They did not honour the welcome offer. They did not tell me until after I’d spent and lost my deposit to them. I had to go asking them what’s going on. Poor communication, really terrible way to treat a new customer.

Horrible robbing people accidentally deposited with my hubbys Apple Pay as I signed into my BoyleSports account on his phone. Took the deposit.restricted my account right away. Sent me on 8 wild goose chases every time a different person now I have to get a statement from my bank after uploading passport driving license x2 utility bills my bank card my hubbys bank card I can only feel this mass of information is to sell for frauds

Check the fine print when signing up. Free bets are not given based on Apple Pay deposits. This fact is completely hidden away and seems to be put in dishonestly to not have to honour commitments.

If you want to waste your money this is the site for you! Absolute joke! Iv been on some dodgy betting sites in my time but this is by far the worst. Playing on the slots is terrible, only stick to the same 2 because it’s what I like and it is just constant dead spin after dead spin, sinse joining the site spent just over £200, spun the feature in twice during this time. After spending over £100 on eye of horus the feature paid out £3 and big bass got on feature twice and paid out just over £7 both times. Also got an email to say I had been awarded 20 free spins, used 3 of them came out of the game went back in and free spins had gone. All this company wants is to take, take, take they absolutely hate paying anything out. Please save your money!

So I have used Boyle sports for a while, recently I took part in the promotion called “wild Wednesdays” where I staked over £200 to receive 100 free spins, I received and used the spins, at the end any winnings I won did not credit my account, I got onto chat and they say they would forward my query to the gaming provider, 1 and a half weeks later I get a reply saying out of the 100 spins I didn’t win a single penny, got onto chat again as that’s also of b*****s and if was true it would certainly go against the RTP percentage. They then informed me there’s nothing they can do as the gaming provider said I didn’t win a single penny! Defiantly been robbed by Boyle sports

Joined yesterday, placed my initial bet with no issues. I received the free bets for the signup offer and now they won’t let me place them. Coincidentally my first bet with them won so they have decided that a trading decision means that I am not able to place anymore bets.I would avoid this site at all costs as they only want your money if it loses, and will give out free bets but not let you even use them

Another fraud bookmaker happy to take your money but not pay out. Placed a bet in the pontefract store today on greyhound racing via the machines bet was taken and when it won showed as cancelled when I scanned the ticket. Was informed the bet was placed 8 seconds late why did the machine accept the bet then. Hard enough to find winners without obstacles in place if the bet was taken it should have been honoured.

Draw you in with a sign up offer of bet £10 and get £20 in free bets. Follow all their T&Cs and still dont get the reward. Excuse is something to do with a shared IP address. Customer services cant explain in any more detail. I have never used or signed up with them before and nor has anyone in the house so makes no sense. Then read they are always giving excuses not to do rewards or pay out. Avoid this site and stick to the decent ones out there!

Despite following the terms of the sports sign up offer and providing my documents for verification, I have yet to receive my £20 free bet. The initial verification went through fine (I have a screenshot of this). Customer support have been no help, all I get is another request to submit proof of address where the link just asks for ID again!? Questioning this leads to being told the ‘security team is looking into it.’ It’s been several days of no update or progress. Now I’m getting notifications that my account is blocked.It seemed like a good site at first but after this experience, I can’t recommend them. Fortunately I only deposited £10 so no big loss but I would steer clear! Plenty of bookies/casinos that don’t treat their customers like they’ve done something wrong automatically.

Over a period of months, spending about hundreds anyway, in Boylesports Games section playing the goonies Return at 20p play with biggest win I’d say at £80. It’s the jackpot deluxe one and too get the jackpot feature you need the 5 across the line and I saw 3 coming a few times over this period but I just thought it wouldn’t happen but , I still was happy enough with the bonus game features anyway.
