I opened an account expecting wager-free free spins after my first deposit, only they took my deposit then immediately locked my account. I can no longer log in and cannot access my account to withdraw or play my funds.Just getting to the live chat means going through a maze of links and then navigating the chat bot to get to speak to an agent.I’m on my fourth attempt over three days and still haven’t managed to speak to an agent, if they do exist. Avoid at all costs. Better chance of me finding a tenner on the floor than ever getting this money back.

Honestly I would stay as far away from this company as possible. I set up a account with hippodrome casino which I didn’t realise was a subsidiary of betway. I lodged money into the account and when I went back into it they had locked my account and haven’t given back my deposit. They are impossible to contact at any time of the day on either site. This has been ongoing for two weeks and I have been led along to believe I will be made contact over the phone which hasn’t been done. Completely unacceptable behaviour from a company literally taking my money

I have been spending over night for waiting for an agent to speed to for unlocking my account cause I’ve only put down my fingerprint wrong for only 3 times . Their costumer service is the worst ever, they’re really slow took me 6 hours to wait for 35 places and it’s still going. DO NOT SIGN UP FOR THIS APP IN VIRGINIA. I turned my $200 bonus bets into $246 and I tried to withdraw, they accepted my first withdrawal of $100 but the second I tried to do any other withdraws they put a hold on my account and told me I was “using some location altering application” and that’s why this process was happening. I only logged into my account on my phone at my house and my girlfriend’s house, that’s it. Stated this and submitted all their verification and proof of ownership of the deposit methods I used and tried to withdraw. The support got back to me and told me all my documents were accepted but still needed a bank statement with certain info, submitted the bank statement and even highlighted all the info they needed in that statement. I woke up at 10:30 AM today to a message that says my BetWay account has been closed and I can’t receive any of my remaining balance. Is this company so shady that they seriously can’t pay out the rest of my $130? This is beyond sad for a company and is straight-up fraud. Will be reporting BetWay to Virginia Lottery, I have screenshots, documents, and support chats.

I won £300 on Friday. I withdrew it straight away!! Or shall we say I tried to, it says it’s been processed and ready to be paid into my bank. Then today I received a email, to say, the card I deposited on, must be different to what I’m trying to withdraw on! Which is totally rubbish!!!!! Not sure if the email is a scam that has been sent or it’s legitimate. I tried to find a phone number. There’s isn’t one! I tried to email and I had a message back, saying they do not reply to that address, I went on live chat and had a robot speak to me. Who understood nothing that I was trying to say! I deposited $50 from my Skrill account into my Betway ltd. account. Only for Betway too reject the deposit. Saying it didn’t comply or something to that affect. Problem I have now is I don’t know where the money has gone??It is not in the Betway account or Skrill account!?I believe Betway Ltd. has it. I made a withdrawal on 05-02-2024 of 1500£ and until today I haven’t received my money, I tried several times to speak with an agent on live chat and always the same response “Your account is under review” I played on the Hippodrome Casino website is part of betway group and I spoke with assistant gaming manager to get help with this situation and even him having difficulty to help me because betway doesn’t respond to his emails. I struggled to give Betway a star, I wish there was option for -star.I sent $50 to my account on the 16th of February 2024. It never reflected in my account. The only option to get across to them was live chat which you can spend 24hrs waiting and it will never get to your turn. I’ve been in that queue for more than 10hrs but it never got to turn. Today I was happy that it finally got to my turn and I was told I am the next in line. Next in line I’ve waited for more than 3hrs yet nothing came up! Next was a prompt saying data could not be retrieved jezz! This guys are scammer! Avoid them please!

Placed a bet on Tuesday morning, tried to log on later that day to withdraw winnings only to find my account was locked for no reason and without warning. Cannot contact Betway via phone as they have no helplines. Forced to use the ‘live chat’ facility. After just over 6 hours I reached the front of the queue only to be told that they could not resolve this issue but would escalate the matter and would contact me via email. 4 days later and no contact from Betway or any form of explanation as to what is going on. Terrible customer services Tried for over 5 weeks to speak on live chat waited over 9hrs one day to be booted fron chat when was next in que. Numerous times waited over 5hrs to go down one place in the que then nothing again. Spoke on the fb messenger to betway they say nothing can do to help pls use live chat, sent complaint on 25th feb to email complaints still hear nothing back. EDIT…my withdrawals said complete and will take 1-3 days for it to be deposited in to bank . This is by far the worst betting site when it comes to customer service. i have been struggling for days to get my withdrawals but with no luck. i have illiterately spoken to 4 different consults on a daily bases and no one can resolve my problem. Everytime they just escalating the issue to a relevant department but they never get to a conclusion. you are by far the worst betting site ever. They also never responds to your emails. this has been really frustrating. When live chatting with them, you almost wait for 45 minutes to be helped.

Don’t use you don’t get your bonus . And no customer services. The live chat keeps you on hold for hours then disconnect s when near front of que. Also if you win big they won’t pay out there ask for your bank statements and if anyone has transferred money to your account they with hold your funds winnings if s a loop hole to try to prevent money laundering. But they have manipulated it to there advantage. use betopenly person to person betting no gimmicks or false advertising just person to person . So played the free wheel on the 15th of Feb then had to deposit and play 10 on games to get the super wheel which I didn’t get so went to live chat told me to try again so another 10 pound and still nothing so waste of 20 pound then went to live chat there looking into it been 7 times since and still looking into it so won’t get my money back or that free spin now so thank for that. Full of bots no real live chat at all in a loop for over 30 min . The is no option to contact a real person all the live chat does is loop you to the same stuff you click it then it takes you to another page then it says issue resolved with out any contact from a human at all . Thats how you know the site is just fake . I bet the is others that need real help and not just some bot that loops you .
