If I had any bad experience online its this website betway, they proclaim on their Website that "your money is your anytime and not linked to wagering", but they hold your withdrwls for months, gaining interest on the money and also lending bad experience to customers. The withdrwls I tired are not paid to me since 22 days for amount of 49000

Betway has not settled on the US election. An election that took long enough, they still have not paid out. Iv been asking and they say “When the results are posted on the government website they will pay”. Elections over, its all done. Pay out.

I have deposited Rs 1000 through UPI and they but that amount was not reflecting to betway account so I reached out to betway support on twitter and raised my concern there.

Then they started asking screenshots and all and I shared too. After 4 days they told that amount deposited in another account then they asked for my bank statement and that too I have shared with them but now it's 17 days over but they are still saying our team is checking n all.

They are Making fool to me everyday. Daily I'm taking followup with them but satisfactory reverts not receiving and also not getting resolution from them.

While I was playing I was waiting to place a bet only the amount I entered and watching the match. Suddenly there after my screen freezed and money deducted. And there was no option to cash out so, I was stuck . All my money gone around 20k .

I mailed them regarding the same hence requesting to make a refund would be a great help.

I have never come across such a pathetic betting site, my money was deposited 24 hours back and there is no phone number to reach Custer service, after long wait I was connected to an agent and they keep telling us thop wait 2-3 hours and the chat gets disconnected, every time you try to reach betway you need wait for ages. This is pure nonsense

DON'T, please DON'T invest in this company unless you can afford to have your money taken from you with promises that you will get it back when it matures, with interest, and then never returned (I'd call that theft?). This is what's happened to me in this probably scheme: I did receive veiled threats this year that this company would be unable to pay me back if my honest review deterred more investment but as they have no intention of returning my life savings I may as well be honest now.

Despite many emails and phone calls last year, ai gained some profits this year, this company rarely replied. In those very few replies, promises were made that my funds would be returned, none were honoured (I would call that gross dishonesty and fraud). A vague promise earlier this year that the money would be returned in laughably small tranches (would have been better than the nothing I am going to receive) .I am very grateful to mr gilbert the person who helped me get my funds along with a court order I reached him via Gilbertwillies(at)aol com and I would forever be in debted to him for coming through

I read some favourable reviews before investing and again recently. I cannot and do not believe those are honest: they in no way resemble my experience and I suspect they have been ‘bought’.

mail). she was able to file law suit against them and behold my money was recover back.

Made numerous deposits when I come to making a small withdrawal the money is nowhere to be seen it still hasn’t been processed almost a week after live chat doesn’t work just a bot , emails come back saying they are unmanned and I won’t get a response and can’t find a number to call to chase this up basically you’re throwing your money away you can’t win even if you do you won’t ever see your withdrawals

Got my account frozen for legitimate reasons, got an email back that I have to reply to to get the funds in the account transferred back. However, when I reply it says the mailbox is no longer supported and my email will be responded too, and because I cannot login, I cannot access the help page. Help?

Deposited money 2 weeks ago but it wasnt succesful. Tried to contact them on the live chat. First agent i talked to said if the deposit wasnt succesful within 24hrs ill get my money back right away. So i waited for but didnt get it. I tried to contact again and one of the agents said if it wasnt succesful ill take 2-3 business days for me to get my money back. Waited 4 days but still dont have it. Next agent said to send a screenshot of proof of my deposit so they can take it to the bank team to check it and if i dont get my money back in 2-3 days just follow up. For the last time i contacted em again thru live chat they said i have to sent a bank statement now so the bank team can check it and i told em i sent a screenshot of proof already and theyre like we dont accept screenshots. Its just every agent you talk to they got different reason.

I deposited amount to betway account through gpay(bhartipay merchant), the amount has been deducted from Bank account but not getting reflected in betway, contacted customer support of betway and they are like you should contact you bank, but I said I contacted bank and they said that the amount has been transferred to the respected merchant. Now whom we need to ask??? #betway

On the fifth of march, I lost an immense entirety of funds to this company. I was sure the issue wasn't from my end since I had guaranteed setting my stop loss before I put the trade. However, when I woke up the next day, I found my trade had surpassed "Stop loss" and all my cash was no more.
Promptly, I kept in touch with the help group and they affirmed they couldn't take care of business. I was just karma to have taken the screen captures of every one of my exercises and I sent it to mr Hampton via kelvinwayney (at)aol com “as my report. They investigated the issue and after certain weeks I had the option to get all I had lost .

Be careful with these individuals .

I had made 2 transactions using my ANDHRA BANK account on 13-10-2020 in betway , there's no issue with the 2nd one but the first one got declined and the money is not yet credited to my account, I contacted my bank and they told me that my money has been transferred to the merchant site, . I have to agree with Craig here (under my thread), they are by far the worst bookmaker and would avoid betting there, still waiting for my bet (been over 3 months going into 4th) to be solved. Every single other bookmaker has paid out except Betway. They give me different reasons in live chat to either delay or just not pay, i don't know, however I will not be using this crappy site again and neither should you guys, trust me. Go to Kambi/Bet365/Pinnacle etc it's much better.

Worst Bookmaker in the Business as they are the ONLY Bookmaker to withhold winning bets on US Elections. Customer Service is poor as when requesting info on when they would pay out I received 3 different answers. First it was when the election was called, then they said they are in the process of settling the bets and finally they said they wont pay until January. Do not bet with this Bookmaker or you wont see yoyr money when you have a winning bet.

WARNING: DO NOT USE Betway if you like to bet on Horse Racing.

Despite Betway advertising on all UK TV racing channels, they are clearly the minnows in online bookmaking.

My account was restricted within hours of placing my first bet and before any bets were settled. Can you believe that. This is my story.

Last Saturday I deposited two separate 50 deposits by debit card. Betway were best odds on a horse I fancied. I duly placed two bets of 50 on my fancy that was running in the evening. Both bets were accepted. So far, so good. After my bet was placed I noticed the odds tumble as the horse was heavily backed. (Despite this market confidence the horse was unplaced. Ah well some you win, some you lose.)

NOW THIS IS WHAT HAPPENED NEXT:

Whilst waiting for the race to run, I decided to deposit another 50 and wager it on the afternoons ITV racing. I then noticed the maximum bet they would take, on any horse, on any race, at any odds, even at SP was 4.47. What a joke. Restricted before any bets were settled.

At that point I couldn't be bothered with the hassle and duly withdrew the money, (which a couple of days later was received back in my account). On a small point I also didn't get their welcome bonus, but I'm not really fussed about that, to be honest.

They say they are bookmakers. We would I'm afraid have to agree to disagree on that one. Anyone that seriously likes to bet I would suggest you stick to BET365 for fixed odds (or Betfair Exchange). BET365 are normally are best priced, offer BOG day before the race and will take bets of over a 1000. I was only testing the water with Betway.

This is a scam… Easy to deposite but not able to withdraw. I tried both Automatic and SMS format but still not capable to. I hereby wouldn't suggest this app to anyone else. Kindly use other betting sites. There are more transparent compared to betway (betway Kenya)

Hello everyone

If you want to avoid being scammed and robbed off from you withdrawals, do not join.

After 2-3 years being a loyal customer of betway, they started with this so called review. I requested a withdrawal of 720 dollars which they never released because they said the want to complete the review first.

After providing all the information they needed from my bank statements from June-August to receipts and proof of my self-employment. They said that this is not enough and kept interrogating me and no matter what I said in terms of my transactions, they were not satisfied and kept twisting their questions and delaying my review. They even asked me to provide my parents address and phone number. Doesn't that sound like a scam? I eventually got tired because it seems like they are just scammers and told them I have provided all the information I have and they made things worse by completely suspending my account. Tomorrow, I will open an investigation with my bank and notify the authorities for all the transactions between Betway and me.

They take your money and do not give you you withdrawals. Be aware!

I hope that my lesson teaches you a lesson too and you won't be fooled to join this scam.

UPDATE: I got a reply from Betway which are now telling me that their "traders" are looking into the match and will settle it once they receive "an official result" of my bet. Bare in mind this match happened 3 MONTHS ago right.

I, myself, went on hltv (which is a page who covers all the matches) and linked it to them (both on livechat and email which I was sent) the full proof of the match and the score, which in this case should settle the bet, but they are STILL saying "our traders are looking into and we have no official result"

I'm not sure if they are trolling me right now or if their support or whatever it might be has no clue what they're doing or whether they're communicating to their traders or not but one thing I WILL tell you is to avoid using Betway, there are many other great bookmakers out there which provide great odds and work much better. I've waited 3 months to get my money from a CSGO bet and have still not received them, and they come up with stupid excuses to not pay up.

Again, do NOT use Betway. Thanks.
