Worst site ever.My username is Akki407 and when my transaction of INR 16000 was failed due to technical problem, I wrote email to UK Manager for getting refund.They gave me RRN number 111018481895 for tracking my refund in my bank account.But till today I have not got any refund.Fraud betting site.

Really disappointed with the unethical practices of Betway. In the begining you will win but later u loose all the money untill your account become zero .They use magnets in live roulette they can controll the ball ,I have noticed many strange movement of a white ball .Today it rolled twice consecutively on 0 which is close to impossible if random and wiped out my account. To know the full details watch in youtube . If I don’t get my money back I will definitely defame them on social media. please don't waste your money and time.

Verification nightmare!
They are happy to take your deposit money and then shortly after lock your account with no reason why leaving you to chase customer services. They will then ask you for your id and documents only for them to be rejected multiple times without telling you so you have to go back to customer services to see what the problem is. A long winded process and far from right

Been betting with these for years then out if the blue I got an email saying you no longer qualify for promotions freebets enhanced odds etc and our decision is final! in quite an arrogant way an unprofessional way. I got my first withdrawal within 48 hours and was very happy that this site is good.Also the deposit process was smooth mostly.However recently I deposited some money using upi(airpay gateway) and the money was paid to them/Airpay but betway showed transaction unsuccessful.I really don't know what to do now as the deposit failure should be resolved by betway and their payment gateway but they are blaming it on the bank.

Don't waste your time – they're quick to take your money and slow to pay it back. They do what they can to screw you. Be it fixing the casino games to MAJORLY benefit the house, or letting bonus cash expire within a few days of getting it. Take your money elsewhere. I'm sure there are some sites that are less rigged than this one.

Until last week it was good experience and me with betway, their was no problem while depositing or withdrawing money but all of a sudden my depositing amount not getting reflect in my account(I made 3 transactions) I contacted customer support, they say contact your bank, back says everything is cleared from our side, nor my money for back, nor my betway account got credited, without depositing we can't play. Now the only way is going for other bet apps, which has use friendly experience

The worst customer support team. Every time we have to contact them for unsolved queries. They won't respond about the status. My deposit was unsuccessful on their end. They told me that I will receive it within 7-14 working days. Today May 22th still I didn't receive it. I have contacted them many times. They asked for my statement, transaction number. They said it will take 3 days to review. I have contacted them after 3 days and they said contact after 48hrs and again I have contacted them after 48hrs. Again they told me to give us some time. We didn't get any feedback for the escalation. Look, how they're being irresponsible. They won't even give you the status of our issue. By contacting them every time I am wasting 1-1.5hrs of waiting time. Such a worst app. I don't know whether I will receive my money or not. But I am warning you guys. Stay away from them.

THEY ARE TRYING TO STEAL MY MONEY.

I created an account with betway today and while inputting my user information, the name got filed with my nickname that i usually go by. Rest of the information is the same as my government issued ID. I then try to withdraw my money and I haven't even made any bets yet but it won't ket me. I contacted betway support and provided them with all the documents they needed, an explanation about what happened and even a video recording of me confirming my identity yet they are still saying my identity cannot be confirmed.

This is utter nonsense and they are trying to steal my money!!!!!!!!

This site is rubbish. They have a section with quick links which is ironic because there is absolutely nothing quick about this site making cash out bets and in play bets almost impossible to use. The games site has far too much going on and it's very difficult to find games because the search system isn't great and when you eventually get a list of games it's almost impossible to see what they are called because everything is so small. All in all you spend more time trying to load things up which makes it a crap experience and it automatically fills in your bet slip with a value of money which you can change but I think it should be left blank so the customer can decide how much they want to bet without having to delete all this. The only positive is they are quite good with withdrawal times if you eventually get a bet on and win

Stay well clear absolute scammers had my account for less than a day made a couple of deposits all fine then as soon as made a 3rd deposit they closed my account with my money in it. Emails aren't monitored, phone lines not in use eventually got through via Facebook and they've had to escalate it to get a manual withdrawal authorised! Seriously you took my money dont care about account being closed just give me money back absolute fraudsters! Dont use whatever you do. All this after they advised my account had been verified!

The site is fraud, they do not pay your winnings, I have requested a withdrawal but now in transaction history nothing is shown, I tried their support but only BOTS are there not actual person. No winnings, please please please do not waste your money on this site. Where do I start. BEWARE. so i was betting using the online casino through dragon/tiger and i won a bet $500 bet on tiger and they deducted my bet amount but did not credit the winnings. I tried to place the same bet after i won only to see" balance too low" . i contacted support repeatedly and they confirmed i won the bet, and their systems showed i had not been paid. the live support told me this happens all the time and my "account would be credited manually within 24 hours". Its been 1.5 weeks with me contacting everyday to hear a new story.

Stay away no point betting your hard earned money, if you do win, you might not even get paid.
