I placed a bet in machine in shop which funds the online account, the bet won and it clearly states winnings can be withdrawn in cash in shop. When I tried to withdraw in cash it refused, I asked staff at counter who shrugged their shoulders and said bet at till next time. The live chat was more helpful and they told me my account had no restrictions and I should have been allowed a shop withdrawal in cash. Very dissatisfied customer as I rate boylesports very highly, the whole system works perfectly I just would have loved to have had cash to bring on holiday.

Being with boylesports a while now casino is very hard to get a bonus good vibe about everything else horse racing is cool football is a challenge but who doesn’t like a challenge but as they say ya have to bet wisely good motto but yeah nobody said it was easy predicting but everything you need is on app if you can predict it good effort put into the app hoping one day for a life changing win at boylesports but still give 5 out of 6 stars more bonus’s would be nice :)

I signed up recently because I was promised a free bet & casino spins.I received the free bet, but the casino spins never materialised.I contacted customer services to be told the casino spins never existed.I was gobsmacked, as I know what I signed up for.I spoke to another service advisor on the phone who was fixated on whether I had a screen shot of the promotion. I explained that if I have, then that will be saved for when I possibly take further action against the company.I have since read reviews from other disgruntled customers, and it all makes sense. I so wish I hadn't signed up to this company, I find it hard not to believe that somethingvery wrong isn'ttaking place here.I have a free bet pending and await with interest what will happen if it wins.If you are going to gamble, I highly recommend that you AVOID this company. The absolute worst company. I have been loyal to this site for many years, but I’m about to give up now. Whenever I opt into promotions and don’t receive anything I get told I didn’t opt in correctly or I did something wrong and played the wrong game. I have probably had one good win on here in all the years so the RTP is also terrible. If I ever ask if I am eligible for a bonus (after spending £300 per month) I get told flat out no. Chat is rude and unhelpful. If you want to join a decent site, this really isn’t one of them. They have zero regard for player loyalty.

I signed up with the welcome offer of bet £10 get £20 free bet. I waited a few days even after the bet settled, contacted live chat and I wasn't eligible due to IP address. I asked if an account had been setup before with this IP address (my mobile phone) and they couldn't answer, I understand its to prevent duplicate accounts but this is a shady reason and false advertising as I've never used the app/ website before nor has anybody else on this device of IP address. Terrible bookies.

What a disappointing experience. Signed up specifically to bet on the fa cup final and placed a bet. I expected a free bet from their welcome offer but none was credited. I emailed boylesports and they said something to do with shared IP address?? Very confused but these reviews seem to echo what happened to me!

Well I have to say what a shame!! I have heard of Boylesports from my friend who bets with them online... I signed up on saturday to bet on the manchester game which I did just in time. I noticed on google an offer for a £25 free bet and casino bonus which appealed more. After betting on the said game I noticed no free bet came in the day after or even today and was told on livechat this was due to using someone else's IP address.... This was odd as I was in the pub at the time having a pint... hence I would have been using my mobile phone and its 5G data... Clearly false reasoning! Incredibly disappointed. I certainly won't be recommending Boylesports anymore after this... In fact I'll be doing the opposite!!

Complete load of rubbish… customer service told me I’ve used this IP address before when it’s a new house and a new router, so basically impossible. No previous details of me in the system though. Asked for them to show evidence of this and they said “they can’t” so now taking legal action against them with my own company. Look forward to my settlement when the company is exposed for dishonesty and fraud. Looking at the reviews, seems everyone has had the same issues, so hope the management are ready for a letter :)!

Refused to honour a signup offer because apparently my IP address (private personal WIFI) had previously been used to open an account with them. When I explained the only way this was possible was if someone was illegally using my wifi and therefore could they give me some details/info that I could take to my wifi provider to investigate they refused to help me. Very convenient considering I live in the middle of nowhere with no neighbours so it would be pretty surprising that someone was using my wifi.Customer service agent was quite dismissive and refused to let me speak to a supervisor. They then eventually closed the chat without allowing me to respond to their previous message. There's also no option to save a copy of the chat for future reference.It very much seemed like an excuse not to honour the signup offer. Appreciate their T&Cs are their T&Cs but customer service were not interested in helping me and couldn't provide a reason as to why they wouldn't help.

I signed up with boylesports ahead of the man city game this weekend and was not given the free bet. Assuming it was an oversight I went on to livechat to find that I won't be issued the free bet due to having registered with a shared IP address!!!!This is utter nonsense, I was out during the day and signed up on my phone (as per the terms) and used my mobile data, there is no way this can be a "shared IP address" as the advisor put it. Either they are dishonest or their flagging system is in error and is unable to determine what a shared IP actually is... ie a wifi network,,,, I'm going with some mix of the two.Avoid as this company are clearly lying in order to save money. I will be taking this further.

My elderly father trying to withdraw money but couldn’t as account suspended. Phoned customer services to be told he had to send documents and pictures of front and back of bank card, bank statement and passport to verify account. But he didn’t have to verify account to deposit money. So they are happy to take money from card but not put it back into the same card? No one could explain to me why just that it was their terms. I can understand the reasoning for verification but then you should have to verify before depositing money but no this was not the case. My father was very upset and disappointed and very concerned with having to email these details over. Very disappointed and disheartened.

Stay well away. Games don’t pay out at all. I just played and watched £400 go in 4 minutes. Not normal. And don’t patronise me and tell me how gambling works. The support has quick responses but this company repeatedly try to avoid paying out or honouring promotional offers, it was my first time using BoyleSports and I wanted to try one of their promotional offers, I joined under this, placed a qualifying bet on a qualifying device and had no free bets. When contacting them they said that my IP address has shared use, this wasn’t the case and I hadn’t signed up before, they might not be aware of technology like private relay that gives everyone generalised IP addresses. But they failed to honour this promotion and have left me at a loss.

Awful online but better in shop if you stay of the fobt machines. In shop 49s odds 750/1 for 3 numbers online 650/1. Bog prices all ok but lucky 15s etc triple odds in shops not sure about online but the casino games are dire like everywhere else. Deposited and played £50. At 50p a spin on average I lost it all in under 20 mins. No features given and a dead loss. Avoid play in shops grab the free drinks available and leave after placing your bet.

Like others who have reviewed, I placed a £10 bet through the phone app in hopes of the £20 free bet welcome offer. My bet, which I lost, settled and two hours had gone by without the free bet on my account. Contacted live chat, who informed me “Your registration did not meet the criteria for our sign-up offer because your IP address has been identified for shared use within our system”. I have no clue what any of this means, but based off other reviews it seems to be because of the use of mobile data. Bear in mind this is a mobile only welcome offer! Absurd, they could have warned/informed us about the IP issue at the point of sign up, before depositing or placing any bets.

They refused to award the free bet because of “shared IP addresses”. Don’t these clowns know all mobile IP addresses are recycled between customers? And as you have to sign up via a mobile, it essentially means they’ll never give the free bet. Stay well away

I signed up to the free bet promotion, they happily let me place my initial bet with my own money and then wouldn't give me the free bet. When I contacted them, they said my IP address had been flagged as linked to another account user. I told them that I lived on my own, my IP address was only used between my 2 laptops and my mobile, and that I only had one account with them. The customer service representative wouldn't listen when I told her this and kept pointing me to the terms and conditions. I kept telling her that the IP address flag was incorrect. Terrible customer service and company.

I think it's absolutely dishonest to lure people in with promotional offers which is then later refused. This is very similar to a scam. I recently deposited £10 and didn’t receive my free bet, despite meeting the criteria. I Contacted customer service to be told my IP address has been identified as a shared IP address. I used my personal mobile phone, which nobody else has access to. I’ve never signed up to this site before. The customer service representative wouldn't listen and gave me a generic response, which looking online i see to be the case for a multitude of people.

Where the in store staff were of great assistance (Pontefract).The offer was deposit £20 on a terminal and receive a £10 free bet the next day. The machine wouldn’t accept multiple notes, so I entered 2 x £10 4 seconds apart. The Freebet never arrived. So I contacted online support, to be told the £20 had to be done in one transaction, they never acknowledge anything I said about the machines fault, the fact there was only 4 second between £10 one and two. This isn’t the first time I’ve had to contact online support and they have been far from helpful. A little common sense would have shown I did all I could to quality for the offer, even apply it as a goodwill gesture, there was nothing. The online support agent even suggested I didn’t qualify for the offer because my next bet wasn’t £20 (it was) but this isn’t stated in the terms so unsure why ‘Crystele’ made this upIn summary, don’t waste your time contacting online support the are not knowledgable nor are they helpful in anyway.
