I made with withdrawals on 21 and 23 of INR 55000 . Processing Completed, when contacted their customer support told me there is slight delay in payments , even she said they dont about timeframes , very ridiculous. They r cheaters

I’m facing the same experience like others,I have submitted my withdrawal on 20th sep,From past 5 days it’s stuck in the status of ‘processing completed’And the amount Is 28500…Customer service are useless… Since thy don’t have any answer..This is really bad……

I have been using betway for more than 2 years and this time I won 44500/- INR and I withdraw this amount but after few days, I found that the status is same and amount is not credited to my bank account. I tried to contact the live agent multiple times and for that I have to wait for more than 2 hours daily. Luckily, I got the chance to talk with live agent and once I provide my details as per their requirements, they checked my details and suddenly block my verified account without any notice.This is really worst thing I faced in my life. Don’t waste your time playing in this website. I only want your money, they will not give your money back whatever you will win. They are cheated on everyone. I read all their reviews in the last 2-3 days and found that many people having the same problem as me. Feel very nervous because they blocked 44500/- INR. This is a very big amount for me.I have proof of my chat with support team as well.

I won 8 thousand ruppes in betway and made withdrawal on 8 th sept.now 20 days completed still amount not credited, even I have mailed so many times and they are not responding,now they simply locked my account without any reason.i asked through customer care ,why my account locked.they did not have any reasons.they did not provide money .i asked what about my funds they are saying our operation manager said to closed your account.

I put a bet on a 4th quarter spread and it says nothing on the bet slip if it goes to overtime it includes it also. The sent me something back we’re it says it in small print after you click on there policies. No other site does it include overtime.There unethical cheaters. Colorado gaming department should shut them for unethical practices. They void a bet out once an hour after the game was over because they put the wrong home team on the wrong side if the bet slip. I won on that also and chose the team I want. Complete absolute cheaters with no one to regulate them. Colorado department of gaming needs to step up and shut these crooks down for unethical behavior.

My answer is No , it’s a fraud. If you are losing money you are a valuable customer otherwise they will close your account or put the limit on your betting stake amount on a match. If you are withdrawing small amount like 1000 then you can play long but overall you can withdraw upto 50k after that they will block.If you playing loosing money ,you are their good customer.if you won huge amount like 10 k , 50 k ,one lakh .they simply locked your account .fraud betway . Fraud owner. And worker .too many dady owner .stolen my money .

The cheaters i must say My withdrawal from 21st of sept is still showing processing completed but still not paid and i am not also hetting connected to live chat , for live chat yesterday i waited from 1pm to 6.30 pm in the so called atulid queue then when i was on number 1 there was no moment after that till today its showing number1,and again today i waited in the queue of 303 now live scene is it is showing 4in the queue from last 1hour no moment in that ,They are here to mke fools to the people worst live chat and there is nothing called queue they do it bcoz they dont want to talk to anyone bcoz they are CHEATERS

This is a big scam…after reading the reviews here… now i understand why i still never got the money…i would not recommend anyone for this app .. customer care useless…live chat useless…no proper response..it’s been more than 6 days I have still not got the money..

Would be zero stars, withdrawal request using faster visa ( which Ive used multiple times with other companies) betway advertise as being 12 hours, withdrawal not processed and wont be processed over the weekend and according to customer service chat ( easier getting into Fort Knox) will take days.Also made a deposit that left my bank but never arrived , I now have email my bank statement and prove it even though its on their system so will be waiting days for that as well.Overall I would not recommend to anyone.

I have withdrawn amount on 12-Sep-2022 and 16-Sep-2022 and both the statuses show processing completed but amount still not credited. Reached out to live chat people and they provide me different reasons everytime.I never faced this issue before. Now I am pissed off with the support. Never gonna trust the app again

I’ve been online betting for over 20 years and I’ve never seen such a shambles,few days ago they took my deposit but nothing On my account,their phone number doesn’t work the live chat only has useless robots the email doesn’t work it took me about 50 emails to get a reply saying they wanted statements when they can see it pending lol,it took them 3 days to put it back in my account lol no apology,and I did the stupid mistake of depositing again with them today and the same thing has happened.ive sent about 12 emails no reply,I’ve never experienced anything near it on the less popular sites,absolute shambles

I started using betway 2 weeks ago and everything was going well. Deposits came instantly and i was betting here and there while losing. But my luck changed one day and won quite a bit. So i withdrew my winnings and patiently waiting for the money to deposit in my account. It’s been 6 days now and it’s still processing. From reading all the reviews just now, it has occurred to me that betway is actually a scam and advice people from using it. I myself have switched to bet365 which is much better.

Betway has taken my money and not credited my account following a deposit. Its deposit feature froze during deposit, so I completed it twice more expecting it to be a glitch. I have done this 3 times x 25 and my account does not show any money is deposited. then I check online banking, and It has shown as pending transactions out of my debit account. I am shocked at how bad Betway are to allow this to happen.The live chat is not helpful and just robotic, i cant speak to a real person. Secondly, it hasnt replied to any of my Twitter DMs or tweets about this issue.Wish I read the reviews on trust pilot first.

My experience is that after logging in and making a few deposits, it appears that one of those deposits doesnt load up and goes missing for 4/5 days then appears back in your account. This doesnt show on your betway transactions but that payment has been taken by betway from your bank account. Getting sick of it now and coming away from them. You just cannot contact these people.

Regret signing up to Betway. I deposited with them was playing a slot and they kicked me out blocked my account and requested documentation, so I sent them what they requested and I am still waiting 24 hrs later and still locked out of my account with funds in it. I contacted support and waiting over 30 mins for them to talk to me and still nothing resolved

Never fail to disappoint. One thing after another. Long term customer, going to move elsewhere. Made a deposit of 50, taken the funds from my bank and not applied it to my account. Was told it was a failed deposit and would bounce back in 24 hours. 72 hours later still not received. Customer support is useless, no one helps on live chat, get told a different story every time. Then receive a text today, apologising for the delay with my deposit. Whats going on, I thought the deposit failed and would be coming back into my bank? Utterly useless

I made a deposit on my Betway account and it has gone into pending in my bank account but has not shown in my Betway account. Never had a problem before but there isnt an option to reverse it and hasnt even shown up in my transaction history. When depositing it came up with a redirecting screen and then asked me to continue with app but was asking me to continue with a Halifax account for a deposit of 5 when I deposited 20 and I dont bank with Halifax! So cancelled the transaction and it took me back to the home page without depositing my money but has still gone to pending in my bank. The live chat is terrible as my problem isnt listed and its a bot so dont even get the chance to explain my problem to a real human.

I made the mistake of depositing again on this ppoor excuse for a gambling site and although you have taken the money from my account it has not appeared in my Betway account. I cannot query this because it is impossible to contact anyone which just shows how much this site actually cares about it’s customers which is absolutely sod all. This site is a complete and utter f@cking disgrace and really is nowhere near fit for purpose and I have no idea how this so called big company gets away with being the worst online site i have ever had the misfortune of using. Just an update from this mickey mouse site who have told me it can take up to 24 hours for a deposit to appear on my account so if you want to place a bet you have to deposit 24 hours before the event starts. How this company are still in business is a mystery but I will not be using it again and I would recommend you avoid it at all costs as it is a complete and utter joke just not in the least bit funny.

BETWAY (more like OURWAY, one way to their accounts) This is not a legitimate company. I advise anyone reading this to AVOID them and dont even contemplate going to their site. They say withdrawals take 1-2 business working days. Im now into the 5th working day and still the money has not reached my account. They wont supply me with a transaction ID so I can contact my bank and trace it via EPS or BACS. Thats because there is no transaction. Tomorrow I will be making a formal complaint the ombudsman and the GC about the timescales that provide. Which are complete inaccurate and untrue. BETWAY is a scam outfit, there is no two ways to determine it otherwise. Unlawful practices. I will be raising a petition to have BETWAY investigated and fines over there practices. Please look out for it tomorrow.

They locked my account and won’t unlock it unless I take a phone call with them. They continuously tell me they are calling me and they are not. I’ve had successful withdrawals before so this isn’t the issue.They claim that I spent too much time on the website, even though I spent less than $1,000. It’s my time, my money, my day off… So now I have money left in the account, and they haven’t called me ONCE. When I message them and complained they said that they could work through it with email and I never got the email either.I did wait a couple of months to see if they would just deposit the money back in my account but I guess that’s the money down the toilet. Worse than 888 and Leo Vegas combined.

I made a deposit but it never reached my Betway account. On the Live Chat they claimed that the deposit was “unsuccessful”, but in order to return the funds they need a bank statement showing the transaction. So, basically, they did receive the deposit, but have decided to seize it without actively letting me know that they’ve done this or indeed why they’ve done it, and instead of simply returning the funds they are making unreasonable demands. Not only will I not have a statement showing the transaction until a statement is generated next month, I do not feel it is appropriate for them to demand to see un-redacted bank statements. I’ve never before been asked by any company to see bank statements in order for them to make a refund, it’s very unusual. I’ve informed the bank about this and they went straight ahead to raise a dispute.

I spent a lot of money to play. Now, at last, I was lucky to win some. I was very happy for at least I can get back a part of my losses. Apparently, they are not practicing sportsmanship like I do when I lose. I went on holiday and came back but my emails were ignored. So sad. How are they allowed to operate this way. Horrible site. its torture. Been trying to get my money back for almost 6 weeks now. They keep giving excuses. I have to follow up every 3/4 days. They are asking for full SIN number to get your own money back. Is that even legal? Asked for nothing when i was placing the bets. It says they provide withdrawals within 24 hours. What a joke. The whole process is designed so that the customers get tired and not ask for their money. No phone numbers. Has anyone been successful in getting their money back?Stay away.

Scam. If a match is losing them money (aka if the odds change too much) they will just cancel the entire bet making it impossible to actually make money on the site. There are many better alternatives out there. Customer support is non existent too.
