If I could put lower than one star then I would, this has maybe you got to be the worst customer service of all time and to top it off rudely the woman I was connected to disconnected the chat by force and was very very very rude after she didnt wanna reward me with the free bets I earned! Just robbed me and on top violated me, dont ever use this app! Sky bet, bet365, Ladbrokes, paddy power are all much better!

Before 1 month I have deposited 4500/- but still the amount was not reflected to my gaming account till now. I have contacted via live chat but after waiting for 5hours suddenly the customer support was disconnected. Cheating the customers and taking their own money without their permission.

Failed to honour their free bet sign up offer. I made the deposit (when it is supposed to be credited) but after eventually speaking to their customer service was told it had been escalated to their operations team (for reasons that were never specified). Despite being repeatedly told it would be resolved in 24-48 hours two weeks later it has not been credited and I have had no communication about it. Customer service are unable to help and just say it will be resolved as soon as possible. Truly abysmal. Have never come across a bookie that doesn’t honour their own sign up offers

Didn’t get the bonus. Just had another site try it on before the grand national race. Pathetic. Spoke to live help and kept saying I didn’t do the right bet which I did. I took a photo of my bet and they haven’t been able to talk themselves out of it for the benefit of me. Scammers

Account opened and deposited 30 just to get it locked in next 5 minutes. This is done on purpose so before you verify your account you lose your welcome offer and free bets. Avoid this bookmaker at all costs all the other ones will offer you immediate verification. Betway system is just outdated. Worst bookmaker in UK !

What I can say. Waiting an age for my withdrawal of over 500. It appears they are very reluctant to pay out. Very quick to take deposits though. A nightmare to try and contact and the issue is ongoing. I would never ever use this site for any form of betting. In talks with UKGC. Ongoing.

I was worried after seeing the reviews but realistically there’s more to the story with a lot of them. I wouldn’t call it instant bank transfer, misleading but a processing time of withdrawals being 9 working hours isn’t bad I guess. A total of 21 hours

I feel mistreated after i told a joke of being poor when in reality im not and they suspended my account. if you feel offended because i am poor and you say its just professional gambling and responsible gambling when in my country its technically imposible to become poor because of the social benefits and the high minimum salary of 1500$ just go and close down your business. I feel like this website actually deserves the 1 star and no-one should gamble here since for them its all about money if you tell a little joke you get suspended for 1 year + and they litterly steal your money.

All i faced two issues from past 4years 1). If payment deducted but not credited into your account we never gets customer support to solve the issue neither customer care number working neither live chat neither mail reply 2). All of a sudden they will stop your account and they will ask you to verify indian style of id proof they wont accept Because of this i faced so many problems So rating 1for the things i faced

DONT join betway. everytime i load money they decline my transaction but they pull the money out of my bank account anyways. this happend to me THREE times already. unless your willing to wait 2 weeks to see your money and love stress DONT JOIN BETWAY THEY WILL ROB YOU AND TAKE THE MONEY TO PAY OFF OTHER CUSTOMERS.

They’ll take your money and the helpline is useless.If your deposit fails in any way, by fails i mean, If your money is deducted from your account and not credited in the betway account, just forget about that money and move on with life. Because even if you try for 3,6,8 months they are not gonna say the transaction failed and they didnt recieve the money. But you wont get that money reverted or refunded in your account. STAY AWAY from BETWAY. Save your money for other platforms.

I Have been emailing Betway support every day about a deposit that didnt go through their end but did with my bank and they have ignored me everyday. I even emailed them from a different email address to support and they actually emailed me back! They said please email with associated account so I did again and guess what? IGNORED. Just proves that they are purposely ignoring people when it comes to money. Now I have to go through a dispute with the bank as they dont want to reply and no way of contacting through phone. The online chat just says the same thing and Im really starting to think even the agents are also bots. Apparently they cant directly speak with their own payments team and I have to just wait for their reply, which is clearly never going to happen. What office base company cant speak directly to other departments? Just lazy workers cant be bothered I reckon. Scamming people because of fines will only bring them more fines.

Joined because of a welcome bonus that was offered on Betway Canada. Met all requires, including all requirements in the fine lining. Straight up never received the welcome token after depositing. Customer support told me my account was too new to receive support, meanwhile live chat is a bot that only answers questions they’ve created, and their email is de-activated. Extremely suspicious and fraudulent company. Essentially being a new customer with welcome bonus issues means you literally cannot contact support because your account “is too new”.

I attempted two withdraws one on December 27, 2022 for $600 and another on January 3, 2023 for $500. I never received any money, they tried to tell me that it was sent to a MuchBetter app. When I provided a statement of my MuchBetter account showing no money deposited they said the issue was on their end. Ive been trying to deal with these people through online chat bots because they dont have a telephone line you can speak to someone, go figure lol.Delete this app and tell everyone you know its a scam. They will not send you your money.

Absolutely terrible! There is always an issue. My husband and I played on his account last night because I had previous issues with my account and refuse to use them again. After we played for an hour or so we added more funds using my credit card and won back our money plus an extra $100. Being up we withdrew the funds and found out today that we can not use my credit card on his account and lost our winnings. Why did you accept the funds in the first place! I wouldnt bother using Betway. Since I joined my net losses are 1700 I opted into a few promotions but they are terrible. You spend over 500 get 30 10p spins and a 5 free bet. The daily spin wheel never wins. When you ask for some form of redress you wont get it. Far better websites that reward players.Best to stay away.
