My third and final review about boylesports. I finally closed my account with them after giving them benefit of the doubt and still regret doing that. This site is all types of bad and i feel for those who haven’t realized this. Their game are just bad with 0℅ chance of you winning anything. Imagine getting features actually winning lower than your bet amount or if its better winning only about 6 rands on a 75 cents bet nothing higher. On spins you literally don’t control your spins cant even stop a spin even through there is a option to do so. Stay away from this guys because they are here to ripp you off.

AVOID – I signed up an account today from home on my mobile phone. I wanted to use there offer of £20 free bets and £10 casino bonus after betting £10. So I bet the £10.I waited 45 mins (they said it would take 5) for bonus to arrive and then contacted support.I was then messaged the following on their CHAT help(15:52:51) Tiernan: Thanks for waiting, Mark, Your registration did not meet the criteria for our sign-up offer because your IP address has been identified for shared use within our system. Consistent with the terms and conditions of the promotion, free bets will be withheld for reasons such as the use of a shared IP address.(15:52:55) Tiernan: Do you have other question?(15:53:37) Mark: What does that mean? I’m just sat at home on my mobile phone?(15:54:26) Tiernan: Apologies but, it was flagged on our system that the account is tagged as Duplicate IP address. I complained for a bit and then the final reply was…15:58:21) Tiernan: I do understand your points, kindly note that crediting bonus is an automatic process, as much as I want to help you the offer will not be trigger due to it was flagged as duplicate IP address, unfortunately there is no action available on our end.”At this point I asked them to close my account. If I could give zero I would. I have been trying to close my account and get my money. I have on four occasions sent copies in reply to their emails as requested. They have not received any . Spent 40 minutes on phone to overseas call centre where to cut costs they have outsourced to save money. Hopeless what ever I asked had to be on hold to check. No timeframe to resolve. If you want a bet avoid this shower . They will not send you your money.

Horrible games section!Splash of riches 150 euro played over 4 different sessions for a guaranteed win of 18 Euro still haven’t hit that 18 Euro 😂These are scammers circumventing Irish gambling regulation by going to MGA in Malta so they can scam Irish customers more.Spent probably 100 thousand or more in the last few years unsure as you cannot get an exact number on how much was staked over time.Never won 1000 enough said stay away terrible company unfair gambling.Tested the site with a vpn won about 100 quid, The next day that same game would not work with the same browser VPN which is opera browser.2 days later fixed that VPN is now useable.Crazy!

Nothing is fairNo scatters on 10p 20p or even 10 or 20 pounds. Nothing at all. Stealing is the key. Tried all betting sites and now I know their algorithm. When u register you always win a bit , but if you do not withdraw, they keep asking every money you ever deposit after that. Basically they steal. After saying games are fair or under regulations or they they have no power over the payouts which is a total lie and then refuse to refund . Basically it’s LEGAL to deposit and they to steal the money where all spins come empty but blame it and say it’s gambling which is wrong because there is no real chance to win anything. Not even worth a single star..a shameful disgrace to online casinos.And i am 100℅ sure that everyone who ever had great reviews about them are now regretting them because they can never live up to great standards. Signed up over the weekend and staked £10 to receive a welcome bonus only to never receive it. Was told by customer service they are unable to offer me this as my IP address is flagged for shared use. Never ever had this issue on any site before and feels like a complete con to get you to deposit £10. Disgusting disgraceful bookmaker who like many reviews are not supplying new sign up customers with the sign up offers.Have just got off the phone with the gambling commission to make them aware that Boyle sports are not honouring customers with the sign up offer free bets on some very false remark of your IP has been used on a previous account.I can assure you I have never used boylesports, I live alone and have a brand new mobile phone contract and sim so there is zero chance anybody could have used my IP.I urge everybody like myself to contact the gambling commission and make a report.The company are dishonest and nothing else can be said.

Signed up for the free bet offer.Staked my qualifying bet and free bet wasn’t received.Used the help on the instant chat to be told that the bet did not qualify because ‘someone with the same IP address had already signed up.’ I know I haven’t, nor have my family (my wife and kids aren’t betting people!) and tried to explain this. Was just repeatedly told ‘as stated in the terms and conditions, the bet doesn’t qualify because the same IP was detected.’ No explanation, and they were more than happy to take the qualifying bet despite knowing this. They may have made a tenner, but they’ve lost a potential customer.

I signed up using their “Bet £10 Get £20 in Free Bets” new customer offers. After making a deposit and placing my bet nothing happened. Chatting to their agent I was told that I was not eligible for the promotion as my IP (which is dynamically assigned by the internet provider) had previously been used!! Multiple friends have the exact same issue where they will advise multiple IP addressed are linked, which is absolutely false. What a joke and disgraceful responses I’ve received from this company. You place a bet and you select a team to win then they wrongly settle your bet and once they realise they did a mistake…rather than correcting it they content with saying “your source is unreliable”As the bet still recent anyone can check the result online of the Argentinian youth league : Colon De Santa Fe U20 vs Patronato Parana U20. 3-2 for the Colon but they are refusing to give me the funds.What else could you say? Played on their site for a little over two days and ended up with one question…how is boylesport still operating?….This site makes all other ones I’ve complained about look like kids..Once you deposit you just have to know that it is no longer your money and hope they have made enough on that day for you to even stand a chance of getting anything back. You do not have control on you casino games, they can flip them anytime they want.Non of their games operate normal. Avoid at all costs. Don’t be tempted by the sign up offer. Boyle Sports have no problem signing you up, and letting you deposit and spend your money. But then when your free bets don’t appear in your account and you ask for them, you have to jump through several very invasive hoops to verify your account. Bank statements/bills, photo selfie with ID, front and back of your ID and your debit card! This isn’t mentioned before signing up or depositing, and clearly designed on purpose to make it difficult to claim your free bets or withdraw winnings. Completely unfair and the level of detail they require for verification can only be described as a security risk. Scam.

I have been playing lucky larry Lobster game. It appears that the game knows what I’m going to win on bonus before spins take place because it shows in my balance. Tried contacting company to ask how can this be possible? Or even legal. Where do I start? Trying to get a response from anyone in Boyles is trying to get blood from a stone.2 weeks ago I raised very serious concerns about regulatory & RG failings in relation to how my account was handled historically. Deposits & bets being allowed from a restricted territory & Clear markers of harm being visible via deposit frequency, amount, time of night, with no reach out from Boyles, among other issues raised. 7 follow-ups were sent in relation to this looking to have the matter resolved, all have been ignored. Requests for an address to issue legal action, a deadlock email to enable me to report this to the GC & use an ADR & a phone call from a compliance/customer service manager have also been ignored. Having worked in the industry for 8 years I find it disgraceful how I am being treated, if the shoe was on the other foot I would have been reprimanded by my superiors. I would recommend everyone stay well clear of Boyles.
