Rotten pigs they are. I opened an account Nd made a deposit. Games wasn’t loading n so I withdrew my money out. Days go by still no money. Contacted support turns out I needed to send them proof of card belonging to me along with ID. I stressed that I no longer had that card anymore n currently waiting on new one but I can provide bank statement proving I made the deposit.I did exactly that Nd it was refused. Apparently nothing was showing on the statement of me over making a deposit even tho I saw it myself n even told them what page to go too.They refused my bank statement then closed my account.They are absolute thieves. Robbing tramps.I can see that many people here are complaining abt the withdrawal process. Don’t be surprised if they refuse you your money n close your account cos thats exactly what they did to me.If I could give them 0 stars I would. Tramps

Signed up for the new customer offer. Was told I would get £50 in free bets 5mins after first bet settled. Read the terms when it wasn’t credited and said 20mins. After 20mins contacted live chat and was told 1 hour. After 3 hours contacted live chat was on hold for 30 mins and was told 24 hours. Now it’s over 24 hours and still no free bets. Use William hill, bet365 or Betfair instead. The odds are betterFinally got through on live chat and they asked me to send the link of my sign up, which I provided. They said I wasn’t eligible for for bet 10 get 50 and what they would do it give me £20 in free bets and £10 casino bonus (which I didn’t receive)

Bet £10 get £20 free. What a scam. This would be a 0 star review of I could. I had to bet £10 using a mobile browser so because the screen is larger on my tablet, I connected it to my phone’s hotspot and registered with my tablet. I’ve been told now that my account has been flagged and I won’t receive my free bets because my IP address is a shared IP. For a start, no it’s obviously not a shared IP or am I wrong about this? A mobile hotspot providing internet access is not a shared IP. I’ve been told my account has been flagged automatically by the system not a person but they won’t tell me how I can prove it not using a shared IP and they also refused, yes refused to put me in contact with technical support to have this sorted out. I’m simply not getting the free bets added to my account regardless of me offering whatever evidence they require to prove my sign up is legitimate. Disgraceful, save your money people and sign up with someone else!

Contacted support yesterday to find out what my lifetime rtp was. I was connected to a person/idiot called Kenneth who advised me that Boylesports can’t provide this information. All he kept banging on about was hkw to find a single slots rtp. Two reasons why I’m writing this review.1. What sort of tin pot company can’t provide a customer with their lifetime rtp.2. Support staff are improperly trained, rude and can’t get you off the line quick enough.The reason i contacted support is because I’ve never witnessed a losing run as bad and as frequently as you get with Boylesport, Games might be tested blah blah but what ever RNG they use is certainty not provided by the game provider. Probably use trackers or some sort of algorithm to make sure the RNG only picks losing numbers. Can still be random outcomes even if they are all losers.I’m sure they will be fined again in the future for their lack of responsible gambling.Extended break taken!!!

Scam company. They were running a promotion of bet £10 get £20 free bets, I like free bets so I signed up. After doing the £10 bet and losing, I wasn’t given the free bet. I called them and they told me it’s because my IP was flagged as shared, they can’t provide me any proof of this and will be withholding the free bet. I only have 1 account with them and hadn’t even heard of them until this promotion. Con artists, don’t sign up to them they won’t honour their end of the deal.

The worst bookies of them all!! Stay well clear, fair warning!!!I requested a withdrawal on 1st January. My bank has been closed so I asked for an alternative withdrawal method.These clowns all they do is keep asking for the bank statement and card of the closed account which I no longer have.I offered bank statements for new account but they still ask for old ones and refused to pay out. I even asked them to withdraw to PayPal which I’ve used a number of times on their website still no!! To top it off their live chat customer support are useless and under trained. None of them know what’s going on. So to cut a long story short Boylesports lost me £6,500 in the space of 24 hours due to a casino game which I never had any real chance of winning anything in the first place. Not once did they ask for any documents or Safer Gambling information when i was depositing £500 each time, until i tried to withdraw the last £5 from my account… Im in the process of disputing these funds with my bank, if your having issues with them its worth a look into, there’s nothing they can do but close your account. In my case it was an unauthorized transaction as they didnt comply with new safer gambling laws. Also will be taking them to court, it costs £500 to claim this money back but they clearly pick and choose when to ask for Safer Gambling information, so this is a violation of the new laws set by the government and the gambling commission. Know your rights people and don’t let these thugs ruin your lives, speak to your bank or use the small claims route. IBAS are not help as they’re funded by the bookies.

Do not use this site……I placed a bet of £10 in order to receive a £20 free bet which never materialised. I contacted customer support and they claimed that my account was flagged as shared IP use so they will not give me my free bet. They are taking money from people and not following through with the free bets so AVOID at all costs.

I lost my debit card. Registered a new one on the account and god forbid, placed a winning bet. They will not pay out unless I provide bank statements, which I am not prepared to do.So effectively, they are stealing money.I do not trust anyone with MY bank statements. Did not expect this, as I have bet with them for a number of years, no issues at all. Turns out that they are no better than thieves.

Absolute frauds, after doing some research I’ve found many others who have had the same problem as I have. Duplicate accounts on my IP address yet I’d never even heard of BoyleSports till their website popped up with a bet £10 get £20 free bet. After many emails they are still refusing to right their wrong! All this because I’ve used my pc to login and then when I had trouble logging in I’ve used my phone to login over 5g. They won’t provide any proof that my IP address has been flagged for duplicate account. They are fraudulently taking peoples money and not honouring the free bets. My advice is to avoid and use a more reputable company.

I believe the games are reset when you get your time reminder. If that is not illegal, it should be. There is no reason whatsoever that a game reset screen should be shown during play but on this site it is and it doesn`t happen every time so that shows they know about it and condone it. This is not a fair site. Before they come back with the RTP excuse? RTP is a scam which is manipulated by the way the game is programmed and RNG is inextricably linked to the RTP so is not a guarantee of fairness.

I will update when I have filed my complaints but it very complicated because Boylesports are so disgraceful in their business practices.
