You probably will read this when you lost everything but let it place here for bwin sponsors and people who reads review before they register with bwin.

Took a couple time outs, each time I was credited with free bets within a day or two of setting the time out. When the time outs expired I reciveyno free bets over a long period, timed out again mostly out of annoyance not so much a game issue, was credited with another free bet. Asked to receive one of these bets when my account reopened and was told I had to use the others in three days hahahaha jesus christ.. Mentioned to a customer service advisor that I should time out again because there service is a joke and she shut my account indefinitely even without confirmation hahaha coral it is then….

If I could I'd give this bookmakers a big fat ZERO. But one star it is, only because its the bare minimum you can rate.

So let's start. The bonus is awful, the customer service is awful. They restrict your stakes. I was self excluded from Gamstop and still was allowed to open an account. They then closed my account AFTER I had made a deposit and placed a bet, which meant I couldn't even void the bet or cash out from the bet as I was locked out of my account. Customer service is awful, their response was that I was self excluded so my account was locked… I already know this. I'm asking why I was even allowed to open an account and deposit and place a bet in the first place.

But if you do want good online bookmakers I recommend Bet365 with their generous bonuses and sportsbook and live steaming. Also betway I found is rather good too with good bonuses. But stay away from Bwin. Bunch of scammers who take your money and customer service who don't care to help you out.

Im a life long gambler with realistic views on winning. I joined bwin around 6 months ago and after s few winning horses i was redtricted to a measly 1.25p
Stake. They advertise best odds guaranteed but never honour their pledge. Even though their website is miles less efficient than the bigger firms. They offer 5 free spins occasionally but only if you deposit a set amount 20 to 50. Their withdrawal time is extremely slow as they hope you will reverse withdrawal.
This morning i thought i would check if they had improved, after 87 losing spins at a 1 stake on slots i attempted to put the remaining 13 i had left on the horses. They priced up a outsider at 150/1 and refused me a 1 bet at that price,

Now same thing has happened to me. I feel terrible, is there no law agency to report the Scammers to? I deposited, no problem, i won my first bet 27USD won 54USD.

I cannot withdraw, i sent document National ID, waiting for verification. Next day i could not sign-in again, said to contact operations. I did, they told me "We have received your documents. However the documents we have received doesn't confirm with verification standards."

No explanation, and just closed my account, my money is still in there. Now they want to own my money?

Who can i report these guys to, for legal action. Thieves are far away in Gibraltar. Which Legal bodies track these Gambling sites for fcuk sakes. They are robbing people with impunity

Hey guys, i don't know what the problem with all of you guys is but i live in Belgium, i deposited 350€, did a 10€ bet, and wanted the 340€ back in my bank account, with the fast bank transfer it wasn't a problem at all, don't forget to not use spaces when you fill in your details, money came in 3 workdays or so to ING, so i highly recommend this site, i't doesn"t take any fees too so that's just great!!!!!!

Awful.
Restricted to starting prices on horses very quickly with the usual nonsensical mass emails all bookies seem to send out when you have a couple of wins.
Mediocre odds with typical bookmaker customer focus, ie none at all.
A law unto themselves who want mugs to hammer their slots and and lose as you will.
Slow to return your money too.
Always check your odds too as they can and do shift them from fixed odds to lower SPs without advising you, I noticed this when a bet was declared a NR.
