This is one betting site which hates Matched betting. For those of you that don't know Matched betting is the only guaranteed way to make money from online bookmakers and is totally legal. I had my account restricted after 2 weeks. The best way to avoid being detected at match betting is to use a VPN / Proxy and search how to delete isnare a cookie used by betting sites which allows them to see which sites you have been visiting. I was in their casino playing on the slots '9 Masks of Fire' I got free spins awarded 25 x 3 pressed play and the screen went off. I wasn't worried as usually when you go back on they would be there waiting - but not this time. I jumped on their chat and he was absolutely useless he couldn't understand what my problem was so...I emailed them with the chat log. I received an email back stating that I was a bare faced liar (not really ;) No I got an email back stating that they could see no problems with the game and so I left it at that, as it was only a 40p wagering. I then got a phone call the next day asking me what the problem was as they still can't find the free spins I claimed to have won. Poor result on my behalf but amazing customer service over such a small complaint.

Not a trustworthy site at all. As a new customer I have only played for a couple of weeks. I was playing a game when free spins started. The game froze when I had 9 free spins remaining. I contacted their technical support with screenshots and information etc. I got told that there was no issue their end and the problem was at mine. Not possible as I had a strong WiFi connection and a new phone. Other games worked fine straight after this instance so I know the problem was not with me. At 3.75 a spin I could have won a nice amount with the 9 free spins left. Funny that they won’t accept responsibility for their game crashing. The terms and conditions state otherwise. I also logged in on a laptop from work and the same game said error. I feel they are trying to wiggle out of this as they don’t want to compensate me. I have sent numerous emails also with no reply. Probably the worst customer service I’ve ever had from a casino!

Read that they give a free 5 bet for impartial reviews. So here goes. They are not the best, not the worst. Genuinely poor offers/odds compared to rivals, and advisers rarely offer any bonuses etc. In comparison to major rivals. However it is a well laid out site, and payout etc is easy.

So I've managed to cash out and actually received my money (less a convenient $4 fee to send my money to me). Only took a week. I'll revise my previous uncertainty and just say it's a terribly managed site. It appears that they have people in charge who act with impunity with the sole goal of actively pissing off new customers. There is almost zero customer support, and what responses I did get from the "Service Team" just repeatedly told me that the "Senior Traders" make the decisions, they're final, and nobody gets to know the reason. I have friends who have used the site without these issues (that's why I signed up, actually), but based on my brief and incredibly frustrating experience, I'm not going to use it again. Based on the multitude of negative reviews, it certainly looks like I'm not the only one that has an issue with Betway's service level.

So here's the message I got from the Betway gods: "We’ve recently reviewed your Betway account – Jammo71 – and have taken the decision that you will no longer be eligible for any sports promotions. This means that you’ll no longer be eligible for Free Bets, Bonuses, Best Odds Guaranteed or Betway Plus Loyalty Points. You can continue to bet with us as usual and any promotions you’ve already placed qualifying bets for or Free Bets recently used will not be affected. Our decision is final and will not be overturned, but should you have any questions about any offers you have qualified for then please contact our support team." This site has been stealing my money. I made a interact deposit of 200 dollars they auto deposit my bank said they recieved it. But betway say they rejected it and it's been refunded but it hasn't. So I deposit again same way it works fine. But then again last night I deposit 100 dollars they say haven't recieved and its pending for 24 hours. So I try to deposit 50 bucks it works again. So now am waiting for there support team to investigate two deposits. The first one they been investigating for over 1 month and there one over 24 hours. I don't understand why two of my deposit disappeared total of 300 dollars they are stealing from me. Am writing this review to warn people and also get them to fix what they did to me. My experience was good before all this happened.

Look at the reviews everyone don’t touch this company with a barge pole! Very happy taking money off you and giving you free bets UNTIL you win and heaven forbid try and withdraw your money! IF you get it your stakes are limited so low that you can’t qualify for the free bets any more. Also you’ve got more chance of winning the lottery than trying to get in contact with them. So save your time and look elsewhere and hopefully they’ll go out of business soon!

Well I recently joined betway after being with many other contenders through the years and I have to say I’m well impressed with betway the sports book is easy to navigate odds are very good compared to the rest ov the flys ! I can’t fault it at all casino is good all round excellent and trust me iv been with labrokes , bet victor , bet 365 u name it many more , customer service is good if u need help they have loads and easy options to help u unlike the other sites witch are not helpful one bit , just all round very tidy company top 1 for me would advise if looking for online bookies

I have had an account with Betway for some years & only recently tried to withdraw some of my winnings. So far I have sent 7 copies of the Id requested but as my passport & driving licence have been issued by the Isle of Man this seems to have confused them and I am getting frustrated & nowhere except been subjected to ping-ponging emails. It seems easier for the UK to leave the Common Market than it is too get your winnings out of Betway.

0 stars! One star gives them too much credit. My bet was winning and no game was suspended. They made cashout unavailable with about 5mins remaining plus e.t because the bet was going to come in and they hoped it would lose. I contacted live chat to report i want to cash and its not working. Linsey on live chat was useless. They can make it unavailable at the traders discretion which is bs as they can do that on every bet they are losing! I also asked who they are regulated by as i want to make a complaint and she ignored. I also asked for the chat to be emailed and she refused. Joke company, reported to gambling commission. Also do not go through their complaints procedure , you will have to wait 6 months for a response!!!

I have joined Betway about 2weeks ago. And payout percentage is a joke. Also everytime I deposit green free bet light came on stating if you put another 2 deposit X amount you will get the free bet. So I did. And suddenly that green popping light dissapeared and I have no free bets. Will close my account after reading all reviews here and my own experience ....

I would not recommend this site to my worst enemy. The returns on the games are consistently around 60% rtp meaning the customer has almost no chance of getting any decent gameplay for their money and zero chance of actually winning then if by some miracle you get a win the withdrawal process is one of the slowest online they make your withdrawal available to reverse for up to 48 hours so sometimes you can wait well over a week to get your money. All in all a complete and utter disgrace of a site which SHOULD BE AVOIDED AT ALL COSTS

Been with betway for a couple years now and have never experienced a problem. Made a 3 way prop parlay and it won, although betway has one of the props coming up as a loss. I have been trying to get in contact with them to get this changed in their system (I'm sure i am not the only one losing money on this malfunction), but it is hard to get in touch. For those who are curious I bet Devin Booker Over total points assists and rebounds of 35.5 against the sixers (he totaled 47).

I won a decent amount at the weekend and all of a sudden I have to verify my account again to withdraw. All the documentation I send with proof of address including tax reciepts, my drivers licence, tv bills and even a solicitors letters wont suffice even though its the same address as when I originally verified my account years ago. Very difficult to get an email response wait time 24hrs approx, no phone number and the worst part is if you start using a new site you account somewhat for something like this happening. If the company fold one day, there will be a HUGE party!

First person said 1 - 2 working days, even though it had already gone past 1 - 2 days second person 1 - 3 working days even though we are now 5 working days later. Last person says up to 5 working days and still no sign of money, cant speak to a manager, cant prove the funds have left there account. So i am stuck in limbo with no answer and no funds. Will be closing the account as soon as the matter is resolved!! After providing bank statements for proof its intrusive and frustrating. The withdrawls and customer service is a joke On a side note to all this.... The woman on other end of the phone on my 3rd call.... just sighed down the phone, sounds like there not bothered or just don't care about the customer. I paid in 150 € by Mastercard and received another 150 € as a newcomer bonus. So far everything ok. I started to wager and gained some money. My account was up to approxiamely 370€ to 380 €. They gave me no clue about any reason for such a rude customer treatment, but they stated that their management decision about the closing of my account is fixed and irrefutable. My money would have been confiscated. Uups. I asked the customer representative of course about the reasons but obviously the people in the front office themselves had no clue about the background of this "management decision". At the moment I am spending a lot of time and effort to solve the issue in an somehow more or less friendly manner. But It seems nobody is willing to take advantage about my shown willingness to cooperate. They are just stating and stating again that the decision of their management is fixed and irrefutable. A TOTAL JOKE If a horse race has gone past post time they remove it even when the race is running late. I looked at horse race in USA and it had not gone off as race was 15 minutes late but they removed it. Absolute incompetent clowns. How hard is it to watch a feed and wait till they are off?? So I'm updating the public about my Case as stated in my previous review. I submitted the additional document BETWAY requested for but my account still says it's been provisionally suspended. What I really don't understand is that BETWAY never suspended my account after I lost the first $9000 of my deposits. But they could suspend my account after winning up to $38,000. So I am waiting to see what other surprise they're going to spill on me next BUT thanks to Trustpilot the world will get to see this! I hope BETWAY will respond to this and get my account running.
