Sham of a company. Said I wasn’t eligible for the free bet from the welcome offer because of a ‘shared IP’ address. Do they not know that when you use mobile data you are given the same IP address as hundreds, if not thousands of people that have the same phone network? Tried to explain this to the person dealing with live chat, but he wouldn’t help. What’s the point of having a welcome offer if they hide behind this excuse? Seriously unhappy.

The app is very very slow I often have to restart it and go back on just so I can select things, also the options on the football bet builders aren’t enough there should be for fouls etc.. the basketball bet builders are the same there isn’t much choice

Save your money! Absolute scam period. Signed up by following the link for the casino bonus and deposited and played through my first deposit…low and behold no bonus credited..jumped in the live chat to be told I didn’t “opt” in although following the link directly to the current promotion! Very good on horse racing betting where the page and all info is well presented and no issues getting paid out however the online games are rigged.The bingo game is impossible to win on.Once you get close to a line or full house the numbers around what your waiting for start coming out ie if your waiting for 20 you’ll get 19,21,22 so on and you wonder if the winners shown even exist.

All casinos just hire the games from the suppliers but they can choose what percentage payout they produce, reputable casinos will opt for the higher percentage.Boyle sport casino is one of the very low ones so you have very little chance of being in profit. Signed up for a free bet, free bet was refused because “My IP is shared with other BoyleSports” customers. They advertise offers for mobile but if you use a mobile with 4g they will refuse any free bets. They don’t understand that IP addresses are shared between many people when using a 4g connection, I even sent them a picture of my IP address and Vodafone’s website confirming this.Avoid them at all costs. I’ve used many bookies and never had this experience before. From searching on the internet I can see that many people have been denied free bet promos because of this. They’re hiding behind their T&Cs and exploiting customers.

Not playing here no more withdrawals are ridiculously slow. They say 2 to 12 hours then when you go to chat after 15 hours they make excuses. Small withdrawls too can’t be bothered when other sites pay instantly it’s like being stuck in the early 2000s with this lot.

Wrote a review a little while ago about this terrible company now they haven’t even got the courage to reply to my review I put about them sounds like to me they have got something to hide enjoyed taking my money though didn’t you ya thieves well guess what I wouldn’t come back on your lousy site if you paid me enjoy that money ya thieves cos it’s the last penny you’ll ever get out of me. Absolutely crooked and fuxed payouts.Just played slingo GOLDEN ENVELOPES. Staked £56,got into bonus round where you have to pick 3 GOLDEN ENVELOPES,Before I picked any envelope I saw that my balance had increased by £30.lo and behold I won mini jackpot of £30.This happened 3 times, staked £32,staked £53,same result. How can this be unless the payout is fixed, the 4th and last game I staked over £65 and still didn’t get into bonus round., so stopped playing this game. I generally like Boylesports and it is in my top three online Casinos. However, the customer service through the chat function is awful. I dread if anything goes wrong (a couple of times I’ve had to query payouts) or if I just have a general query because you have to go into battle with their chatbot! It just keeps giving you irrelevant articles time after time no matter what you type in. Eventually you have to claim a problem you don’t actually have to circumvent this….but even that doesn’t always work. It might seem inconsequential but if a serious query were to arise you’d probably have to wait until opening hours and ring them. I think there is room for improvement there. I have given only two stars, my generally good opinion of Boylesports notwithstanding, because I have raised this with them by chat and also by email previously but got only a perfunctory ‘thanks for the feedback’ type of reply and nothing has improved….if anything it’s getting worse!

My previous review was replied to asking me to contact them by email. I had already been communicating with them this way and they just hide behind T&C’s to offer a Mobile Offer that is voided without notice if you happen to use an IP address that has ever been used by someone else, which must be reasonably common due to mobile browsing using Dynamic IP addresses. I have asked them to return the £10 spent on my qualifying bet as it was a bet I wouldn’t have placed otherwise, only for more T&C’s to be thrown at me. Anther example of a large company bullying a small person.If however they are willing to actually be amenable, I will quite happily change this reviews to reflect that. We shall see…

I signed up in their welcome offer and lost £10. I didn’t receive the Welcome bonus and when I contacted them. they said I wasn’t entitled to it due to shared IP address, I wasn’t informed of this at any point prior.

I opened an account on Saturday morning for the racing that afternoon. My account got blocked on Saturday afternoon with £50 in it, now it’s Monday evening and my account is still blocked. Absolute dirt odds of winning. In one game I spent 400 in a run of betting 5 to 7.50 a spin, didnt gain back to my balance once, then later the same day I spent 300 in one go without winning more than than 20 or so Euro when I’m betting 5 a spin. Then I started recording and bear in mind this is straight after my other runs of losing. I spent over 130 in one go betting 5 a spin and not once getting anything back. Don’t use the app, the lag and slowness of the app is just generally annoying and it will cost you money. When you go to do a bet but the Boyles lags catches up and you put something else in the bet or it makes u click place bet twice. Terrible app

Good site in comparison to some others good choice of sports. Perhaps only one very small criticism it is a bit slow when manoeuvring the site and trying to download selections so cant place bets quickly
