This review relates to the casino side of bwin. I initially joined up due to the reasonable selection of slots offered – I normally play quite a lot each month and naturally sometimes win and sometimes lose money. Initially with bwin I lost a bit of money then over the next couple of months I had a good run and made a profit ( I’m not talking a huge amount – about 200)
After this I got an email from them saying that I could no longer access their casino section due to a ‘business decision’. I can only assume this is because I won a bit of money on the slots. What a joke!!!

So if you want a company that are happy to take your money when you lose bwin are perfect.
If you want a company who ban you if you win any money from them then again bwin are great.
If you’re serious about playing slots avoid this site – there are plenty of fairer more trustworthy ones out there.

My issue is that I feel like Bwin does not listen to me nor does it try to really help me with my problem. The situation is that I have had a deposit of 500 Euro on the 15th of may and 20 Euro on the 16th of may. Suddenly after 2 weeks I received an E-mail stating that there was a charge back and that I have a debt now of 520 Euro.

I have never charged the money back nor have I ever received the 520 Euro back on my bank account. So I contacted Bwin support about this and also the live chat several times. They stated that there was a charge back and I had to provide evidence that this was not the case. I provided A PDF document with my bank statements of the entire month of may.

Bwin support told me their team is investigating the matter and I have to wait till the 4th of june because I should receive the money by then. And till that time I should wait there is nothing I could do. Several times I have asked if the debt is not a problem and I should not worry about it and I got the answer that I just should wait. Today my account on Bwin got closed and I received an E-mail back that I have to pay the debt now.

I’m very angry and disappointed in Bwin as they promise and communicate certain information with me but the opposite seems to happen.

Despite the general feeling of unfairness in the poker platform, I wish to inform people that I have litterally just been robbed. I have been playing for several years intensly and have never seen that nor thought it could be possible.

I have just won a 3 usd spin, x5, but the 15 usd did not appear in my cash balance after that. I have never seen such thing and I am waiting for the support to react, but I can assure you that the feeling is aweful. It's not the amount, rather the fact that this could happen. It difficult enough to win money. Now you don't even get what you won. Maybe it's just a bug in their program that is supposed to rob you without you noticing…

Well I can only hope the provided information will prove me right and I will get my money but it is a shame in my opinion that it could even happen. I will give another rating after Bwin answer if I get one…

Got an answer from the support saying my account was credited (at least they answer). Thing is transaction history shows a weird "initial balance 0" "final balance 0" on this transaction, while it usually shows the difference of amount before/after in ALL transactions (I have thounsands, strangely it's the only transaction with 0 before 0 after). So there definitely is something shady there. I keep on fighting with my transaction screenshot and see what they say. Now I am not only being robbed but treated a liar. I find it extremely worrying that a cash win disappears like that in such an important website. It looks like a core security issue to me. What can I do? Sue bwin for 15 usd? Keep this thread up to date as a feedback for all to see.

3 days to approve your withdrawal when u do it on verified account with passport and to the same card that you have deposited. And when you do it before weekend you can receive your money in a week or more if bank holidays?? But there is an opportunity to cancel your withdrawal all the time.

The pay out is manipulated so you can't win, matter how much you pay in. The customer support is a joke, they treat you like you have nothing to say and don't respond to any question. I was winning 2000 eurs on a slot in a bonus game as this suddenly stopped when I hit the win. Customer service told me that there is no win because the slot was not working correct. All the win got canceled and customer support refused to answer me after telling me that they have no time for things like this. It's the worst manipulated casino I ever experienced. Don't sign up or play there. They will send you daily offers to push you for deposit money. 10 free spins worth 0.10 cents if you deposit 50 eurs, a joke. Also there is absolutely no control for a fair gambling… Avoid it, it's a real scam…

Vey bad service there. Don't open an acct . They take days for withdrawal and everytime they block the proceeding saying there is an issue without any notification. I had to send photos of ID, passport 4-5 times for withdrawal that is still pending. But for deposit its immediate without any issue. They are cheaters and mislead us with their bonus that takes X35 times the wager to it to withdraw. That cheating and open fraud. Very bad experience.

The company wrote me an email saying that they encourage customers to gamble and that you cannot withdraw your money because they want you to bet with it. This is not in the terms and conditions and was not part of any offer, they simply refuse to pay out their customers.

Avoid this crap company. They charged me resettlement fee of my bets because one event was cancelled and they recalculated my winnings wrongly. Then I looked at my history and have seen 3 tickets won but resettlement charged at same amount as my 3 tickets so I got no winnings at all. After emailing their customer services and support team with evidence they advised they can see sth else on their end but never got response why they charged me and got no winnings at all!!! They are stating that I received them but i didnt!!! Complete utter sh**. Thieves and knob hea** thats all I can say. Will never use them again and will encourage my friends and family not too!!

Customer service isn't very good. Spoke to an advisor called Eric Jose on live chat and they just said 'closing the conversation' now and went. Other websites tend to ask if theres anything else then can help you with. Found them quiete rude and unhelpful. Won't be using this site in future.

This Casino is trash, it's a scam, they manipulate costumer accounts, so you have no chance to win. They steeling money from the accounts and if you complain they just close your account. The costumer service refuse to answer. In the most countries they don't have valid licenses, so you as gambler have no protection. I deposited some money and wanted to bet. But i couldn't bet. Then i contacted support and they said my account wasn't verifered even though i had done everything they said to do.

now my money is frozen and the support won't help me at all and they claim because i haven't played a bet yet i can't withdraw my bet, but i can't bet anything.

As a customer of Bwin for many years i have never had a problem with my account the last month i was lucky and win some money from betting. I have lost lot of money to this company(BWIN). They limit my maximum bet to 1€ that is really shame and disappointed . Well there is lot of companies there i can find to play. If you win they limit you to 1€ if you lose they send you bonus and promotions to come and lose money and if you win they limit you. My advice is to stay away from this company .

The send me a deposit bonus offer,but i didn't received a bonus.I contacted support which told me that they will contacted me later regarding it ,but noone contacted me.After 24 hours i contacted support again and they said that the offer was a mistake so i cannot receive it! What A piece of s..t bookmaker they are… total trash….I would even given them -100 if possible…they don't have a rating in my book. They keep sending me emails on emails about offers to deposit. I have only deposited 12 dollars and was trying to place a bet and boom your account is closed.

If I could I'd give this bookmakers a big fat ZERO. But one star it is, only because its the bare minimum you can rate.

So let's start. The bonus is awful, the customer service is awful. They restrict your stakes. I was self excluded from Gamstop and still was allowed to open an account. They then closed my account AFTER I had made a deposit and placed a bet, which meant I couldn't even void the bet or cash out from the bet as I was locked out of my account. Customer service is awful, their response was that I was self excluded so my account was locked… I already know this. I'm asking why I was even allowed to open an account and deposit and place a bet in the first place.
