Unbelievable things continue to happen. I gave them time until Tuesday because of what I wrote in my previous comments. Today I played one last time to record the video so that I have a recorded document today and I couldn't believe my eyes!

Really, really, really this company is not a well-intentioned company!
Their games failed and closed exactly 46 times today. Genie Wishmaker game regularly crashed internal server! Imagine trying to play this game in this order! I'll demand all the money I spent on this back, this is unacceptable!

And again Dragon's Fire game! This Red Tiger game company has set its mind to be the worst game company.

I've done hundreds of spins. With 0.80-1.00. Not a single bonus game came out. Believe me, at least 2 free spins came 150 times, but 3 didn't come. Inconceivably I rebelled and went down to 0.20 and Free Spin arrived in the first spin. Then I said let me play with 0.10. Free spin came again!
These games really like tuned! I have been playing these games regularly for 7-8 years, I have never seen anything like this before.

We prepared our legal paper to the Gambling Commission. With win-loss rates, I can only comment, I can tell you what I have been through, but I cannot accept game errors during games shutdown, screen blackout, jackpot!
I spoke with a bet lawyer and he said the seriousness of the matter.
If my requests are not fulfilled on Tuesday, we will take legal action and apply to the necessary places for the revocation of the Gambling certificate. Also, they didn't even send the report I wanted at the beginning of April! Imagine the rest!

worst app. no customer service. scam. Being told right now that its normal for a deposit to take 4 hours. As if people are waiting 4 hours to make a bet. My money has still not showed up in my account. When I finally manage to get ahold of customer service through online message app only! they tell me to email betway support. then I get an email back saying they no longer actively manage this inbox. I am so choked right now, just spent my entire day dealing with my missing money. and still havent heard sh@# back. f#@# this company.

Not sure how frequent this is, I was paying live blackjack. I would bet from 2-50 dollar hands. Winning around 200$. Then when I started to bet bigger. It would start to reject my bets, my bet was still taken without letting me play. This happened around 6-7 times. Taking 200 dollars each time. The screen would say bet rejected, by my money still taken. I spoke to customer support and they gave me a bunch of game ids and said they would return my bets in 24 hours. It’s been over this time period. I feel like I have been robbed by these guys. It’s like my game was sabatoged on purpose. Live support Isn’t being really supportive and I’m afraid Betway will try and just keep my money I won fair and square

Horrible casino. I'm not going to go into all the details, you can read about them from everyone else. Deposit= no problem, withdraw= good luck. You will have to fight and fight and fight, and will still not get your winnings. I closed my account and told them to keep it. They were beyond happy and arrogant. AVOID AT ALL COSTS.

I made a withdrawal and Betway says they paid my account but I have received nothing. So I go to the support option which gives me categories to troubleshoot and this problem isn't an option on there. So I try to live chat and it asks me to pick a category to chat about and when I do it just pops back up the same categories as before and doesn't allow me to live chat at all. I log out and try to get a live chat which shows that I am now waiting to live chat but I wait for hours and never get in touch with anyone at all. I try the phone number which tells me it is no longer active and I email the support account which emails me back that they no longer monitoring any emails form this address. Is this company for real? How are you not allowed to contact anyone after they've taken your money? I've never experienced anything like this. Never been ripped off by any other betting platform.

While I enjoy using betway than bet365 and I also understand everything is automated in Betway and it’s a good move towards long term but there should be an easy method to interact with support agent when we encounter problems. The email support doesn’t respond at all and their chat support takes beyond 50 minutes to connect.
I hope they will look into it and provide necessary support.

You can choose this bookie if you want to spend a lot of time on withdrawing money.
I personally made a lot of bets on different amounts. From one phone, from one account, one card and only with my hands! This month, I was lucky and win 80€! But here's the catch, the account was immediately blocked after the first withdrawal attempt. But earlier with another my win of 500€ – nothing was blocked! I sent the documents, but the verification now took around 2 weeks. Each time they request more and more new documents.
Now I read other reviews and see that I'm not the only one with such problems. I think they are just delaying the time to not pay my money

Very BAd Experience didnot expect this done to me. i deposited 3 times all three time payment deducted but not credited due to technical error. i am worried as i am unable tor each out to live support and email support say that they do not on mail at present. altogether all three deposit is huge amount to me

I made a deposit 23 days back but still now it has not reflected in my betway account and not as well not returned to my bank account if I go to connect with customer support needs to wait around 1-2hrs, and when I ask them about this issue they said that still 14 business days has not done, except public holidays it is 19th day but they will say to mail them bank statement after sending bank statement also no use. Very bad experiences..

I have issue regarding this betway. I got cheated. The Money deposited by me still not reflected in my betway account. They have looted & did fraud to us. Absolutely terrible. At first I believe that they betway was easy do use and navigate, but then I saw their true intentions after being inactive for around a month. After trying to get back in to my account it notified me that I have been locked out. I go to customer-service betway.com for them to tell me that the senior management team has deleted my account for no particular reason. Customer service was not helpful as they had no reasons for My account getting deleted. I asked what about the earnings in my account the customer service representative disregard my question twice until I insisted on them answering it, leading to them giving me a time and date that my money was returned to me. When checking the time and date on my online banking service there was no record of any transactions during that time or date and then confronting the customer service representative they said that the money never really left my account so that it was never really put back in. Overall horrible experience should’ve trusted the negative reviews on this one I highly highly don’t recommend using betway as they will randomly delete your account and not send the money back in.

Everything was fine till the time I started winning. Lost 15k in one day and recovered it the next day. But then the term "bets rejected" came into the picture and with it the amount not being returned to wallet. First It ate 100rs, then, 2000, then 4500 and lastly 7000. Nearly 14000 has been lost to this so called error or scam. I have the necessary proofs as well as screen recording. But the customer care says u lost the bet.
Believe me, one of the hands was a blackjack for the ones who played. But they don't want to help and maybe they have a code prepared to cheat customers and make free money. Casino always wins but this is just fraud and should be reported to uk gaming authority as well as Malta.
I wish reviews allowed me to share a video or link here so that I could show it. But guys beware!!

They sent me a message saying that we will return to me, although I gave them all my information, they returned to me only with a copy-paste mail and they are still trying to put me to sleep because our games are working with ECOGRA or something!

They think they can deceive me, put me to forget this way!

I have made a deposit of 50000 and 20000 rupees through Net banking. The amount was deducted from my bank account but it was not deposited on betway. I got an error message on Betway app saying "oh snap" couldn't capture the error message.

I spoke to my bank support they said the transaction was successfully made and they gave me the reference number of the transaction

I spoke to the Betway chat support about the same and they said they haven't received the transaction made. Also confirmed it will get reversed back if it has not come through. So they asked me to send the bank statement of the transaction. It's been so long now I haven't received the refund yet. Please refund my 70k back 😭🙏

I made a large bet on an early line (which was not an error and that multiple books had at the same or better odds) which quickly moved as the market adjusted. Betway canceled my bet, banned me from promotions and limited my account so that I can only bet miniscule amounts.

This site has a good UI, solid deposit options, and smooth withdrawals–but it's just another fraudulent, shady bookie that punishes winners so it gets a 1 from me.

P.S. there is no customer support available at all. The livechat is broken and there is no email or phone number provided.

I have deposited some amount and the same has been not been reflected in my id. When I approached customer care they said due to technical issues it's has been not reflected in your account and will be refunded to you within 7-14 working days but more than one month has been passed nothing…
Please be aware of such unauthentic sites they are cheaters and always ready to grab our hard earned money

I advise against using this application and the website I was scammed by this website. I made a bet on Live Casino roulette, I bet on the number that came up, I didn't get a win. After contacting customer service and presenting them with evidence (screen shot and bet history), I was not paid the winnings. They explained that they had a bug in the system, they weren't even able to refund it somehow (free bet or otherwise). So think about whether to play there on their site and invest your money.

Well it starts out okay, but eventually u will have problems,the free to play prize wheel is what u expect(when it works) however if u deposit and wager the requirements for a super spin u will not get it… find anyway to not give u your super spin… “because u pressed the button before u deposited” what does that mean i still did not receive the super spin however betway still took my money!?!?! I am still yet to receive my latest withdrawal.. This has now been 4 working days. I used to deposit and withdraw with betway all the time. But on this occasion my money seems to have not appeared. I have emailed Betway with my reference number and also a copy of my bank statement (PDF File). I have received no response.

I have to question where my withdrawal now is?
