I deposited R500 last week and made a bet yesterday,2 hours later I couldn’t access my account.I tried contacting bet and no response.Just let me login so I can take my money elsewhere this is a stupid site.

I made a winning bet on the horses and Betway decided that the bet was a loss and never paid me out. There is NO way to easily contact support to question the decision. I am right and I am very disappointed with Betway. I would like the bet reviewed and the settlement made. Its not a lot of money but a winning bet should be honoured by this company

Awesome gameplay. Responsible gambling options. No problems with withdrawal and deposits. Funds withdraw in bank just 1or 2 days after withdrawal request. Betway is fully committed with his promises. I play with betway from 2 or 3 years. And they don’t disturb me on any single occasion when I withdraw or deposit. Blackjack and roulette is my favourite games. This is by far the worst when it comes to customer support. It takes minimum 2 hours to connect and then again disconnnect. None are responsible. Its a shame.

2 days of frustration and still not over. I received a message on my mobile informing me of 15 free spins on Fishin Pots of Gold but after opting in and loading the game the free spins did not load. I tried contacting Betway via live chat but cannot get past the automated response which is no help. I Can not find a telephone number to call and the only email contact I have responds with the following message “Youve mailed us from an email address that doesnt match any accounts on our system” which is very strange as that is the email used to send and receive the verification documents? The free spins are only available for 1 more day (today) but with no hope of being able to contact anyone to resolve the issue it looks like my time with Betway has come to an end. I would hate to think what difficulties I would have contacting Betway with a serious issue.

They respond to every complaint here with””Hi, X.Thanks for your feedback.Well contact you as soon as were done reviewing your account.Regards,The Betway team””Then proceed to send you an email saying to “reach out” if you have any complaints, but they don’t even have an actively monitored email address that you can respond to! I have all the evidence in the world for my case but they still choose to scam and not respond.

They are great when you deposit but when you withdraw they don’t want to know. Make some comment about the card you are using to withdraw isn’t correct even though it’s the same as I deposited with. To make it worse you are not allowed to talk to anyone and using the on line chat is a complete waste of time. My advice is to give them a wide berth.

Deposit not reflecting in account. Did a bank transfer and money is out my account. It’s now more than 48 hours later. Only option to get hold of support is via live chat which is mostly automated replies. After several attempts finally managed to get on the chat with a consultant Nikita. I was advised to send proof of payment to support@betway to which I got an automated reply that the mailbox is not been monitored. Pathetic customer service from Betway. Unable to get a consultant on live chat ever since and no number to call.

I made a deposit on 23rd of April 2022 till now not received they were asked for statement for 3 months which also sent, which supposed to be resolved within 7 days, now they are saying can’t say how long this will take, don’t trust betway instead better to go for any waste sites…

There is absolutely no way to contact this company – chat is just BOT, phone numbers don’t work and email address just auto replies to say the mailbox is not monitored. If you have a query or issue with bet not being settled correctly you are stuffed. I would not advise anyone to use this site.

RIGGED!!In the last month Ive spent over 700 on this site, Ive only played one single game. The same game every time. I spin at 1.20 and I have not ever had 1 bonus. Not one single bonus, Ive been playing this game a long time and even on other sites you get a fair couple of bonuss. Also the game I play has now been removed from the App and you can only access it by web browser. Please stay completely clear of this site honestly, I know the rush will make you think you can win. My account was indefinite self excluded with my confirmation or my request, what I said is just a question on Twitter asking if I indefinite self excluded, my balance will be paid or not as account still unverified and delay verification for more than 7 days , stated “just a question” and ” I only ask I know the steps for indefinite self exclusion” and I also asked ” if I close my account, my balance will be paid or not ” so why then indefinite self excluded and not close account as I asked about two cases , never sent to me to confirm this exclusion, not even suspended my account till discuss gambling responsible with me , they excluded my account after a minute from my last deposit as if I want to make this what let me to deposit then , now I only asked them to consider account is closed not indefinite self exclusion as I want to open a new account and also to get my balance there

My Betway account got self excluded and betway allow me to withdraw my money and i gave them my withdraw account and other necessary information. Next day i got a message on whatsapp and they said they are from betway support team and ask me for my personal details and documents.I was not aware about that and gave my details to him.Leter he changed my registered id and phone number and ask me 50000 INR to get back my account.But i didn’t give him money and he threat me that you won’t get money too.I inform the betway about this but they are not listening to me.This money is extremely important for me.This money will decide my future.Please help me.Betway let him change my Mail id and Phone number so easily.I didn’t get any otp on my phone number or my My mail id.Please i need you help.Thanks.

I have won 250 pounds (uk) and I withdrawed it and they said please add a different card to withdraw it as the transaction was unsuccessful which I have done and they sending me stupid emails asking to withdraw it like I dont know how to … There is no money for me to withdraw its been over 2 weeks and still nothing ,If you want me to Withdraw my winnings at least put it back to my balance on betway but my balance is 0.00 , When you tried to contact live support the numbers do not work , there is a live chat robot which again does not let you speak with somebody directly only options to choose from which are not relevant, Highly do not reccomend this website I feel scammed !!! This site as an utter disgrace, take take your money give you absolute no free bets EVER , made 2 formal complaint about this none of which have been replied to at all , won’t be placing any further bets I will be finding a new site today to join , bet they get back to me about this review today though , chat page does not work x tells you to follow a link and no link and looking at previous feedback everyone else seems to say the same , no phone number either and that have dismantled there email contact as well , looks very clear what they are doing give you no method to contact them on so in essence no one complains as there is no way to contact them , worst site and customer service I have seen in my life , avoid like the plaque

I’ve read All the reviews the betway team leave,they will contact with a personal message,these or in my case do not come,I have even threatened them with legal proceedings but they don’t seem to care,they think they are above the law,maybe they are,but I will perserver as I will not be beaten by a multiple customer who treat their clients with contempt, a question why can I not give a company zero ratings,which surely betway deserve ?

EDIT: Withdrawal successfully done after changing payment method. PRE EDIT: I have been mostly a losing customer on Betway and whenever I have won, withdrawals have been smooth. But recently something very strange happened which may be a cause of concern. I made a withdrawal of rs 5780 and rs 5322 on this site for two successive days to my skrill account. The first one went through without an issue. But the second one I received a strange email from customer service that the wallet I used is invalid. This was impossible as the previous day, withdrawal went through without any issue.Then I deposited a small amount of rs 501 to check if the skrill wallet indeed was functioning and the deposit was successful without any problem. When I contacted customer service, they were acting very weird and not telling me what the issue was. Hope customer service of betway sorts this soon and there is nothing sinister involved.

I have phoned this site. emailed them and was told its a gamble what is the gamble it’s the free daily prize wheel promotion no its not a gamble it’s a fix of the biggest magnitude. why you might ask and I will tell you. I have spun the wheel daily for the last 189 days with not one single win not One. Because its a free game they are doing nothing wrong. Sir I had one issue of amount of inr 5000 pending not deposited to my account and i had to wait for so long to touch with live chat and replay from chat is wait for 2weeks 48hours and goes on still my issue not sorted today i contacted same and said i needed that amount for my commitment because it was pending from so long and for this reason he himself self excluded me for 6months is it fair . Betway has robbed me of $150 winnings. I have sent them my documents multiple times asking for my money to be released and it has been nearly 2 months…no one replies to my emails…the chat option is only a bot so no help at all…I guess I’ll just add that to the thousands of dollars already loss playing on their site…just unbelievable!!!!Betway contacted me after this review and were of no assistance whatsoever. Asking me to follow the same steps that I took many weeks ago that does not work for which I already sent them screen shots of…but the merry go round continues!!!

Signed up for the 30 free bet if you lose your first acca, which I of course did. No free bets. The live chat isnt a live chat, just an automated one that sends you round in circles and you cant talk to a human, sent emails to support but theyre not manned inboxes anymore Just disgraceful

Would advise anyone not to use Betway based on my personal experience. Was good initially, they offer good promotions etc. I received one payout of $140 from a multi. Then I proceeded to lose for about 2 years (lol) not depositing large amounts but enough to put $5 multis on sports. I was finally able to get a $200 multi around March of this year. I requested a payout but nothing happened. I have used chat 3 times since then, sent requested details to Betway and nothing has happened, no communication throughout. I’ve suspected that it’s some kind of anti-money laundering process they have to go through….but ultimately they have shown zero willingness to help at all. To top it off I have logged on to my account where I can no longer access the help chat. In the meantime I’ve been using Leo Vegas and deposited multiple times and withdrawn 3 times. Long story short, don’t touch Betway but try Leo Vegas!

*STAY AWAY*Opened an account with betway. Placed a couple of bets and while I was watching my bets a message came up saying my account is closed. I then tried to use the cash out to claw some money back and they turned that off so I couldnt cash out and end result I lost the 2 bets. I got in contact with them explaining the situation and they said theres nothing they could do. While I was writing another reply on live chat they cut me off. A member called Nicole was really rude! Going to take the matter further. Got screenshots etcStick to the bigger betting sites like bet365, coral, William hill etc. Guys.

On this site they will leave a little note under your review then email you a few days later essentially telling you to f*** off despite the fact that they are clearly in the wrong. Avoid and use competitors like bet365, Coral and William Hill that try to scam their customers a little less.

I’m from South Africa .I’ve been reading all these reviews and I’m shocked if these reviews are really true because so far since I’ve been betting on Betway I haven’t encountered any problem with them..So far to me they are the best..My withdrawals never took 24hrs but less than that..What I am not sure of is will they pay me if I win 10 million rands..So far to me they deserve 5 stars indeed..I hope all these reviews are definitely not true and I believe maybe it’s a technical problem..

problems with withdrawals.i have had or have account with just about all bookmakers this is the only one that I have trouble with making withdrawals. I was told the card was not accepting the payment but always takes deposits very easily. Its a real ball ache chasing up payments from bookmakers as the live chat is just very slow as it seems the staff are dealing with dozens or customers at the same time. And i was fed up of getting messages reading ‘sorry for the time its taken to reply’Worst customer service experience ever.
