So basically I lost 20 euros at around 3:30PM September 22nd from my bank account but not getting it through to my betway account... Its been more than 2 months since that happened for me to get a reply today from the live support which is mostly made up of automated bots about how there was an error and thats it... Money still no where to be seen. Overall really bad customer support in general and the waiting time for solving problems is way too much. I'd pass this website for any newcomers that are wanting to gamble online.

I won 63700 ruppes on 22 September.the i kept withdrawals, after 2 days my account was locked due silly reason from them . withdrawal stopped.then after 1 month i received gmail regarding withdrawals ,they asked to send bank statement and ownership .i sended it already 5 days completed.when i chatted they are saying it is under review.when the review completed i don't know .today they are saying you are withdrawals will not come .i have proof they are said in gmail withdrawal are processed.i have each and every proof .

I managed to place a couple of winning bets - now my bets are limited to under 4 - what a complete waste of time.They are very happy to take your money, but if you actually dare and win something, they will soon restrict your account.

the customer service here is terrible I spoke with people for over 2 hours trying to get help with an issue and they could only quote terms and condidtions and I had to debate with an idiot over the difference between settled and placed. overall 0/10

Ive been waiting over a week now for two withdrawals which have been completed. Apparently there is now an issue with my payment method but it is impossible to get through to customer services on live chat as the wait is ridiculous. Currently waiting in live chat for over an hour now Have tried their customer support email but this inbox is only monitored for documents! Feels scammy to say the least!

Hello,I have made a deposit of Rs 4000 on Sep 30th. It doesn't reflected in my account still. It has been 2 months.I have been tried contacting Betway live support chat, hell of a thing..whenever I ask they will tell no update still..then whom we should contact..?I have sent bank statement everything for proof..multiple times..no response..even worst..Don't ever trust Betway. Wanted to close and delete my account. For some reason (probably in attempt to prevent you from leaving) I could find NO information on how to do this in their automated Help & Support pages.So I went onto the chat and was apparently next in line. Over 15min later I was still next in line.I believe this is a blatant effort to stop customers from leaving, hence the negative review.I will also be contacting the Gambling Commission as they may well be interested in the companies current behaviour.

I have deposited Amounts on INR 900, INR 2000 and INR 5000 on 28-Oct-22, 02-Nov-22 and 25-Nov-22 and they are not credited to my betway account. I dropped multiple mails and had number of live chats with support team. They always say only one update that "Banking team is reviewing the details". This issue is still pending and their support is really really worst. This is the worst experience I have ever had in my life.

They don't honor their withdrawals.Heres my case.I deposited 100 $ on June 26 20222nd deposit 900 $ on June 30th 2022Made a withdrawal request following week .I decided not to wager the funds anymore .It has been over 120 days , zero updates.The last time support contacting me they said "the processor requires the last 4 digits of the SIN/SSN in order to release your withdrawal. " Which was on Aug 2nd 2022 . I provided that the same day.I contacted their Live Chat over 20 times.I get the same " This has been escalated , please allow 24-48 hours to receive feedback " .I wouldn't recommend this platform if you are planning to withdrawal your funds.They can't even process a simple transaction under 30 days.Let me remind you, theses weren't even winnings.These were the funds I deposited into their platform.Over 120 days of nightmare trying to get your 1000$ deposit back.I can't imagine what kind of nightmare you'd have to endure had it been winnings....

They try to delay your withdrawl amount as much as they can buy saying details are not getting verified while they already refunded to the same account earlier. Everytime I try to speak with agent over chat there is waiting for more than 1 hour and then agent always say to send bank statement but after sending that as well they do not transfer your amount

I have deposited over a 1000 dollars with my VISA. I played for few weeks and trying to withdrawal 660 back to VISA. Of course they say my VISA is restricted. Apparently, not when they want the money. I contacted VISA and they stated the card has no restrictions. I was told to update Withdrawal method as next step, of course that isn't possible. Next step was to have it done manually by BETWAY requiring ID, bank statements, the same stuff I used to verify my account. The site tries to make it as difficult as possible to make any withdrawals, they give you the runaround. Technically it is still a SCAM when they make all these problems purposefully.

I deposited $90 because there was a promotion to match up to $200. Its been 2 months since I successfully e-transfered them my funds and nothing has come into my account. I have spoken to the company MANY times and they wont do anything about it. The excuse they gave me is that its the payment company's fault and both theirs.

If I could give no Stars I would I set up my account and received an email saying if I deposit 10 I will receive 10 free to bet with (I used the link in email to deposit my 10). I still have not received this I emailed Betway who do reply and tell me to go on live chat. I have tried to get on live chat but cannot. I emailed them to ask for the live chat link as this is not working for me. I have been emailed with a list of steps to follow which will lead me to the live chat hyperlink (apparently). None of the steps lead me to the link. I have just emailed over screen shots to prove this to them. They have the ability to add this 10 on my account they just want me to give up making out they are trying to help with their emails back and forth just wasting my time they use false advertising to get people to use there site. My advice would be to avoid

There is a withdrawal of INR 23,000 which was processed by Betway on 4th Nov22 but I have still not received the funds. I have shared my account statement with you on e-mail twice. You guys respond on e-mails only when I am on Live Chat with your agents & it takes atleast 1 hour for your agent to come online & start the interaction. Every time I have to explain the whole story to the new agent. My previous experience were good but the way I have been treated in last 15 days is horrible. Can I request someone senior/knowledgeable to handle my case.

No phone customer service in Canada. The chat does not work. Betway now is like a scam. I closed my account because they renew the conditions and my account was not working. My account is closed 2 months ago and they did not refund CAN$360 I have in that account.

I deposited 10 pounds and tried to bet , they then blocked my account and when i asked fir my money back they said they need to review my account and to allow time . What a dirty dodgy site , there seems to be alot of this going on. DONT USE BETWAY EVER . Thieves. To bet on the app/site you really need to have serious patience, the app freezes for like a minute or so each time you want to scroll down or want to go through the market. Worst app/site ever. Work on your site and improve your customer service!!!!!!

Account closed for no reason at all. Id only ever deposited twice but they waited til i had lost a tenner then they booted me out and now won't answer any of my messages and have kept my remaining balance that was in there.

Time to give an honest review of Betway as I have been asked to...They are really good in the markets they offer but in terms of free bets or loyalty free bets sadly they are lagging behind Skybet Corals etc.I have only received 1 free bet of 2.50 in all the time I have been with them!Also the daily spin thing is permanently set on lose.There are worse out there though in saying all this.

Worst app don't use this betway app, don't loss your money, they without intimation blocked your account, not responding customer mails & chatting also, i loss my wallet money, given lots of compliants & send lot's of mails but they not given proper response, friends don't use this worst app and don't loss your money ok. Extremely misleading promotions. Customer service is horrendous. a promotion clearly says it is every day, and I met all the requirements as laid out in the terms and condition. The customer service said it isn't every day. Stay away from this company because they are all crooks
