overall wasn’t the loss it’s the worst customer service experience you’ll ever get hope you don’t need to talk to someone. Horrible. All that I experienced has been stated in the previous comments. I actually won a couple hundred bucks but just played it back in because 8 hours had past and no withdrawal. They need to go be to the evening table and get it together. It’s hard enough yo win a decent win and then you can’t get paid. Seems to be a set up to force people to play it back.

If you are thinking of gambling online with Betway, think twice. They are the dirtiest of dirt. Worst customer service on the planet. If you need to get help they put through the biggest matrix of nonsense that will make you circle around for hours with no help at the end of the rainbow. There is no support at all!!! I’m 99% sure that there is no support department here. They are laughing at everyone who spends their money here, no apologies. The games are always rigged. The dealers never bust on a bust card in Blackjack and they always miraculously win when the odds say no. I can accept it from time to time, but not every time. This is not just my experience today but every time I have played here. Go somewhere else!!!

I’d like to call on government to have betway remove aviator from their platform. The game is neither fair nor are the rounds random. When the game is about to give a big multiplier, betway reject certain players bets(something went wrong or stage out time). Preventing possible big wins. Made a deposit of $1000 Dec 30/24. Made a $500 bet, still open. Made numerous other bets, currently approximately $200 profit. Requested withdrawal Jan.16/25.of $500. Website showed payment made Jan 22/25. No info to who payment made to! I have not received payment from Payper. Via Interact e transfer, same as used for deposit. Contacted my financial institution and confirmed my Interact account is verified and no requested withdrawal has been received. I believe I am being scammed, which is tantamount to being theft. Hope to have this resolved and receive my cash. I am retired and have all the time in the world. Would hate to have to flog/blog this Company to the max. Social media can be a b..ch. I am a registered user of Betway and recently had a very disappointing experience on the platform. My account was frozen without any prior notice or specific reason **, and the balance of my account is **3500 RMB **.I contacted the Betway customer service several times, but each time I got a very vague response. They said only that it was an “internal security review,” declined to provide a specific reason for the freeze, and did not give any resolution or timeline.I always abide by the rules of the use of the platform, the source of funds is formal, there is no violation. On 1 side of aviator today at 06H10 they gave a multiplier of 13701.66xThe highest multiplier on the other side of the same game was not even 30x and yet they say that the game is fair. Further to my Post on 29/5/25, Betway still refuse to pay my Winnings.Instead of replying to my many e mails constructively,you get the usual robotic reply, avoiding the issue at hand.I have explained to them my Online Bank Account, which they persist in wantingto see my Bank Statements, does not provide full details, ie Address, only Name, Account No and Sort Code. I have sent them this, with my Drivers Licence,to show Name, Age, and Address. In addition I also supplied a Utility Bill, further validating my Name and Address.I have requested a Bank Transfer, or paying back to my Debit Card, used for the initial Deposit (normal business practice)And do they help – No!!!The worst customer service I have ever experienced.As a vulnerable 70 yr old pensioner, I would have to pay for a taxi, to go 5 miles to my bank, to request a statement showing my address. Betway made promotions on saturdaysFree bet special : Premier LeagueGet 20 free bet when you bet 20+ on bet builder.I join that promotion 2 weeks in a row. First week i had to contact them because i didnt receive a free bet, but ok free bet was credited to my account.Join promotion on 1st of feb, made 3 bet builders with odds 2.0 or higher and stake 20£.Free bet has to be credited on sunday till 10:00 but wasnt. Contacted betway via live chat and agent told me that it will be credited in 20min but wasnt.Contacted via live chat today and agent told me that i didnt have bets on saturday 🤣🤣🤣 so told her that there is betbuilders placed on saturday morning at 8:09, 8:10 and 8:11 for saturday premier league matches. So ok she find it. Later she was trying to change promotion t/c’s that no bet builder has to be with odds 2.0 and higher but every selection in bet builder need to be with odds 2.0 and higher 🤣 joke right? So i end that agent and start again with another one, he has no issue with day of bet was placed or odds, but issue was that is no promotion like that in my account. He said that in my account is promotion bet 20 get 5 🤣 (will never join this cause its noth worth it) so i send email with screen shot of promotion page and dates and bets and guess what? Still he saying that is no promotion like that on my account 🤣🤣🤣 he need escalate this for me and he will contact me via email, so i am guessing i will not hear from him or betway anymore and my 20£ free bet will be not credited.DISCUSTING!!!!

I have used a lot of different betting sites in my time, but it’s fair to say Betway is probably the worst. There’s been loads of problems, like depositing £40, for them to say they cancelled the deposit but it’s left my account and not returned. I have questioned this and still waiting for a response, days later.However, this is my main concern. I share PayPal accounts with my partner, so I made a few deposits worth a few hundred. All my bets got voided and was inform I will be refunded as the deposit weren’t in my name. This was 4 days ago. They have since emailed me saying they can’t withdraw as I don’t have a payment method on the account, as they blocked it!!! They’ve asked me to add a preferred withdrawal method so they can do it. I can’t do this as I have no balance so it doesn’t give me an option!!! I try go on live chat to sort it but they are useless. They say it’s all been sent to the payments team. I try emailing them however I get 1 reply every 24-48 hours.It’s all an absolute shambles.

This is my first ever review given and it’s because I am truly fed up. I’m a new user of BetWay and I’ve been trying to withdraw JUST £15 for close to two weeks. This is incredibly frustrating. I can’t even speak to anyone. The live support is impossible to use: yesterday l, I tried three times and all three of those times I got cut off. I’ve sent an email and received no response. Withdrawal has been pending. I received an email two days ago saying they can’t send it to my particular bank card. This is funny because it’s a UK bank account and they accepted deposits from it. Nevertheless, I went ahead and changed it but it’s still the same. It should not be this difficult to use the app. How can I be confident to use the app in full when the test run or JUST £15 is impossible to use?

I read the reviews and was sceptical but it is a verified and legit site and i deposited anyway. A had a nice win and a nice bonus. Payout times vary depending on how you deposit but it’s all detailed on the help page. I did wonder if many of the bad reviews are the same person trying to cause problems with the site.

As all the other reviews, just a bunch of scammers don’t use.Deposited £10 to try the site,no bonus used,online slots had bad lag and crashed every win.Managed to double my initiall Deposited amount and whent to withdraw.States you can only use original funding method.i went to do this but it sed I hadn’t used any method to fund the account. Contacted them sed I had to use swift to withdraw funds,4 days now and no money ,it’s under review apparently.So all other reviews are spot on stay clear,use a different site and save the hassle
