I got a mail after giving a review, that my account has been reviewed and they processed my withdrawal and it may take 5-7 working days it's on 24-may they processed, and it's already more than 7 working days, still no amount credited to my account.. Fake words by betway.. Very cheap

I am trying to get my money deposited back to my account and no one is calling or replying back to my messages. I want my 300.00. Since over 2 weeks I am trying to get a hold of someone and no luck. It's easy for betway to take the money when I deposited to my account but my withdrawal I don't understand why I cannot get my money back. I will take legal action if this is not sorted out.

Today I couldn't wait and talked to live chat and for the last time I gave them 1 more day, they said we can't get back to you, we can't give you a date!

I'm filing a financial and moral lawsuit tomorrow, and I'm also applying to the Gambling Commission for the cancellation of their license! We will also apply to the consumer court because they are against consumer rights and they do not return within the time they have stated in writing!

Stay away from this company and seek your right!

They haven't been able to send a report for exactly 2 months, they don't answer the questions I asked and which I have a legal right to. I immediately ran an internet speed test and asked my service provider for the speed report for that minute. My internet was not bad, it was very fast, I even took a screenshot. When I came back to the games, I saw the Jackpot given both 2 times. I said prove me this to Support, prove that I wouldn't win if I played. Not even one person answered. Then I asked for a report, my RTP rates, and a detailed report of the 2 different games that I mentioned daily on April the first week. They said we will send you a report within 30 days. What do you think they sent at the end of 30 days? A white page, a blank page, on the bottom right, the total deposit amount I deposited until that day !!! Can you believe it? Inconceivable !!

On 29th May, I deposited 10k Rs around 10:50am from my SBI bank account. Transaction went through but it was not reflecting in my Betway account. Then I contacted them and they said that your money will be in your account in 7-10 days. I thought that it's fine and let's do another transaction.

Again I made a transaction of 20k Rs on same day around 12:27pm, again money deducted and not reflecting in my betway account.

Now I am not sure what to do as after seeing so many negative reviews about the same events happened to so many players. Chances of getting my money back seems slim with fake promises from Betway representatives.

I deposited INR 500 in my betway account Unmukh2403 through my upi money was debited from my account but not credited in betway account transaction done on 27/5/2021 at 8.15 pm transaction id 137647 I contacted airpay helpline and they said they have refunded my money to betway on 29/5/2021 still money is not credited I had very bad experience using betway and I want my refund from betway or I will not recommend anyone to use betway in future

I have been playing last month with Betway and my account always has been on profit. And I believe that they don’t like someone’s account to be on profit, my account has been locked up. After I had a call from responsible gambling team and we get this one sorted. I have agreed monthly limit on 1500. So once I logged in to my account I try to deposit all my monthly limit which I have set it. I tried to withdraw 100$ by etransfer, I received the etransfer but no password with it. This site has no live support at all that can help me, I tried calling emailing BOTH don't work, their live chat DOESNT WORK EITHER. There is no support for this trash site. They limit me on bets cause I win, complete scam. We need the government to start enforcing fair play on betting sites like this one. Horrible site, stay away. Betway deposit process sucks. Airpay confirms that the payments were settled to betway. But betway says rejected. Refunds are not made. Customer support is horrible. Emails doesn't even get attended. No one to get in touch.

I am here to register a complaint against my refund. On 21st April my deposit has been successfull from my end but amount didn't credited to my Betway account. When I enquired the support team they told deposit was unsuccessful. It's been more than 45 days still I didn't receive my refund. I have contacted them more than 10 times but still didn't get proper response. The only response I am getting is your deposit is under review or we are waiting for feedback from banking side. I don't know what they're reviewing for more than 45 days. Such a worst backend team they have. Beware of this site guys. If it is successful no issue if not you won't get your money back and we have to beg them for refund.

1) Stay away from all games, especially Red Tiger games. Don't let yourself be caught up to win the Jackpots. RTP rates are never like in the descriptions.

Now this is what you call a reputable online casino! My experience with Betway has been exceptional from the very beginning. They’ve got all my favourite live games and slots, The verification process was quick and the team is honest and efficient; i had a withdrawal that was stuck pending for 42hrs and they said they’ll sort it out and less than two hours later the money was in my account. Hey man Same happened to me today. While I was playing tennis I bet on total games would be more than 22.5. When I placed the bet still they were in set 2. Less chances of getting it to set 3. But I made it through by having total 19 games played in 2 sets so far. I was relaxed as I know even anybody wins by 6-0, I will win. Now they played the set 3 with the points system and when I checked back my account it shows I lost. When I tried to contact I got the same reply as you, bets are being correctly settled. So this is update on my situation. I posted on May 15, if want to go and read back. Betway support did email back and fourth to try and resolve my problem. I guess there is hope for people like me who had bet malfunctions. I wasn’t happy it took 2 weeks to resolve but at least they returned some of my money back.

Better than nothing I guess. Kinda skeptical to play blackjack again reading these reviews online. But ya there is hope for them to fix your problems.

I feel like I should have got some extra cash credit for the hassle I was put through, but hey at least I wasn’t completely ignored by Betway customer service.

Avoid at all cost. Had 5 bets rejected on blackjack and lost my money. They wont return anything, they will act like they are looking into the problem without ever doing anything. If you dont believe me, you just sit in the blackjack for 2mins and you will see people complaining about it. I seen a video on youtube from an other user loosing 7k this way and said he only got this very bet refunded because he posted on youtube. Never putting any money again into this website, even for sports or anything else. Worst customer service i had in a long time. Sucks because all my previous experiences were good on betway. I didn't bother to check the history of my bets but in the past i had a few large ones so now i will advise everybody to triple check their betting history with this dodgy site!
Ok, so on 6th of May i had a very bad experience with betway but hey, it's not the end of the month yet!
May 29 placed 1 (ONE) bet and today i realized that betway made 4 bets with their own power of will instead of my initial 1 (ONE) bet.
Their response?
"We are sorry about this UNFORTUNATE SITUATION!"
So basically they are multiplying your bets every few weeks and if you are going to trust them you will be scammed again and again. Which is THEFT and ILLEGAL.

Only way of communicating with them is chat, totally useless! stock generic reply is "reset your withdrawal preference" which i did. Do not become a member here, if you do, cancel your membership as soon as possible or stop playing!

In my opinion, they are by far the most but the worst Win / Loss ratio of any company. Not only the comment but also my calculations show it. Before I write about even worse things, I will give you a brief summary.

There is no such thing! 2 months have passed, they could not give a report, they could not solve my problem! I hired a Bet lawyer and explained everything, gave all the details I had. We prepared a file for their CEOs, prepared a file to the Gambling Commission and Resolver.co.uk, and in good faith I sent 3 more emails, but they did not even return to 3 of them!

Think about what a company is, think about what a problematic company!
First of all they are wrong according to the consumer law, and they don't even value the customer!

The last time I sent an email, I said I'm waiting for my return until next Monday. They won't return, they won't figure it out, because I am the right one, it seems.

Losing is a normal process but not lost this way, that's not fair! We cannot be guilty for system errors!

As I said, these are my experiences, my comments. All recorded, all detailed. I'm trying to prove and solve it even if I'm wrong, but they can't prove it, they can't help me. Also let me say that if you are playing with small stakes and making small deposits, your chances are less than the lottery! I talked to a former software developer of a bet company, the whole jackpot and the wins table is determined according to your deposit amount, who will be the jackpot in the games is completely fictional. I do not know the rest, I leave the matter right or wrong to him.

Worst online site..almost 50% of transaction die midway taking money from customer account and betway hold customer money for 14 days..as per rule in India such transactions must return in 2 days. Guys if you are reading this review..my suggestion is go to RBI OR YOUR BANK WEBSITE and raise complaint against these guys..more we raise they will eventually block these scammers.

On 8th May : 5 transaction died and took 2.9lac from my account..nothing back till now

They literally stole 30 dollars from me. Bet 30 dollars on their blackjack game. Push. Didn’t get the money back. Complete scam stay away fro this site.

I have been playing on betway for 3 years. Never once have made a withdrawal. I put money on ever week to bet on sports and if I win I go play in casino. Huge mistake
Casino has not paid out in 3 years
This site is such a scam.
