I just wanted to write a good review seen as though there are so many bad ones around withdrawals and being paid, made my first withdrawal at 10.45am today, money just gone into my account now, so 4 hours and it was processed and paid and in my account, great service 🙂

These guys are trying their hardest not to pay out my winnings. I am waiting for winnings that total over 500 this was processed on the 01/04/23. One month later and still no sign of my winnings. Customer service non existent emails are not monitored (so they say). Going through resolver to try and claim my winnings. Betway stating the need a bank statement with the card number on it. No bank statement has card number on it. Will take deposit in seconds without any reluctance but refusing to pay out.

Been with Betway for a long time and used to really enjoy the site, but its significantly regressed. The sports bet builders only let you build one per event, and then the acceptable stake is always minimal. Once youve built one, youll struggle to stake on another, which is really frustrating.The win rate in the casino has also massively reduced. Ive compared my recent experiences with the advertised RTC and its a mile off. Losses are a part of the game, but there has definitely been a drop off as far as my play is concerned, and looking at other reviews, that experience is shared.

Betway aren’t the worst bookmaker out there but their Prize Spin Wheel is stuck on lose!!I was spinning it every night for about 2 months and it lands on lose everytime!I don’t even bother spinning now.They don’t even give you a free bet every now and then either.Skybet and Quinnbet are much better imo.UPDATE….Just had a reply from Betway saying that I have won on the Super Prize Wheel in the last 30 days….YES I have as it is impossible to lose….My reward was the bare minimum of 3 x 10 p free spins lol…Come on Betway sort it out!

My account has been locked with no reason and there is no response from customer support. Customer care support should have improve in easy way of contacting, Every time we are trying to connect customer support its been in the Queue for long while and no response. What a joke if you play the virtual if you put a bet in 3 sections you’ll always lose by 1 I’ve done this for a year now and had 3 sections and alway lose by 1 which is abit of a red flag don’t think. Also the games are absolutely rubbish can’t get a win at all. Oh I made a complaint a few years ago about the free spin wheel you get everyday then after you need to deposit 10 pound because I complaint they make me lose everyday which has Been for last two years and when u deposit 10 they will onky give u 50p casino fund which on the wheel its bigger than that so if they can rig the wheel they can rig the games too

On 17/04/2023 I deposited 20 via PayPal. The money never registered on my Betway account. I have used CHAT (waited 3 hours to finally speak to them) and e mailed numerous time. They say the e mail address is no longer ‘live’ but they will respond, they don’t respond. It is so frustrating and really bad customer service.

This guy calling himself King(danieluk49) contacted us. He claims to work with betway as well as Holywood bets.Ask R600 for registration. Then he claims registration was rejected. Have to pay R400 more.What the hack is going on here? Who is this guy?Did this happen to anyone else?Very disappointed

My son made a withdrawal off 200 on 09/04/2023.. Still the money hasnt gone in his bank account!! Hes sent numerous emails and been on live chat more times than I can remember and still nothing?? My account fully verified and i have made 80k winning and later lost and kept only rs 6000/- for withdarwl and had balance of 36144rs in my account. After withdarwn they have locked my account without notice. I have sent all documents .I have mailed so many times and i have several chats with them they just say only the operation team locked your account you need to wait for feedback . I also given complaint to betway manager but there is no reply from his side. Had several chats , they waitied me for longer hours in queue 3-4 hours if i get connected they simply say no feedback its under review.After 75 days its locked i have again escalted with them again . Now they the sent my mail that my account is peremently closed and they wont pay my withdrwal of Rs 6000/- and bal in betway 36000/-rs .Its a final decision they are saying look betway is doing so much fraud with indian people .They have terms and conditions and they didnt mention which terms my account is closed.No proper reply to mail and waste support and betway manager also no reply .Please dont use this site . The website hangs horrifically, especially at peak periods, the bonus crediting system is questionably effective and the whole experience is utterly underwhelming. There are plenty of better options on the market. The chatbot reponse system is hopeless, as you will see when this review gets a copy and paste response along the lines of ‘Thanks for your review, we will get back to you as soon as we have reviewed your account’ or ‘Please respond to our private message.’

It is clearly defunct. I have been waiting for multiple hours every day in the queue and it does not go down. I have contacted Betway via Facebook and Twitter to report the issue and they tell me to get help with it via live chat… comical.Have contacted IBAS, eCOGRA and currently processing a SAR to find out more. The GCUK will also be hearing from me as this shambolic customer service could put people in need of responsible gambling help at real risk.

Their automated chat facility is ridiculously frustrating – you have to go through every option to be able to get the ability to speak to an agent (which never happens). Their casino promotions for free spins never loads, despite following their logout and login advice. I have missed out on several promotions for free spins not being credited, but I cant give them feedback or speak to an agent about it!

An update in relation to previous review Betway take approx 4 days to respond to any emailBetway still have over 500 of my money. It is now 20 days since I put in withdrawal requestAvoid this shocking company is the only advice I can give you. Very poor customer service and try anything to avoid paying out winnings. But i got decision is lost my bet. How is this possible. Because i that same bet for first and second wicket I placed i got won and same bet i placed for 4th wicket and how i could get lost.

I am writing to express my concern regarding change is my bet selection (what I choose was not the same when it got settled) on your platform .As a loyal betway customer over 5 year , I have notice that bet used to get change and settled incorrectly , I can understand there could be my mistake and I would have placed incorrectly by mistake .But in the last few days it happened more than 3 times and the latest instance was a match against Pakistan and New zealand where I paced the bet less than 25.5 runs,but at the time of settlement it showed me more then 25.5 and I lost that bet.I am very much sure about that bet as I tried to take the screenshot(because of what i faced in some previous instance) but i couldn’t , because of some restriction (I don’t know why we can’t keep the proof of our placed bet ).

I have had an 8 ongoing issue with this company and have used RESOLVER to try to sort the issues out. Eventually my concerns were passed to their independent complaints managers. DO NOT BE FOOLED ! They play the same game as customer services – stall !! My complaint has been with their Complaints Dept for 10 working days and all they keep doing is sending me automated emails about an email mismatch – as I say STALLING!!Times up – now I can escalate my catalogue of issues to a real INDEPENDENT body

Avoid this website ! They let you open the account and deposit money and then they lock it. Customer service is rubbish i spent about 15 hrs waiting there just to be told that they need my documents which i sent to them a week ago. Live chat is off today and phone number doesnt work for months due to covid which is a joke in 2023. There is no way you can contact them and they just keep your money. I’m verified with Bet365 , PaddyPower , Betfred and William Hill. Never had any issues with them and the customer service is lovely. Incredibly difficult to withdraw money. Don’t use this site.I cant withdraw with interac e-transfer or card. If I try with etransfer, I get an error saying I need to use the email I have registered for etransfer payments with my bank which I have been doing. If I try withdrawing with my card, it says I have not made any deposits with it so I can’t withdraw despite having made a deposit with my card today

Hello ,I received a 5 free sports bet bonus on my birthday by email on 15/03/1991 which I haven’t been credited for. I have also not been credited for for the casino rewards promotion for wager 2000 receive 10 free sports bonus along with 100 spins +5 casino bonus. I can confirm I should of received this for wagering on 31st February to 05th March and for wagering on 31st March to 5th April.
