Withdrawal time is horrific, not only did i have to jump through a thousand hoops to submit the appropriate paperwork, ive been waiting nearly a week for a paypal withdrawal which is alleged to take 24/48 hours on their website, customer support just says im priority for withdrawal, absolute sham of a site. im considering contacting the UKGC

Don’t waste your time or money on them – you’re not meant to take any money from them and their Customer Service Team is unable to provide a customer service. Like everyone else, I was forced to close the old Genting website, which I’m sure had unused Reward points, but any unused Reward points didn’t transfer over to the new website (same login details and a Welcome Back message) and bizarrely, I was denied access to the new site welcome bonuses. Why? All I get from Genting ‘Customer Service’ is that it was ‘a management decision’, but none of the managers are willing or capable of providing a simple explanation, despite numerous emails. Are the welcome bonuses only available to new customers? Did I win too much on the old site? (Ha!) I don’t think Genting care a jot about their customers (who contribute to their wages) and I’d bet my last 10p they won’t respond to this glowing review with anything other than ‘it was a management decision’. On the plus side, I discovered S*y V*g*s offer a great welcome bonus to everyone, and no wagering requirements. Still needed to provide photo and address ID, but they all do. Genting is now removed from my website Favourites, and is unlikely to be reinstated any time soon.

Tragic ethical failure.This is a tragic situation that sporting bet and entain are trying to ignore. My enquiry required Understanding, compassion and ethics but all 3 have been dismissed.My son, brain injured , Schizophrenic and sectioned with psycosis spent 13k in 1 day when in hospital sectioned, his spend was part of his delusionary belief system.I later become aware of this via welfare checks and psyciatrist input and I reached out to entain with multiple health documents, clinical letters, consumer champion breach outs and other docs,i also sent them a letter from **** hospital admission and occupational health clearly stating how ill my son was and the fact he had no insight.Instead of reacting with compassion, understanding or ethics entain replied with an truly tragic response, without any care about my son’s severe mitigation or health but only cared about themselves and after two months gave me an email saying they wont talk to me , the power of attorney and father of my brain injured Schizophrenic son but will only talk to their REGULATORS meaning they feel it is appropriate and MORALLY acceptable to profit from a severely cognitively Ill brain injured , schizophrenic consumer with no insight.After 100s of health documents and clinical letters this was their response.Dear Mr ****,We write further to your communications in respect of the activity of your son *** and his use of the identity of third parties to create accounts with Entain without their knowledge.We thank you for the additional information that you have provided in your recent emails. We have previously explained that we will cooperate with the Police, and our regulators, in any investigation they may undertake into the circumstances.This being the case, we are unable to communicate with you further on the matter.Kind regardsEntain Complaints TeamBusiness Hours: 9am – 5:30pm

First I have un fortunately given my xerox copy and they didn’t approve it and after I called customer care but they told me to sent an email an I have sent it after sending the email they are telling me that the pan card that I sent was no clear an I sent it again for 100times but they are rejecting it and I asked them to provide a link to upload my pancard but they are not sending any link or they are not giving browse option to upload the pan card again this is the worst betting app never seen before guys don’t trust this app I can say betway is more better than this app

Not spend your time and your money at here!!I had tried to get a withdraw at here since middle of last month and now I’m still not get my money yet!! They had refused my withdraw 2 times and each time them used at least 1 week for it!!! Now I have report them already to the interpol…We’ll see !! Not great so far gotta say, their overall system RTP for casino games is so heavily weighted in their favour. Even games which typically have good returns, such as Age of the Gods, are sub-standard industry-wise on this site. I came purely for the variety of games and it’s all I’m staying for as their bonus schemes are not worth the time or money. Very unusual for a company which is a subsidiary of LC International Ltd who also run Coral and Ladbrokes, (who by the way are much better). Its best you stick to those if you choose this bookmaker or its parent company to gamble with.Please don’t respond with “volatility” blah blah. I know how it works and this ain’t it. I opened an account with Black Type and deposited to try them out , I had a 20 bet Filbert Street at Southwell on the 29th October and put on two further doubles and a football bet. Filbert sat won and 170 was showing in my account.I logged out and when I tried to log in later I couldn't.I checked my email and there was one from Black Type saying I had closed and excluded an account from one of their partners.I have no idea who this is so why did they allow me to open an account , complete wagers and pay winnings.They have now told me ALL bets are voided including the winning ones and they will refund my initial deposit

When they started they claimed they would lay any horse to lose 500. This is just not true. They restrict your account to minimal bets as soon asd you have won a few pounds.
Like every bookmaker they are delighted to take your money but very reluctant to pay out theirs.
It is very sad

Terrible bookmaker. Supposedly they don't restrict but I'm always restricted to pennies. I recently wanted to take them up on a casino offer they were running. I completed the wagering but didn't receive my freespins. Thought it may just be an error so sent them an email (they have no live chat facility) they replied several days later stating I was excluded from promotions. They said I was sent an emailing regarding this about a year ago. I trawled through my inbox and spam filter to the time and day they said it was sent to me (after I had to ask them for this information and then wait several more days for a response). There was no email, they never sent me anything and then began citing rubbish to me from their default 'out the box' auto responses such as 'we have performed out legal obligation blah blah' TERRIBLE.

Also this was all 100% bs since I had received promotional offers from them for months after this supposed email was sent.

They come up fairly regularly as top price on Oddschecker. Sometimes football, sometimes horse racing so well worth an account if you’re punting on those two. No issues with the app, would like to be able to place bets through Oddschecker but a minor inconvenience.

Odds are reasonable, though nothing to shout off the rooftops about, and there’s usually a decent array of offers available (extra places on the races or golf; enhanced odds on football etc).Their deposit and withdrawal processes are also very easy to understand. Have not been using site for long but have not had bets or promotions restricted so far, which has happened on the “bigger ” sites. Bets are easy to place, so cannot fault the site.
