Didn’t like the cash out option with this site. Once all my games were winning the cash out option completely disappeared. So never had that choice to cash out. I find that disrespectful to the customer. For that reason I recommend not to use the app if you like to use the cash out option

They refused to give me the free bet that was offered to me as part of their welcome offer. They claimed someone with the same IP has already claimed the offer but I disagree with them on that and after looking on here I can see they seem to do this with a lot of people as well.Update: I emailed them and mentioned this review and they gave me the free bet straight away but this one star review will stay as they should give the free bet to you straight away or at least as you as you contact them for the first time, you shouldnt have to post a negative review first in order to get them to fix their mistake.

I signed up to Boyle Sports and was expecting to receive a free £20 bet when adding £10 and placing a bet. I didn’t receive this and went through the live chat for them to tell me that they detected a IP address issue. I have no idea what that is. I used my mobile to sign up as per the terms and conditions and added the £10. Clearly this company does it quite a lot as the response was a copy and paste response, which has obviously been sent to many. Steer clear of this one. Plenty more to choose from.

Ok where do I start? I deposited and played and lost about 1400 this month, within the month I got and received a couple of good will gestures as normal when betting online like 2 or 3, in the space of a month, they gave me the 3rd one and the following day blocked my account for requesting, the good will gesture they just gave me. They’re an ABSOLUTELY disgusting Bookie and they have the cheek to say I got a warning back in 2022, for frequent good will gestures requests??? And that warning from 2years ago is sufficient to block my account in 2024. Also I was entered into their major unbelievable raffle they can’t stop promoting!!! For every 10euro wagered you get a ticket, I had accumulated a whopping 1100 tickets and won 5euro with wagering . The weekly raffle which claims to have loads of top prizes like 750euos 10×250 100×100 and I received one of the smallest prizes where theirs like unlimited 5euro prizes. I asked them how many tickets did I earn for that draw?? They said 1100 tickets, that would equal 11000euros of bets??? and I only won the smallest prize??? That’s just unbelievably suspicious, so who knows if their even is a legit draw?? But anyways I would recommend Paddy power or Ladbrokes any day over Boyle sports even though Ladbrokes, and Paddypower aren’t perfect at all, but they’re miles better and much more professional, then Boyle sports ever could be!!! and both have somewhat of professional standards unlike Boyle sports. So save yourself a headache this company is so dishonest and pathetic. Please just go somewhere else. You know theirs normally bad reviews about most bookies, but I’m telling you I’m not a sore loser and I understand the risks of gambling. So it’s just a completely honest and genuine review here.

I signed up as a new customer and haven’t received my £20 free bet that was offered due to “someone at my IP address already having an account” absolute nonsense, no-one else in my household has an account. I wish I had seen the other reviews with the same complaint before I signed up, it seems like a scam to lure people in. Really disappointed.

Local shop is useless. Too many mistakes. Today I done a couple £5 place pots and went home to watch. Realised after race 2 that the cashier had put the same slip through twice and my other one would be still in running after 5 races for a £5 stakeNothing can do now huh🤷‍♂️I hope found a fifty is not placed in the last race

Great site, easy platform to use. Closed my account for no reason, called for an explanation but could not offer a reason. Advised the bets I have on today maybe cancelled- if they win, they cancel. If they lose they don’t. Disappointed

Like a few people below they have refused to honor their free bet offer by saying the IP address had already been used by one of their customers. This is ridiculous when you consider that you have to use the app to get the offer so it basically disqualifies anyone using their mobile data. I have submitted a complaint using resolver as recomended by the gambling commision so will see if they decide to rectifiy it.

I signed up through their new customer link ‘Place a £10 bet and receive £20 free bets’.I made the qualifying bet and they didn’t give free bets in return. When I contacted them they sent a list of T&C’s relating to shared IP addresses and duplicate accounts – basically accusing me of wrongdoing that makes makes me exempt from recieving the free bets!All total nonsense, I’ve never had an account with them before and I wouldn’t have a clue how to duplicate an IP address.A joke of a company that are looking to scam new customers to get them to spend with them – go elsewhere to make bets, DO NOT USE BOYLE SPORTS

Iv been with boyledports for a long time and they have been very helpful until recently…I asked for help on a certain bet on the app for the Goals over/under but I only have goals over on my app…Its very annoying that no one can help me…Since the app was updated it has changed…apart from that all is good.

I didn’t receive my sign up offer either. I fulfilled the requirements for the free bet, but no free bets appeared. I tried to find out why, and was given a copy and paste extract from the terms and conditions. They would not clarify anything, and seemed happy with this vague explanation. I plan to take the to the IBAS as the reviews show that I am not the first one this has happened too.

These Irish fraudsters do manipulate cash-out availability on live bets. They sometimes ‘suspend’ cash-out option until an unfavourable event occurs on your acca bet, but what’s worse is that they also often completely hide the cash-out option on your live winning bet until the event ends. It happened so regularly that I decided to test it to be 100% sure. I small-staked 4 five-fold acca bets with the same 3pm PL football games but with slightly different outcomes, and one bet was actually winning on all 5 events @60+ mins in, and guess what, this particular bet was the only one without cash-out option!The audacity to manipulate and punish punters with such blatant fraudulent acts is beyond anything I’ve seen over the years in this already murky industry.If you don’t believe me, just read some of the other reviews below expressing the same experience.

I signed up and made a 10 pound bet. After the bet I was told that ‘your IP is different from the one you signed up with, so we’re not giving you any free bets’. I don’t even know where to begin. I have ONE PHONE and ONE NETWORK – it’s always the same! There is no ‘other IP address’ and no, no one else has logged into my account on a different device. Therefore the statement is ridiculous. I was basically told to jog on and that they wouldn’t clarify anything with me. Very, very shady. Based on the reviews a lot of people have had similar issues and a lot of problems with the company.

Same here . Made a deposit of £10 and placed a bet . No welcome bonus . Contacted customer care and was told THAT as I used PayPal I didn’t qualify for the sign up bonus . Total scam . Used many online bookies over the years but these guys are just sneaky . not made clear during deposit at all . All other bookies use PayPal, but not these jokers . AVOID BOYLE SPORTS .

I was restricted after about 3 bets, which isn’t great, but isn’t the issue at hand. When I tried to withdraw my money, they requested a litany of documents, including bank statements and ID as they had to do ‘enhanced verification checks’. Given the amount I was trying to withdraw wasn’t enormous, I can’t really see a reason as to why I’d be suspected of money laundering, and I’d provided two types of ID (one of which is my literal passport) upon creation of the account. Again, this is annoying, and absolutely according to the gambling commission, should be done at the ‘first available opportunity’ – this is upon *depositing*, not at time of *withdrawal*. The real issues started here. They wanted photocopies of all cards. I couldn’t provide photocopies of certain cards, as they were either expired, so I’d thrown the physical copy out (apple pay allows you to still use expired cards), or digital cards (some Australian banks issue cards that you can use in apple pay and to buy things online, but that don’t have a physical copy). I explained all of this to the customer service attendants, but they still refused to accept the fact that I couldn’t provide a card. Finally, they told me to send in bank statements. I think it’s an enormous invasion of privacy, but reluctantly did so as otherwise they’d keep the money (convenient, isn’t it!). The CSAs said that the statement didn’t show transactions involving Boylesports. I don’t know whether they’re illiterate, dumb, or a combination of both, but the statement DID show the transactions, as I verified it myself TWICE. I informed them of this, and then I got another email saying that they weren’t there. I then sent an email back showing them EXACTLY where they were. THREE separate people either refused to look, or looked and couldn’t find them. Have they never heard of the ctrl +f function?I haven’t received an email back yet, but this is the most disgraceful organisation I’ve ever come across. The CSAs are incompetent, passive aggressive and have infuriated me to no end. I cannot believe it’s several weeks to get to this point and they’re still acting dumb. Half of them should be fired. DO NOT deposit money into boylesports – it’s simply not worth the effort.

BEWARE False Advertising!This website refuses to credit free bets. Made the qualifying bet however when it comes time to give free bet they refuse!Live chat is a waste of time give excuse about sharing IP address when this just isn’t true! Apparently using mobile data is not allowed while using this website as this flags your account.Please beware of this scam this is the only website I have encountered with these dreadful t&c’s

I haven’t actually won anything.The email was as follows.After recent review of your account, we regret to inform you that you will no longer be able to avail of our fon-a-bet service, Horse Racing, Sports or Loyalty promotions and any bonuses outstanding on the account will also be made unavailable.This decision has been made after careful consideration and will not be overturned. So, they don’t want you to use their website, don’t give you any explanations. Very bizzare and unprofessional. No nice promotions too.

I followed all of the steps necessary as a new customer to get a free bet. Didn’t receive it so got in touch and they gave some bizarre excuse about using a shared IP address to place my bet means I won’t get the free bet. Basically I used 4G instead of WiFi and they are using this as an excuse to not give what they advertised. Avoid at all costs, they’ll look for a way out of paying you what they owe

I saw their welcome offer of staking £10 to get £20 free bets and I followed all rules. Deposited with a revolut debit card and fulfilled all terms but they refused to credit the free bet. I contacted their CS and I was told I deposited with a virtual card but that’s a lie. I deposited with a debit card, Revolut’s cards are debit. Very dishonest bookmaker Edit: The card is showing on their platform as a debit card, issuer confirmed it’s a debit card but somehow, it’s a ‘prepaid card’ according to CS

I’m 78 visited a boyles sports betting shop 304 Holbrook lane Coventry . The mangeress Jody Murphy said I can only stake 500 pound s a day or have to show id etc etc . Staked 500 and left . Returned next day placed about 3 bets another lady staff said no more bets . Staked only 200 pounds . Visited relatives near Northampton so was driving near boyles shop Newport Pagnell yesterday . Placed 5 bets . No problem . Lucky backed a winner returned 400 pounds . Came home to Coventry so went to same boyles betting shop 304 Holbrook lane 330 pm . Everytime you are in hope of winning something in an accumulator. It suddenly goes suspended. On several occasions i couldn’t cash out on games that would have made me money or atleast gotten back something from what i bet. It goes suspended. Today, i played an accumulator with 4 bets. 3 successful, last game started, and suddenly “bet suspended” for the whole 90mins. 4th game was successful all the way until last minute equaliser. I would have cashed out but didnt even see the match in the “in play” games for the full 90mins. When i query this, i was told they suspend bet at their will. A scam of a betting app. a Complete disgrace to say the least
