bad customer service. i was complained about shop customer sevice over the phone and via e.mail. it was late to lodge my docket and i was ask him put my bet in to there system, employee start wth violated language , until now boyal sport dot send any respons to my complaine.several times with this happen, my complaine not taking seriesly. even customer service shut the phone as well then i called them several times. i dont give them any star.I already sent full details via e.mail and by phone. Read properly then you know what to write. dont say again,again repeat the complain.

Signed up for their new customer casino offer. Didn’t get what was supposedly on offer. Live chat was useless. Didn’t understand my issue, ignored my attempts to explain, gave me completely irrelevant information and eventually hung up on me. I understand betting companies restrict accounts if their traders decide there are a risk because they can win money . However this is a first, I have lost money on an account and they have restricted me to bets of no more than 17p. It’s a way of making you and not them close the account. I agree with yahanas recent review. This is the worst betting site in Europe. Ps please dont reply as we have nothing to discuss.

Avoid! Scam! Was lured in by the signup offer. Spent £10 and didn’t receive my free bet, despite meeting the criteria. Contacted customer service to be told my IP address has been identified as a shared IP address! I used my personal mobile phone, which nobody else has access to. I’ve never signed up to this site before nor has anyone in my household. It’s nonsense! Looking through other reviews I can see this seems to be a generic excuse for not giving the free bet. Shame on you!!!

I joined Boyle Sports yesterday morning with the sign up offer for the £20 free sports bet & £10 to spend on casino. I deposited my £10 & placed my bet, my bet cleared & I didn’t receive anything so I spoke to an agent on live chat to be told because I deposited my £10 through PayPal I don’t qualify for my free sign up offers! I think this is really unfair! Shouldn’t matter how the money is deposited! Alot of people will get fooled by the sign up offer not read the small print (like me) that’s how people get caught in with the good sign up offers & on that note I will not be using Boyle Sports again as I am very disappointed!

Been trying to verify my account. Was asked for my passport SUPPLIED A COPY.Then asked for bank statements with BoyleSports transactions on.SUPPLIEDThren asked for copy of card used to do transactions with last 4 digits shown???Problem I am with Chase Manhattan Bank no digits are printed on my card for security reasons.8 times I have rang customer services explained. 8 times the security team replied debit card copy required showing digits. It’s impossible. Didn’t like the cash out option with this site. Once all my games were winning the cash out option completely disappeared. So never had that choice to cash out. I find that disrespectful to the customer. For that reason I recommend not to use the app if you like to use the cash out option

They claimed someone with the same IP has already claimed the offer but I disagree with them on that and after looking on here I can see they seem to do this with a lot of people as well.Update: I emailed them and mentioned this review and they gave me the free bet straight away but this one star review will stay as they should give the free bet to you straight away or at least as you as you contact them for the first time, you shouldnt have to post a negative review first in order to get them to fix their mistake.

I signed up to Boyle Sports and was expecting to receive a free £20 bet when adding £10 and placing a bet. I didn’t receive this and went through the live chat for them to tell me that they detected a IP address issue. I have no idea what that is. I used my mobile to sign up as per the terms and conditions and added the £10. Clearly this company does it quite a lot as the response was a copy and paste response, which has obviously been sent to many. Steer clear of this one. Plenty more to choose from.

Ok where do I start? I deposited and played and lost about 1400 this month, within the month I got and received a couple of good will gestures as normal when betting online like 2 or 3, in the space of a month, they gave me the 3rd one and the following day blocked my account for requesting, the good will gesture they just gave me. They’re an ABSOLUTELY disgusting Bookie and they have the cheek to say I got a warning back in 2022, for frequent good will gestures requests??? And that warning from 2years ago is sufficient to block my account in 2024. Also I was entered into their major unbelievable raffle they can’t stop promoting!!! For every 10euro wagered you get a ticket, I had accumulated a whopping 1100 tickets and won 5euro with wagering . The weekly raffle which claims to have loads of top prizes like 750euos 10×250 100×100 and I received one of the smallest prizes where theirs like unlimited 5euro prizes. I asked them how many tickets did I earn for that draw?? They said 1100 tickets, that would equal 11000euros of bets??? and I only won the smallest prize??? That’s just unbelievably suspicious, so who knows if their even is a legit draw?? But anyways I would recommend Paddy power or Ladbrokes any day over Boyle sports even though Ladbrokes, and Paddypower aren’t perfect at all, but they’re miles better and much more professional, then Boyle sports ever could be!!! and both have somewhat of professional standards unlike Boyle sports. So save yourself a headache this company is so dishonest and pathetic. Please just go somewhere else. You know theirs normally bad reviews about most bookies, but I’m telling you I’m not a sore loser and I understand the risks of gambling. So it’s just a completely honest and genuine review here.
