I opened an account with BoyleSport and did everything that was required to qualify for the free bets. However, I never received the free bets. When I chased it up I was informed that…“ Unfortunately, your registration did not meet the criteria for our sign-up offer because your IP address has been identified for shared use within our system. Consistent with the terms and conditions of the promotion, free bets will be withheld for reasons such as the use of a shared IP address”This simply isn’t true as I’m the only one in my household with an account with BoyleSports. BoyleSports is a terrible company who I believe simply advertise under a false pretence to fool people into signing up. More fool me though because a quick Google search showed that I’m not the first who’s been caught out by the free bets offer scam.

(Boylesports shop review) backed PSG to win the league in September (3-10 on £400) six games to go they are champions, IE about 6 weeks to wait for my bet, so I gave them a ring just to ask if they could fast track the bet, to my surprise he asked for the docket number, Which I gave him, 2 hours later I got a phone call which said my bet was processed and I could pick up at any time £520.(Sports machine bet) Went into the shop within 2 minutes money in my pocket... People criticise about unreputable firms... this is a five-star review, I'm very grateful it was fast tracked because I was skint.... It's appreciated... Stoke-on-Trent

Stay well clear of them. Wish i'd read all the reviews here before signing up as they will not honour their sign up offer due to there apparently already being an account with my 'ip address' which is absolute nonsense.Tried to explain how this must be incorrect on their live chat, customer services not interested.Tried to email them and again explain how this must be incorrect, again customer services not interested. If they have no intention of honouring their sign up offer then they shouldn't advertise it.

I was worried i wouldn't receive my free bets as told my many people on Trustpilot, but i decided to go with it because i was assured in live chat that i would be fine. This however wasn't the case, and a couple of hours after i made the bet, i messaged through live chat to ask about my welcome offer. Sure enough 'shared ip address' so received nothing. Not only is the interface and odds garbage on this app, but the customer service is useless as well, and if you are setting up an account with Boyle sports for the welcome offer, then don't waste your time. This is not the email i used, as i would like to keep myself anonymous to any friends and family who may have a look at trustpilot, but my account is Yousefbets for anyone who may want to make amends from the company.

Wish I had come here to read the reviews before I signed up. Denied free bets (only reason I signed up) due to ip address. I have seen some companies use some ridiculous excuses but this is in the top 3. If BoyleSports is this scummy getting a free bet I would guess you are never getting any winnings out.... Cost me £10 but it could have been a whole lot worse I suppose.

Another victim of their scam. Welcome offer denied due to multiple IPs despite signing up on my home WiFi which is only used by myself. This is fraud. Reached out to customer service who denied my claims.

My partner Christine decided to sign up for bet 10 get 30 and I checked with the support team, who claimed all was well. Valid bet paid on the grand national and guess what. You are using a shared IP (bet was placed on mobile handset using mobile data) . So another scam from BoyleSports. If not then why is this repeated across the board with customers and why they have a 2.8 rating. I am posting here before taking further. All support chats are recorded so I can’t be called a liar. Shame on scam bookmakers.

SCAMMERS I singed up with a promo link for bet £10 and get £30 in free bets and £10 casino. They only gave me the opening offer of a £20 free bet when I spoke to them (although following their link) they said that now I have received this offer that there isn’t anything they can do

Absolute scam. Sign up by mobile for a promo. Sign up , place qualifying bet and get no promo. Customer services say its a shared IP.Im on EE 5G. Never had an account with them.Rude Customer adviser telling me things i know not to be factual.AVOID LIKE THE PLAGUE. BIG SCAM. There are better optionsHeres what AI has to say about this:"First, your IP—xx.xx.xx.xx—is a public IPv4 address, and since you’re on mobile (likely 5G or 4G), it’s assigned by your carrier. Mobile networks in the UK often use Carrier-Grade NAT (CGNAT), meaning this IP could be shared with dozens or hundreds of other users at any given time. I checked the IP’s geolocation—tied to xx, a major carrier known for CGNAT on its 4G/5G networks. So, it’s not unique to your device; it’s a pool address. BoyleSports claiming it’s “associated with an account” could mean someone else on this shared IP has an account, not necessarily you.Mobile IPs are dynamic, changing when you reconnect or move towers, but CGNAT pools can persist or recycle, so this isn’t a one-off fluke.BoyleSports often denies promos citing “shared IP” issues, especially with mobile data, and their customer service tends to stick to this line without much explanation."Also note the copy paste responses. They dont care. Empty words worth nothing.

They advertised a welcome offer which I took them up on then decided not to credit it because in the exact hours I made an account the welcome offer was invalid, this was all after I deposited money and made a bet and they gave no warning that the offer wouldn’t work. Don’t trust them and give them money I’d trust a dodgy Balinese chicken fighting bookies over these crooks. Also this goes against UK gambling licensing and advertising law which is never a good sign…

They don’t honour their sign up offer. Don’t go with these. Find one that actually gives you what they offer. The CS team said that someone else had singed up using the same IP address. I was on WiFi in a building with 200+ people so obviously there will be. Just silly! First ever betting account I’ve ever made, first ever online bet I’ve done.

Terrible company! After signing up using a free bet offer they decided not to give me the free bet stating that there was abuse from my IP. I signed up using 5G (a shared IP address) no wonder they've had sign ups from that IP before. AVOID AT ALL COSTS BUNCH OF SCAMMERS

Gave me an excuse that I can’t receive my free bets due to an ip address. I live on a university campus. Of course I’m going to have the same ip as many many others. Absurd and a ridiculous app to have. Don’t bother downloading truss me. They will find 1 way or another to not pay out your free bets. Worse bookmakers I’ve ever used. Seriously.

Another example of the site who only provide the players with scam and rigged games. They give you a 50 free spins and the value of the spins is £5 as they are £0.10 result from spins £0.56 that's the best example of the amount of scam is going on on this site.Is hilarious how this kind of theft is being allowed to occur, where is gambling company who supposed to monitor this site as their responsible for giving them licences.Shamles thieves without dignity nothing more to add

I was completely enraged with this company, did the new sign up deal for free bets and was refused, their excuse is that my login is coming from multiple ip addresses, do they not understand how the Internet works, this excuse for not giving people the free bet promotion will probably apply to 90% of new sign ups, what a rip off, don't use this company.

In many ways Boylsports is a good bookies. Fast payouts, decent(ish) games, nice layout etc. What really let's them down is their customer service. In particular their so-called live chat function which is nothing short of appalling. I won't bore the reader with the details of my experience other than to say you have to navigate many useless articles that their chatbot keeps pushing at you despite them having no relevance to your particular query. If, (and it's a big 'if') you do manage to get through to a live agent chances are your query won't be answered in a coherent way.If you telephone Boylsports to report your concerns you receive the usual platitudes from somebody who invariably sounds like he could, in reality, care less. It's quite dispiriting and to my mind reveals a contempt for their customers. In the scheme of things perhaps this shouldn't be a big deal but in the event of an urgent query it is. More importantly it undermined my confidence in their integrity that they are so willing to be casual with customer concerns. I've decided to drastically reduce my deposits with Boylsports because of these experiences....because doing business with a company you've lost faith in is never really fun.

DO NOT CREATE AN ACCOUNT! I spoke to the customer service team after signing up to ask about what I have to do to sure by bet qualifies to get the welcome free bets. All ok, but now they saying my account did not meet the criteria because of the IP address when it was created. Customer service incredibly unhelpful, would not help and just wanted to end the chat. Seems like they will do everything they can to not apply the free bets. Zero understanding and customer service. This is not the way to get customers using their site.

I recently participated in a BoyleSports promotion, expecting to receive a free bet after my qualifying wager settled. However, when I reached out to claim it, I was informed that the offer was “one per household”—a condition buried in tiny print at the very bottom of the terms and conditions. This feels intentionally misleading, as the main promotional details made no clear mention of such a restriction. If a company is going to run a promotion, they should be upfront about all the key conditions, not hide them in fine print.Customer service was unhelpful, simply repeating the terms instead of addressing my concerns. This experience has left me frustrated, and I won’t be using BoyleSports again. If you’re considering betting with them, be sure to read every last line of the fine print—because they certainly won’t highlight the important details for you.

Signed up to get the new customer offer, once the bet is settled usually the account gets credited the free bets which I haven’t. Contacted the live chat team told to wait 24hours, I am shy of the 24hours but an hour isn’t going to change anything. scam avoid! Boyle seem to be known for this which makes sense not being the punters favourite to use, so stealing money off new customers.

Shocking service. Signed up for the free bet offer as other reviewers have done. Wish I’d read these first as it seems to be a blanket approach they take claiming that the IP address has been identified for shared usage despite the fact nobody in the household or on this network has a BoyleSports account. I contacted them on their chat and was unhelpfully just told the above and they refused to provide any other information such as there is another account registered or something that would help me to understand how this happened. They refused to honour the sign up offer of course. I had this referred to their customer services and was simply told again:“I can confirm that you did not qualify for our sign up promotion because your IP address has been identified for shared use within our system, which is in breach of the terms and conditions of the offer. This is our final position with regards to this matter. Should you wish to pursue the matter further via an Alternative Dispute Resolution Process through IBAS (The Independent Betting Adjudication Service), then please note that the deadlock reference number for your concern is #insert”I should point out that I haven’t written #insert so they clearly spent real time and effort copying and pasting a stock reply to this issue which seems to be rampant.
