I once gave this site 5 stars for customer service and still hold to that, but their 'chat' is a different matter. They are ill informed and can't speak the Queens English. The bloke I spoke to all he did was cut and paste ready made answers to presumed questions.

The slots for some reason when you win free spins it logs you out and when you log back in the spins are not there. This has happened to me before on '9 Masks of Fire' now it was on 'Book of Atem' and one other 'Lara Croft'

Don't touch the Casino slots I don't believe for one minute that Betway casino are ripping us off but there is a serious fault with the slots and beware of Betway chat, it's instant, but they are as useful and as helpful as a chocolate teapot.

I have to be honest I was terrified at first when I read all the poor reviews regarding withdrawals going wrong etc etc I withdrew a large amount on Saturday and instantly got myself panicked reading reviews thinking omg! But I remained patient & after 96 hours my request was processed and completed, I was then paid within 24 hours – really pleased with my experience, it goes to show you shouldn’t always believe what you read – I hope this puts anyone’s mind at rest regarding Betway – Thanks

Happy to take your money but make it almost impossible to withdraw when you win.

Awful customer service always trying to take away your free bets or go behind your back and not credit winners until you ask infinite times avoid at all costs if you want to keep your money!

Withdrawl issues, says i lost a parlay in which i all teams actually won, refused to give payouts. Use bodog or bet365. Would not trust betway with even a penny of my money

I bet multiple teams and everything lost. I decided to check the results from google score and I was surprised that 70 percent of my bet won but it showed lost instead of won. I contact them they keep on telling me that my bet lost even i sent them a proof of score, date and time that my bet won.dont be lazy to check the result. Dont trust them…

Utter usless. Say they will credit you with free bets and then say your restricted. They only have a good trust pilot review as they said everyone would get 5 free if they wrote one. So bad.

These negative reviews about Betway has me very confused.

I've been on this site for a quite a while now and I find that the customer service is second to none and also I keep finding bonus money to play with in my account nearly every other day. All I have to do is opt in to certain offers

If you want a really bad experience or just like complaining, try the Leovegas site, that site will take your money and run

If you want to go on Leovegas chat take a ticket and i'll bet you'll be at least number 15 in the queue, with Betway the chat is instant and the customer service brilliant, they even have a sense of humour which is rare these days.

Been letting me deposit for about a month nothing major luckily only about 100, went to withdraw yesterday 900 and now there saying they can’t process the withdrawal because the operations team are reviewing the account, so if there was / is an issue why didn’t they stop the deposit ? And still allowing me to deposit ?

the positive reviews are because they offer 5euro free bet if you put in a review. Where do i start … the cashout option is the most scandalous of all!!!! I bet on a combine of 3 nhl matches i was about to cashout a huge sum after my team scored and were leading 3-1 suddenly cashout becomes unaivailable in the middle of the game not even the third period !!! Contacted customer support they said they couldn do anything about it so i lost all my money because my team ended up losing in the last period(i wanted to cashout in the middle of the game) STAY FAR AWAY FROM THEM!!! usually when you cashout suddenly your connection is lost and they lower the amount after on purpose … total scam

Staff have lied to me and refuse to even deal with my complaint regarding it.

I queried how long my withdrawal would take, and have now been told it will take double the time as it is the weekend.

Given that Saturday and Sundays are the main days for sports globally, it not obvious that people may wish to withdraw from a bookmaker at the weekend???

Their withdrawal process has been set up in the sole hope that if they keep you waiting long enough for your money, you will reverse it and lose it again.

Live chat are at best unhelpful, and at worse are quite literally insulting.

It’s a shame as their loyalty program is actually good, but what is the point if they will make you jump through every conceivable hoop to get your money should you have the cheek to actually win?

Hello! Be careful! Don't use this site! My account was verified before but after a withdrawal request they ask my ID and bill. After sending, they told me that they would consider it within 48 hours. But today 2 weeks have already passed!!!!!! And they blocked my account. They do not reply emails – wrote more then a dozen. Return my money! People don't have any business with this site!

Signed up and checked my verification status on the website. It said my account was fully verified. I proceeded to bet and won some good money. But somehow as soon as I requested to withdraw my money, they sent me an email asking for my photo ID. I went to live chat to ask again about my account verification status and the operator said my account was open and fully verified. If this was the case, why did you ask for my photo ID again? I emailed them my photo ID regardless, and no one got back to me. As someone here already said, this is strictly against the rule the UK gambling commission had in place on May 7th 2019 that any verification must be done before customers can deposit their money. Speaking with an operator didn't help either as they kept asking me to give them more time.

hello I opened a account with betway they asked me for verification for some documents and I sent them then it was saying I can bet I am verified and I won some good money and then when I requested my withdrawal they didnt pay out and said they need to talk to me I said my english is not good enough they said as much as we can talk we will talk I said I calk you they said no we will call you otherway is not possible they called me few times when I was working anyway they hold now my money for 1 week and didnt paid. then they called me asked me silly questions I answered them all she asked me even my last bit but I didnt know because my account was closed! they asked me if Im related to my husband I said yes he is my husband and he is not playing anymore he had I think till last year one account and he deleted it why are they asking me something like this? if he wants to he can open an account and bet and then they asked me if Im the only one betting of course I am why shpuld I give it to my husband as I said he can do it on his own! he is not abling anyway he doesnt likes it since 1 year he didnt touch it and I answered every question and they tell me they will make a decision it is so funny! they just want your money nothing else it is not right if you win anything now they hold my money without reason and Im very very upset I told my husband this he is very angry his english is very good and they wont talk to him anyway whatelse do you need? you telling me someone else is betting for me? what is the reason you holding my money? stay away of this page I sent all the documents they need no problem and I did deposit then I won they dont like me to do withdrawal stay away of this scam. Beware of this scam! I have deposited money without a single problem. Upon attempting to withdraw my profits there seem to be issues with my card. The only way to retrieve my money is by adding a new payment method, which can only be done by paying a minimum of 10 eur!

Trying to withdraw money since last Tuesday and still hasn't arrived in my bank account. Now saying they require a proof of address and copy of ID, which I submitted on 11th November and got no response. I’ve never had a problem with Betway every time I’ve won a bet I’ve been paid, even won a football bet last night withdrew the money and was in my bank in literally a couple of hours. They’ve also got the best loyalty scheme bet 25 get 10 free bet.

Betway is doing scam these days. They are not verifying my account after i have submitted all the required documents 4 times. They are rejecting verification without any reason just because i was trying to withdraw money from my account. Same documents i have submitted to other gambling sites they passed verification very first time. Betway just want us to deposit money but are not ready to give back to customers. Please don't trust betway and don't deposit your money here.

I have deposited 2500$ and now my account is locked because betway rejected my documents for verification without any reason. This is really disappointing. Ihave been with betway for many years now! I have even cashed out 4000 canadian dollars at once! Everything was good until I tried to login today to check the status of a bet I made last night which I know was doing very well with and a message saying betway is unavailable in my country…..what????
