unnacceptable customer service.i’ve been waiting on over £700 to reach my account for over a week. the only way to speak to someone is online chat. i have been waiting for over 6 hours. in the last 2 hours the queue has gone from 7 to 3. it’s designed to make you give up.reading other reviews, this seems standards. how is this allowed? no other regulated industry could get away with this

Terrible they can take your money easy but withdrawal is a disaster.The chat service is a complete joke 3 hours of your time then they just cut you offThis has definitely put me off using them if I ever get my money back I will delete my account

They strung me along for 3 weeks without allowing me to get access to my money, I had consistently sat on the chat with support for up to 4 hours or so to be told similar answers and that it would be looked at but I am only get responses now that I made 2 previous bad reviews. Update from today is they since permanently banned my account (I personally believe because I made negative reviews about their operations). I would give them a 2 star since they did return my money but they could’ve done that 3 weeks ago and just said they’re not able to verify my account.Betway as you read this, don’t bother sending me an email and for anyone who is thinking of using this site, just check other reviews and see for yourself how they operate.

The betway site is quite inconsistent. You log in on mobile and no matter what you do, you cant see your balance. I kind of know what it is but I would like to see it.There are constant server downtimes. Not long, but it seems to be happening more and more. And it will happen to you at the worst time…

I won money playing the slots on betway. I withdrew the money it said it was pending, all was good. i then get a notification that the withdrawl has been paid and it will take 2-3 business days to arrive. It has now been more then a week and still havent received anything. Ive tried emailing and using the whats app number and facebook, which both are invalid and you cannot access. Honestly such a scam I have mates that have had the same problem. Dont bother depositing you wont be able to take money out anyway.

WHATS HAPPENING BETWAY? Payment has been approved for release but you can pay it as apparently it’s not my name on the card and you won’t let me change my preferred withdrawal option. Your customer service is useless. Don’t say you are reviewing my account it’s been 2 weeks don’t take 2 weeks to look at a document I sent. Pay out you absolute scammers hopefully get shut down

Well it’s been a month since I tried to withdraw from Betway. They said I was sent an email which I never received and then I was sent a code for etransfer which isn’t needed because of auto deposit on my bank account. It says that after 30 days if withdraw isn’t completed it will return to my account…NOPE! Customer service app is useless.

I won a small amount and did a withdrawal it was completed on the 9th April and said it would be in my bank 1-3 days and I am still waiting !!!! live chat is a joke and no number to ring or email to contact no complaint section so please AVOID this site…..Update I have closed my account they can keep the money ….be warned people!!!

They ask me to make a deposit with my credit card in order to withdraw… now i see that everyone is saying that this is a scam. I tried to reach the “contact us” by the chat option, and goes to an error. Don’t use it.

Terrible customer service, I deposited money and used it to bet on the grand national and won, I have tried to withdraw my winnings and it says I need to make a deposit from the card first ???? No telephone number, no live chat and the email does not exists. DONT USE BETWAY.

I deposited money into the site and they locked my account and ask me to verify which I thought was fair enough, they have not responded in 2 weeks and I have talked to many agents assuring me that I will be looked at. How can they justify taking money but not allowing me to get it back if they are not able to give me access to my account?

I won one time on this app and 3 month later they never paid me, they do not have a customer service number and the live chat they dont ever answer. After many days i finnaly got a representative on the chat but it said im number 78 in the queue and after 5 hours wait it closed with an error message.This is bye farrrrr the worst ever betting website or app.If you sign up with this company do not expect to collecy your funds ever.A complete scam of a website.

hi I have been a customer for many years. I uploaded on the 11th of April. I got lucky and built it up and wanted to withdraw my winnings, but when I tried to do so it would not let me use the card that I always deposit from it would only let me select my old card. I tried to call phone line not in use I tried to email email not in use, and I have been trying to speak to someone on live chat, and have waited many hours never got through to any one. after reading all of these reviews I am wondering how they can get away with this? withdrawal has moved from processed back to being processed again. and now saying they need information from me before they process it. but cannot get through to anyone.

I have read reviews qnd I can’t beleive all the bad ones I have had a few good wins and withdrawels have been quick compared to some sites . I love the games although I have my favourites Iv never had a jackpot but Iv had some wins I can’t complaine I haven’t won much lately seem to deposit more but beating In mind they have to make money too so I will be staying and would still give the site 5 star for the selection of games fast withdrawels

I have been on live chat for 6 hours now. Registered account to bet on the Grand National through recommendation. Went to log in with correct details and account was locked. So angry, wasted a whole day of my life on here. Missed national bet, just want my deposit back. Never again😡😡

They desperately need to sort the withdrawing system out. Major bookmakers withdraw now within a couple of hours now near 3 days in and withdrawal hasn’t even been approved nevermind back to me. Used to withdraw within a few hours on here, not sure what has happened to the service but customers certainly not at the forefront of their minds.

Do you know what I was going to give this company the benefit of the doubt after they contacted me after my recent review it just gets worse apparently my payment won’t go through as the card is not in my name. It is I just got married so it’s changed the card is in my maiden name sent them ID and allsorts they told me to change my method it won’t let me withdraw from this method unless I make a deposit which I’m not doing!!! Another ploy to get money! Also won’t let me withdraw from trustly which is the method I used to deposit because I have less than 5 in my withdrawable balance because they have took it all and are holding it somewhere expecting me to wait another 3 hours in the chat it’s disgusting just another ploy and excuse not to pay they have my previous name and new name so there are no excuses. This is one of the biggest scam websites I have ever experienced.They did not even let me place a bet,Just let me sign on, place some funds and then locked me out.Have waited hours on their Live??? chat.Dead would be more appropriate.. Do they actually have someone on the Live Chat, To me a looks very mch like they add you on to the queue and then just wait for you to getbored with waiting and go away.It was 42 when I first joined the queue and nw 4.5 hours later I have just reached number 4

So my experience with betway are quite fine i would say. I had a few probs with the game im betting on. Everytime it hit the grand price it just starts to spin again faster and faster. I noticed that. I had a few wins with no problem with withdrawals. The verification process was easily done aswell, but tonight i swore the robbed me my price money. I played the game like i normally do,i spent my time playing this game and tonight it hit grand price R500 and for a second then it went black screen and off they kick me. I had another spin left..just like other times they stole my spins. When i logged in again..no grand price money no other spin.nothing nothing nothing. The stole my winnings of R500. Contacted the chat bot but as you all know the qeue never gets empty. So yeah. Its bad. On other sites when u win durimg glitch you still got your money.but jaaaaaaaaa…its Betway.we talking abouuuutttt…..phew!!!!

Customer service continues to be non-existent at Betway as I’ve spent several more hours in live chat queues looking for an update after sending more ID documentation on Saturday night (6th April). Processes seem to take much longer than other bookmakers I’ve used through the years and based on what friends/colleagues have said. Account remains locked despite initally being told it was verified. Now just looking to get my initial deposit back.

This company is a joke I’m trying to get through to customer support but it’s seemingly impossible 50 in the que it takes 20 minutes to get to 25 in the que but not it’s taken 40 minutes to get from 25 to 21 in the que that’s an hour wasted ITS A JOKE SORT IT

Agree with all the previous reviews. Awaiting a 60.15 withdrawal and even though I have now closed the account I received an email stating that any funds remaining would be refunded but I don’t see that happening. Absolute thieves.

Absolutely awful would give0 star if I could!! Please avoid this is a scam takes over 2 hours to get through on chat and when you do they are not helpful sent my ID 2 days ago and told them j don’t have access to my email registered with them so emailed them off my new one asking to change it got a reply saying they can’t help as the email I’m messaging from isn’t registered well der that’s why I’m emailing. they are OK to take your money but never pay out definitely a scam much better sites to play on who pay out and have some form of decent customer service. Have taken this further.

From the day I made my withdrawal until now it has been 17 days. I got a response from them after I posted a review on Trustpilot and again they went ghost. They said I have sent them the documents they wanted and are waiting to review them, that was over a week ago. I don’t understand why it takes so long to review, but I already know at this point they’re just gonna prolong everything. Anyways the main reason I wanted to write this review was to point out there are fake positive reviews for betway. There was a positive review left by Dávid Gyökös,This guy is a liar, a fake, or a worker at betway. He claims they sent his withdrawl the next day. Complete lie myFriend, go read there terms and conditions it’s a minimum 2-5 day processing. Betway must be feeling the heat from all these bad reviews and they deserve it.

Waiting 6-8 hours to talk to someone , opened an account with Betway vegas and it was locked immediately after I made a deposit , now I’ve verified and account is still locked and can’t withdraw the money back out or log in

They have set ridiculous maximum bet limit. Their customer service is almost non-existent. Be prepared you will be put in the queue in the live chat box for hours. Their live support hours are 09:00-00:00 GMT, so I started queuing at 9:01am as number 5. I have been waiting for 2 hours, still waiting in the queue as number 1. What’s wrong with the customer service?? They even cancelled the mailbox for any enquiries, so I have no choice but to queue and hoping someone will help.

Don’t Listen To The Negative Reviews. I’m not a bot and they didn’t pay me for this when I registered they blocked my account straight after my first deposit, I was pissed and worried I had to wait 3 hours in the queue with customer service. They were super kind and helpful they told me I had to send them documents to verify myself, I did and they released the block. I played a few times and never had any problem with deposits or withdraws and a few days ago I won £900 from £10 and they sent it the next day. It’s a great site, if you’re not winning maybe because you’re unlucky, but Betway works perfectly and they really made my day.

I’d rather be kicked in the d*ck then have to deal with this awful service!I have been trying to withdraw MY money for months. The account is verified. It just keeps saying I have to make a deposit first. I have from this exact card. Amazing how easy it is to deposit but impossible to withdraw.Then it asks you to send an email. To which you get a reply saying “this is no longer used”And their “live chat” is the diarrhoea-icing on the cr@pcake. Trying to navigate the mentally ill chat bot to get in the human queue in itself is enough to make you go postal on all technological products in your house, but in the queue is worse.I have heard from someone that worked there that it just randomly generates a number and slowly moves down with the sole intention of making you give up – and there are no humans. I tried anyway, and after a few hours it just kicks you out.Is the entire thing a scam? Just give me my money back so I can quit

I’m not the average customer, I’ve wagered thousands of pounds in this site and for the most part it has been great. Unfortunately, I have lost patience as the company won’t pay out a free bet that I was eligible for, despite clear proof. Live chat is no help, and the complaints team are useless. I’ve given them a couple of weeks to resolve the issue but to no avail.

Opened an account around 2 months ago, able to deposit no issues over the course of that time. Went to deposit last Sunday and my account got closed, recieved an email to say account was closed and remaining funds would be returned to payment method used (£63). I then recieved another email on the Tuesday to say there was no withdrawal method available on my account (strange as i’d been able to deposit around £150 since opening?). I spent 3 hours on live chat to be told to send ID documents, bank statement and method of payment for the withdrawal of remaining funds, i sent all of the above and have not heard a thing since after being told it would take no longer than 48 hours. It has now been 7 days. i spent 5 hours on live chat on Saturday (2.5 of those i was position “1”) only to get cut off. I have tried 2x different email addresses advised by the live chat agent and only had 1 generic response not relating to my query whatsoever. Avoid.

I’ve been contacted by betway support service asking for bank statement, so I send them bank statement and now saying “This mailbox is no longer monitored and your email will not be responded to”All I want is my money I withdrawal… boycott this scamimg company, I’m about to take it next stage and take Further action against betway if this is not sorted.

If I could give 0 stars I would. I opened an account 4 days ago, had an email saying that my account had been verified. I deposited £10 to get the free spin bonus. My account was locked, the only support they offer is live chat which takes hours and hours. I haven’t got through to an agent for days. I can’t get to my money, I can’t use the website and I can’t get in touch with anyone. What a truly awful experience, I’d advise anyone to avoid at all costs.

There is literally no way to speak to a chat agent. I have spent hours waiting in queue only to get to position 8-5 and then the chat drops. I am concerned after reading all the other reviews about withdrawals from this site, I have never wrote a negative review for any site before but this is ridiculous. For such a well known company they use a Mickey mouse chat service. I just want contacted and given a timeframe for my withdrawal. Will not use again unless this is sorted promptly.

2+weeks and all I’ve gotten was “ we are reviewing your documents and will get back to you at soonest time” I bet there conspiring a plan to not pay me out, they sent me an email claiming they have a team working on myIssue. Lies, if they did it would have been sorted out in an instant, All they have to do is look at my id snd documents and confirm it’s me on the other end. This is honestly disgusting. I bet if I never wrote a review on trust pilot they would still be ignoring me. I only got a real response after I left a review.Which is sad when they spent more time looking at their reviews rather than actually helping their customers out on their own site. It’s a common theme when reading reviews, plenty of customers were responded to their reviews before the emails they had sent. I will continue writing reviews, until my case is fully resolved. I hope more people follow suit and write multiple reviews, 1 for each day they hold your money hostage. They’re not paying me interest for holding my money, but the revenue they will lose from my reviews will be enough interest for me.Eat that betway, you’re gonna be losing lots of money, so keep up your disgusting practice.

My partner deposited, won and withdrew. A week later still no money and account has been closed, this is after multiple messages stating that it was approved and on The way. An official complaint has been submitted. Disgusting and nobody to talk to been on hold on live chat for over 6 hours and nobody cares or acts upon the requests for information as to why.

Now been waiting weeks for any sort fix/update/indication as to why I suddenly can’t access my account which has open bets in it. Only one bit of contact I got was a generic email claiming it was being looked into, after leaving review on here.@betway.. if this is not resolved by COB tomorrow I will be logging an official complaint and then going to IBAS. TLDR : DO NOT USE, KNOWN SCAM!!Absolutely the worst gambling site ive ever joined. Is 100% a scam. DO NOT JOIN! Will be reporting to IBAS (Independant Betting Adjudication Services). Join a trusted site like Willam Hill, Bet365, PaddyPower, Ladbrokes, Coral etc. I am a member of some 40 plus gambling sites and this one is by far the worst and the only one i have ever needed to complain about!I joined up and deposited £10 and my account was instantly locked. I then tried to speak to live support and was “position 50th in line” I waited 7 hours until i was first. Two days in a row. I was first place for over an hour. That never changed. Their live chat closed. I greatly suspect their live chat is a complete lie. That no one actually ever gets to speak to a real human agent.Their support email is dead. They literally steal your money. basically… on Betway you get to have a go on the free prize wheel every night at midnight, if you deposit £20 and spend £10 on the slots, you get to have a go on the super prize wheel. Since UK clocks have gone forward Betways system is all over the place 🤦‍♂️ you now have to wait till 1am to have a go on the free wheel. So I deposited £60 and went to slots at midnight UK time and received the pop up message that I have qualified for a super spin. I did not go to the spin section until 1am which the system thinks is 12am and a new day, resulting in me losing my spin. Avoid like the plague guys

Avoid like the plague.Signed up last weekend, received an email saying I was verified, and by the time I’d made some selections for an acca for the welcome offer, my account had been locked. It took two attempts to get through to customer services initially before being told I’d need to verify my account by sending ID docs. Pretty standard, no bother, I sent the email (and have double checked email address, etc.) on Monday. It’s now Saturday and I’ve had no response. I’ve spent 15+ hours queueing for the Live Chat over the last 3 days (fortunately I had stuff to do while I waited), either getting to late at night and not being spoken to, or being disconnected for no reason. Customer service seems to be non-existent, best to just avoid them.
