On 1st Dec , 2022 ; i deposited 35 000 INR via UPI to my betway account – Varun281099 and on 2nd Dec ‘ 22 i deposited 15 000 INR via UPI to my account – freedom_tracks99.So as per their policy , UPI transaction / deposits took within 2 – 24 hrs to get reflected.Now it’s been more than 15 days , still haven’t received a official confirmation about the deposited funds or why it took so late..On being asked, they are clueless and the support team is trained perfect to run through the circles..Totally pathetic and unsatisfactory , never trust betway.So as per the policy , they

I have tried to withdrawal my funds from my betway account for weeks. On the site, it clearly states up to 3 business days once payment is processed but I still have not received my withdrawal. It’s sad because it’s almost Christmas and i’m worried my money won’t arrive by then. The customer support system is really bad. The only way is the live chat but even then, I tried them everyday for the last week but no one has responded to me or got to me even though it says the i’m “next in line”. Ive been waiting for a password to deposit my money for over a month now. What a scam i was in queue so many times and each time they say we will revert this to our payments team. But still nothing has been sent. They certainly dont take care of their customers

I have only ever used trustpilot twice in my life and both times its for Betway bad experiences…….a withdrawal made on Tuesday at 6pm has still not been processed by them at 9am on Friday morning, reason given…..There isnt one. Look for people like me who bet on horses and sport and just want an easy time and to get their money after they make a withdrawal just use Betfair, Hills or Paddys its just so much less hassle and time out of your life. Before anyone thinks its docs, they are all sent and passed years ago, they have told me twice on livechat no reason…..just use someone else trust me

This company has THE SLOWEST WITHDRAWAL TIMES OF ALL COMPANIES. It takes MORE THAN 2 weeks to get the money to your bank account, which kills the satisfaction of the winning.AVOID AVOID AVOID.I am still waiting for the money they owe me.With Bet365 i get the money in 2 hours. So guys ; lemme be real honest.Honestly ; being a part of betway from the past 7 or 8 months.I now have lost the faith in betway as they came up betraying me.So on 1st Dec ‘ 22 ; i deposited 35000 INR to my betway account.And 15000 INR to my other account; Till Today ie 15 Dec ‘ 22 ; i haven’t recieved a single confrontation from the team.That always ask to allow time to them in order to get a feedback.The guy intentionally blocked my accounts ; and till today i have no clue whether they are gonna return my money or not.So betway is not a trustworthy bookmaker now ; do think twice before getting your money into this.Also ; the customer support is pathetic.They don’t care about the emotions or feelings of the person.All that betway care is about goddam money.So never invest a penny on betway; they are fraudsters.

Betway recently raised their minimum withdrawal limit to 5000 in India. This used to be 1000, which was way more feasible for someone that bets low and withdraws low amount. Now it will take forever for people like me to withdraw something from betway and probably waste it here itselfEither way, this was a low move. SHAME that global brands like Betway can exploit consumers and get away with it.

Joined Betway Sunday night lots of games and things to do. I won often ,lost on some games which is expected, i had some small wins and 2 decent wins , I withdraw 5times in last 48hrs and today all my winnings was paid to me. What can I say about Betway.com that hasn’t been said on here already. Their customer support is horrendous, they only offer one form of contact and that is via live chat. No security questions when you contact them on chat, definitely a red flag.Wait for withdrawals with bated breath… It’s been well over a week now since my withdrawal was ‘processed’ but not paid out. No resolutions provided, no escalations to payment, no reasons as to why. The best they can do is tell you to wait. At times I doubt if I’m even talking to a real person. It’s a shame as the site is good but the lack of security and service is appalling. Gambling Commission should definitely look into this company.No private message??

My 100000 INR in 2 transactions 50k each are still pending on betway where i have produced all the required documents for my verification.The transaction are now as old as 10th and 11th November Repectively. I trusted betway as a friend recommended but never knew i would be stuck this bad.I have mailed them multiple times and each mail is reverted in a s long as 3-4 days.Now they aremt even considering Police verified documents which are provided to them.I will highly recommend you guys not to play on this site.I have a really big amount stuck with them. On tellong them this amount is huge to me, they even banned my account under responsible gaming. This is a big scandal going on. Really terrible customer support made a bank transfer which never reached my account and have shared the transaction id from my bank and even my bank statement which they will not use and I do not want them to have all of my private information. I deposited 5000 money on 6th December still now that money not credited in betway account. Chat representative team will tell that payment team was reviewing your ticket and there now timeframe to resolve the issue. There are big big scammers don’t trap this betway

I played on this site from Canada and using my own money and refusing “Bonus” money i actually won 16KBut after now 4 months of trying to get my winnings they ignore and ignore want this and want that, they want me to prove i own the debit card i used for them to send me my winnings. Might as well make it 1 million to lul users into risking more. This way you’ll ALWAYS be chasing. Now, your money stays stuck till you get to 5000 or you could just stop playing and forsake the money lying in the account.Either way, this was a low move. I deposited 1000 CAD to Betway Canada account, then they closed my account and don’t give back my money. I haven’t even placed any bets yet. I have emailed once , no response. I have had the worst experience where I transferred monies to my betway account as per their protocol and it’s been nearly a week and my money has not been credited to my betting account where as they claim to credit within 45 mins~ 2 hours. Surprisingly there are no numbers to call for customer support, only a chat which might take you hours to reach one their executives who are utterly clueless and helpless. I have spent hours chatting with 8-9 different helpdesk executives who keep repeating that the banking team is looking into the matter which is now marked high priority. But no resolution till date. No response either to the several emails with all necessary proofs of transaction . Sitting in a different jurisdiction, they feel they can get away with anything without any legal repercussions.
