Betway team please just review my account and the transactions and you’ll see how wrong your query was and I’ve done nothing wrong. You are being negligent of my account and support is not answering my explanation to there original query.Follow up on my last review, 2 weeks has passed and instead of releasing my 2.4k withdrawal they have locked my account and still haven’t responded to my email about there query which made no sense that I explained. HiMy Betway account is drsteve. This pertains to Betway e mail reference number 0004816028876 Yet again I’m writing on this site because of a problem with Betway. I read all the reviews about difficulties withdrawing money from Betway and now have encountered the same thing. I attempted to withdraw money from my account to the credit card I use for their sites deposits only to be told this was unsuccessful, no reason given. Anyway out of desperation I have tried another means, my New Zealand bank account. Of course the customer support e mail that informed me of the unsuccessful withdrawal cannot be replied to so no way of communicating with Betway to try and sort the problem. Seems like easy to deposit money, extremely difficult to withdrawl

When signing up with Betway, I submitted a proof of ID and proof of Address, both of which were verified. I won some money after meeting the wager requirements of the welcome bonus and submitted a withdrawal. After 5 days I reached out to chat and they mentioned I have to send in proof of address (something that I already sent in and was verified). The representative then told me that he would not be able to confirm receipt of my documents or escalate my issue. I am not sure why I have to re-verify my account when my address was already confirmed. Very disappointed at this process, I just want my funds out. I shouldn’t have to reach out to find out that I have to send in more documents. You should reach out to your customers first of all and secondly not re-verify using the same documents. I have been waiting over 5 business days for a withdrawal, the chatbot said will receive in my bank account within 24 hrs ago, awhile ago, chatbot now has no record of withdrawal.
