Predatory practices. They let you sign up and bet, but then won’t offer the sign up bonus, won’t say exactly why. Will make an official complaint to the Gambling Commission. If you intend to block someone from having the welcome bonus at least tell them before they deposit or gamble money, some sites do that and it’s fair that way. Won’t recommend or use again.

What a disaster… I joined, deposited, played casino, placed a few sports bet. Woke up the next day to a locked account and was told there was nothing to worry about. I then received an email asking me for a few documents which I sent and I was hereby self excluded for 6 months. I then had to get my money off of the site and they essentially surrendered my bonus money which included 2 winning bets that paid out in bonus funds. They said I cannot withdraw the bonus money and refused to explain why they kicked me off. So I essentially had to surrender 4 figures of bonus money because I was self excluded involuntarily, without explanation.Upon dealing with support, I was told that I was suspended due to “remarks” I had made, but I never even contacted anyone until after my account was locked.None of this makes any sense, and while I am able to withdraw funds, they stole bonus money from me and refuse to connect me to anyone in the payments or operations team.Absolutely stay away from these crooks.

This company has the worst communications. Small payouts are fine. As soon as there an issue, good luck trying to get it solved. Customer service will respond, you’ll get 8 different people apologizing and thanking you for your patience, and two weeks later operations does not do their work. Senior management doesn’t care or just straight up lies. Two different senior staff members straight up lied. I recommend moving the bet365, sportsinteraction, or any other sportsbook cause this website is a joke. You will not see your money.

I signed up on a Saturday aroun 16.00 and was told I can deposit up to 150 eur before they verifiy my documents. Put 15 eur on, logged back in on Sunday around 12.00 and could not deposit anything. I contact support and they tell me I need to get verified to deposit more. I asked them why , since less than 24h ago I was offered by them different conditions, and no explanation. These were terms and conditions offered by them that changed in under 24h, between two non-working days, with no notice, and no explanation. Who does that? It is so unprofessional.

I am sad, that I can’t give it a 0 stars.When you win, internet gets blocked. When you restart the game your winning is gone. It happened to me 7 times already.I am not a huge gambler, once in 7-8 months I will play one. In my small experience, this is the worst casino, atleast in my experience here in Belgium. Avoid this casino!!!I played the daily free game and won 5 free spins, playing through the spins I then won a bonus round. I had won around 20 pounds when the game crashed and kicked me out into the lobby. Upon return entering the game it had played through the bonus in background and said I’d won £42 I then finished the remaining free spins and left the game o lay to find no money in my account. Bwin has stolen my money. Here is how, and why you should not transfer any money to these fraudulent scammers.In July, I opened an account and made two transfers of 15€ in total. I made two bets, one of which was successful in October. The balance slightly increased.When I tried to login to my account again, it displayed a window with my personal details but refused to let me go further. I contacted the help chat and was told I would receive an email with assistance.Two days later, having received no email, I tried to log in again and received a message saying my account had been closed.I contacted their customer service by email. They replied that the account was closed due to a major error by them. They asked me to provide my bank details, which I did.They then wrote back to say they now need a bank statement in pdf form!I suspect they have been hacked by scammers.They have all my account details: I transferred them money from my account in the first place!Be careful and do not engage in this scam!

I tried to open an account. After several technical issues, I decided to close the account without depositing.But, the account closure section does not work. I tried to contact their customer service, but there was no customer service.Also, their dashboard is loading slowly because of heavy JavaScript codes. I cannot close the account and remove my data.
