Staff in shop are personable but useless at knowing who is self-excluded. I contacted their customer service about this and was ignored. Very poor company.

Terrible. They say they have BOG on some races. Ive done a fair few and not didn’t get one. Their promo is rubbish and misleading. The only good thing is they settle bets quickly. There are way better bookmakers out there. I definitely expect BOG on all UK and Irish racing these days…no excuses. Also, the only way you can contact them is by email! No contact number or live chat. This won’t last long if they don’t sort it out!

Stay away, i have bet over 200 in 10 bets over the last 2 weeks, they were supposed to give me a weekly promo as promised on their site but they never did, only looking for stupid excuses, no customer service or whatever total joke.

Avoid at all costs happy while piling cash in odd 100 out ok then account suspended no email telling me when I ask why they say they want Id that they have already had! So I send it and email after email nothing back from them all because I won and tried to withdraw 550.

So far so good. Only just started using Betzone but so far Im impressed. There is a great choice of casino games and slots, all the latest ones are there. Yes, it can be a bit laggy on occasions but it hasnt affected my enjoyment. Ive also been pretty lucky with my experience and had a few smallish wins. Ive withdrawn around 300 overall and each time and the money was in my account within a couple of hours. Ive never had that with other online casinos – its exactly as it should be. Football betting is good too and odds are fair. I hope nothing changes as Betzone are the best Ive found

Home of the pre recorded roulette spins..I placed several roulette bets with this fraudulent crooked company on roulette.I bet on a group of tier numbers.Each time the ball was spun the screen buffered so I couldn’t see the ball spinning and the ball landed in number 9 three times in a row with the EXACT same bounce, the recent number history had been tampered with below also.I then started recording and the very same thing happened again only with the ball landing in number 32 three times in a row with the EXACT same bounce and screen buffering during the spin.Betzone know what happened and the fact I caught them cheating people but refuse to put the matter right.Obviously this video is been uploaded to youtube and the authorities are involved.Stay clear of these criminals because you will not win you will be stolen from.IF YOU HAVE BEEN A VICTIM OF SOMETHING SIMILAR FROM BETZONE PLEASE FIND THE VIDEO ON YOUTUBE AND FOLLOW THE LINK FOR THE GROUP ACTION TO HAVE THERE LICENCE REMOVED FOR FRAUD.

Signed up and played their site, no problems with the site layout or games etc and even their payouts were quick, if not on day of withdrawal always the next day. However i registered whilst under a self Exclusion with gamstop and no documents were requested prior to depositing or withdrawing or even at all. I was told they verified my account through transunion however if they did verify my account how did they not detect any gamstop bans?

Well over 500 spins without hitting bonus. Play the same game on many sites NEVER not got a bonus during Play. Would avoid this site. They will probably reply with…luck, odds etc but believe me I know the game I was playing and it is most definitely rigged on this site

Too early to give 5 as I haven’t attempted a withdrawal yet, which is where most bookies (disgracefully) earn 1 star reviews. However for their signup bonus it looked like they’d tried to “fob me off” with 10 in bet tokens rather than 50. After sending an e-mail I quickly found out I’d apparently been eligible for some random 10 free bet and was credited the 50 as advertised quite quickly.Odds are “ok”, occasionally as good as or better than the big names, offers after the signup bonus look “so-so” but better than some bookies offer. Looks a “not bad” bookie so far.

Just imagine youre in the supermarket doing your weekly shop. In amongst your shopping you add in a few half price offers and maybe a buy one get one free. You pay and go to leave the shop only to be told youre not a genuine customer and are now banned. Get what I mean? Absolutely laughable joke of a company with purely arrogant customer service emails. Cant see them lasting too much longer with a range of more customer oriented bookmakers available. Good riddance when the day comes Betzone. You wont be missed.

This company is a total scam. I placed a lucky 31 and was each way – had 2 places and went to collect my winnings- had the idiot behind the counter trying to tell me one horse was not 4th – even though I watched the race and had it in black and white and then he was telling me they only pay out 3 places on a 15 horse race – when every other bookie pays out 4 places. It was a joke when it was mega bet and now bet zone – probably owned by dodgy Russians or something- they will never get another penny of me – I would rather drive 5 more minutes and go to William hill – an absolute joke – AVOID!

So far had no problems, love the cash out for footy bets, withdrawals pretty fast, a live chat service would be a bonus and maybe a few video poker games added and site wud be perfect for me.

Joke FirmPlaced 600 bet on Trueshan just before the off at Goodwood and that was apparently enough to heavily restrict an account. Avoid if you dont like having your time wasted.
