Ive been issues cashing out my bets (withdrawals) Watch out guys this bet platform wont pay your wins. Worst experience ever with these guys. Ive made a withdrawal request but never send me the password to accept it. After a few tries Ive asked multiple times to give me the password or to resend it to me but they say they just cant to anything for me. All they say they can do is to contact payment dpartement to ask them new transfer but as long as I dont receive the password Ill never be eable to accept my deposit. as result my deposits are now expired and cant do anything. AVOID THIS APP Ive lost all Ive had because now my transfers are expired. Do not trust

I have deposited INR15000, 10 days back but still amount is not credited to my betway account.. i sent mail to support team as well still no response. Daily im contacting to support chat as well.. every day im getting response from chat team like ” we escalated issue, bankers will look into it”, apart from that my issue is not moved furthur. Update on my withdrawal that Betway have still not given me! Finally had a email and I not aloud my money unless my bank send them a letter to prove I not received it, I have my statements to show this but won’t accept it and my bank can’t do such thing, betway have admitted it failed the first time so surly it’s there mistake! My bank telling me to tell betway that the ARN no. I given them from betway is saying it never got sent and to ask betway to reinstate it and do again, clearly I can prove I have not got it, but I’m stuck now as my back won’t help write a letter and betway been so hard to speak to, my withdrawal was the 3rd of Feb! It’s an absolute joke, and nothing is getting solved, and betway you really need to sort your customer’s service out its shocking, I won’t here from you now for another week by email, I not giving up and I will get my money!!!!!!!!

This is my 3rd worst experience with betway. Their support and banking team are really worst. I have multiple deposits which are stuck for more than weeks or even months. They provide the same update everytime when I ask about the resolution. Really frustrated with their services and still I do.

Getting so frustrated now and feel Betway have stole my money. I contacted my bank they gave me instructions to get intouch with net way as they need to resend the withdrawal as it has not reached my bank. Cant speak to anyone only by email had no response. I liked some of the games a lot…but then they locked my account and insisted I speak to a responsible gambling customer service person. This is ridiculous! It’s pretty much impossible to get a hold of someone over there when you want to but they sure find a way to contact you when they want. I was absolutely insulted. Hopeless service. Been waiting for a withdrawn for 3 1/2 weeks. They told me separate things. But still a new excuse when it doesnt work. Hello I would like to make a complaint because I still have not received my withdrawal money its very fustrating as the only contact you have is email. It nearly been a week now and no money plus its coming up weekend, so its going to take even longer to be in my account. I hope you can try resolve this today for me. I sent the relavent documents but there still waiting to be reviewed it says they be in-touch with in 24 hours that is not the case. Zero customer support. i made an account deposited money, and when i come back to the app my password does not work no matter how many times i reset it. when i contact customer service to refund my 200$ i get no response to my emails. there is no phone number, if you want a betting app use bet 365 as i do now, they have a customer support number online.

Betway has suspended my account and locked me out of my account. It is quite the coincidence that this happens when I go up to $5250 from depositing $425. This company has been great to me until today. I was told by live chat that they would call me however this has not happened.

Betway is a OBVIOUS sham/scam/rigged/ whatever you want to call it. the prize wheel has 8 sections, I don’t think I ever won. I made my account last year, and went on everyday to see if i could win a “free prize”, never have won any prize, wheel spin represents their site, everything is fixed. and also, takes 2 minutes to deposit, and week+ to withdraw, this site has fed flags all over it, the gambling commission needs to investigate this site, or are they are getting a piece of the pie so they stay quiet? this site is a joke. They say they have live chat and when you navigate to it they say they will connect with you soon but after 1 hour still nobody. I also communicated with them about my withdrawal and after I updated my withdrawal method they still didn’t send me the withdrawal. I then sent another email and didn’t even get a reply!!! (This review is 16 days after I sent the last email!). Today I send another email and I get an automated reply that the email support@betway is not monitored anymore??? How am I even supposed to contact support now?

Betway have had an error with a deposit transaction that led to my 100 deposit request being processed TWICE at exactly the same time. I have 100 a day limit on my account, so theirs no way 200 (all be it 2x 100 transactions) should be attempted at the same time or taken the same day or be allowed to go through.Only 100 reached my Betway account (probably due to my 100 a day limit), so I am now missing 100 which has disappeared into the matrix somewhere until I can speak to someone which is made completely impossible as Betways live chat doesnt have any humans their at all, & I keep going round in circles on their chat with only automatic response options.I have emailed them, & all theyve done is direct me back to the chat saying I need to speak to someone in live chat, but again, there is no LIVE chat/human chat about it, its all just automated options that doesnt allow me to raise this issue further!Can I please speak to a human ASAP to resolve this & you return the 100 thats been wrongly taken from my bank & isnt showing in my Betway account! Stalling processing of my withdrawals. No one contacted me. Only after i used their live chat did they tell me my account has been escalated. They give you no time limit (which is normal). However they claim they will send you an email. I doubt they will as when i requested an email to correspond with it ended up being one that is no longer monitored. Ive experienced this before with another company, its a tactic used to make you give up on claiming your winnings and go away in silence. If they resort to this, i will have to take the evidence from in game screenshots of withdrawals and live chat, and make a formal complaint to the gambling commission.I will update this review when/if they sort my case.

Please dont use this platform, don’t fall for all the advertising they do on different sports tournaments they are the biggest crooks in the industry. I am from India betway has been banned here still they use illegal money laundering from different payment providers and as a customer in India you are not going to get any service money deposited doesn’t get credited customer service takes 7 to 15 hours to connect and they have no courtesy they will flat refuse your claim by saying the deposit failed and wait for 7 days and if you are lucky they will credit it to your account and not refund as they tell you and try again to connect with there service chat and you will spend another 15 hours. I have had instances where if the bet payout on wins is 10? when you win they automatically reduce your payout to say7? and if you want to know why they will direct you to see there t&c. Please Please don’t use this cheat company of you want to bet online you will be hurt.

I have been with Betway for around 3 years betting quite regularly. Throughout my time with Betway, I have received next to nothing in rewards for being a long standing customer. Limited bonuses and free bets, the only real offer is for those that bet 25 a week on accumulators. I must have spent similar on a number of occasions on other products and received nothing.Contacted customer service to ask about possibility of promotions for long standing customers and got immediately shut down saying that I had to follow terms and conditions of offers. No offer of resolution and therefore decided to close my account with immediate effect.3 years and about 3 free bets in that time. Prize wheel gives you nothing at all either. Span about 50 times and 0 wins. Really suggest other sites that reward you for your length of time with them (eg William hill as a great example) Avoid unless you dont want any rewards and an outdated app with poor customer service.
