As somebody said their prizewheel game is rigged ? "you didn't win this time". No I didn't. No more than the time before or the time before or the time before. Absolutely terrible service. I've withdrawn from my account before using SWIFT transfer. Went to do the same thing 3 weeks ago and got an email saying it didn't go through and to seek help with the live chat. The live chat is just an automated bot that only give you a limited selection of specific things to ask, none of which were relevant to my problem, and then after it gives you useless advice it asks "was this helpful" and your only options are "yes" or "go back". You can't actually speak to a person and you're just stuck in an endless loop. I emailed the customer support and got a reply from Kerenza saying they escalated it to the payments team and they would be in touch. That was 2 weeks ago. I've replied several times since and heard nothing back. Kerenza even acknowledged she could see I've used that withdrawal method before so there should be no problem. The money has disappeared from my account so I guess they've just decided to steal it. Avoid Betway

But what surprised me the most recently was winning a jackpot and getting denied withdrawal. when they lock you out of your account , that's the first red flags. I was lucky enough to get in touch with casino programmer and data recovery specialist 'webghost33' on i n sta gram, who assisted with regaining access to my account and withdrawal was possible. my withdrawal of 55000 inr has not reached me for a month now and they tell me that I owe them 500 rs as a transfer I made has not reached them.then when I cleared it up they processed my money and now they tell that the transaction failed .I gave them the reply that how can the transaction fail after 3 years and I deposited money in to their account just to prove it.The Next thing Is I have deposited 9500 3 months back but still it has not been deposited after giving all proofs.

If there was a minus that would be it. Used to be a fair online casino and 1 of my favourites but since about November 2022 I can't win a penny. I don't know what happened, because b4 November I used to regularly win something but since November I won nothing. I'm done with Betway, which is a real shame, because like I said it was 1 of my favourite online casinos.

This is thrid time in a row. That i am rating my review here for the same incident. I deposited 1000rs three times saying happened on 17th December 2022. It's almost nearing a month. Just they are sending a reply saying give your ID and nothing else after that from them. My ID is Anvit_AV(please don't mail seeking this again). I am expecting a call from betway. Also it didn't get resolved in few days i will complaint the same to gambling commission with all the proof. End of a Journey with Betway. There are many other app... Also forgot to mention that now they have made withdraw amount to be minimum 5000rs, indirectly they are saying you don't get any profit if you play here and stop playing today.

The deposits are quick but when it comes to payout they are behaving on borderline scammers. I am waiting since long for my payout and haven't seen them paying it out though they have processed it. Seems like they are waiting for more people to pay in so that they can pay some of it out. And my money is with them.

Disorganised bunch of clowns, cant even credit a bonus over 3 weeks after I qualified for it. I have an active complaint with them on AskGamblers.com where they are just constantly stalling while they investigate! Their responsible gambling team called me after midnight while I was in the middle of playing, I didnt know who was calling me and trying to reject the call made me misclick and lose a game I should have won. This company is a disgrace and I wont be using them again even if they pay me out after seeing all the complaints here. I have seen 1 5 star review from a guy who won! Apart from that, almost all 1 star - I wonder why? Rude live support, horrible people who dont deserve to be employed.

Their responsible gambling team called me after midnight while I was in the middle of playing, I didnt know who was calling me and trying to reject the call made me misclick and lose a game I should have won. This company is a disgrace and I wont be using them again even if they pay me out after seeing all the complaints here. I have seen 1 5 star review from a guy who won! Apart from that, almost all 1 star – I wonder why? Rude live support, horrible people who dont deserve to be employed.

Didn't receive my welcome offer after my first accumulator didn't win. Tried to reach out on live chat but it's just an automated bot that parrots info available on their website. I had to contact them through Twitter which is a bad start.Customer service agreed that I should have received the offer, they have no idea why I haven't. After a few days of back and fore and no resolution despite them agreeing that I have satisfied all conditions I'm ready to chalk them up as a bad bookie and move on. If they aren't willing to honour their own offers you know to walk away, only trouble ahead continuing to bet with them.Plenty of reputable bookmakers out there, no need to bother yourself with the poor ones like this lot.

I asked a pay out on 8december ! My account and adres are confirmed ! The support team works verry wel ! The payout team doesnt work profesional ! Maybe 1 day in a week ! Now on jan 3 2023 still aint not got my money If its not paid on 5januari than i wil go to the gambling commision that will stop them from working ! I will change my review after that i have got my money !

If I could give negative stars I would. My favourite game to play is African Quest. On November 20th, 2022 I submitted an email with screenshots of the game not honouring paying lines. Several screenshots. I followed up via chat on weekly basis being told that they are escalating the matter higher up and I will receive an email with the credit and or resolution. Needless to say I gave up waiting in chat for someone to tell me the same thing over and over. Assuming they would at least pull the game or fix it I played last night again. Yup, the game still cheats! Is there a way to report the casino to some sort of commission? Are they regulated by some higher entity? If this happens to people all over the world how much money are they actually stealing?

Their live chat takes at least 2 hours to connect and there is no email facility. Dont bet on Betway.EDIT: Now live chat isn't connecting at all. There is officially no way to contact them. Worst site ever.
