I have a account on bwin for couple years I’m a active better mostly for fun but deposit a lot of money to bwin all different range starting from 25 to 1000 euros last time I made a acca from 40 euros 11 teams to win 7,951,13 euros +3200 euros from boosted acca so got paid around 11,115,58 I put 4500 on 2 teams I won so in total 16k tryed to withdraw 10k to my PayPal after 2 days still nothing and suddenly my account is temporarily suspended I go to livechat they want some documents I send them full ID back and front + bank bills + holding my ID next to my face after I did send this next day it says my account is suspended so going back to livechat now they want me to send it back via email and wait around 24 + 72 hours until they review. one TIP IF YOU WANT TO PLAY IN BWIN JUST PLAY FOR FUN IF YOU TRY TO WITHDRAW SAY GOODBYE TO YOUR MONEY. What a disaster… I joined, deposited, played casino, placed a few sports bet. Woke up the next day to a locked account and was told there was nothing to worry about. I then received an email asking me for a few documents which I sent and I was hereby self excluded for 6 months. I then had to get my money off of the site and they essentially surrendered my bonus money which included 2 winning bets that paid out in bonus funds. They said I cannot withdraw the bonus money and refused to explain why they kicked me off. So I essentially had to surrender 4 figures of bonus money because I was self excluded involuntarily, without explanation.Upon dealing with support, I was told that I was suspended due to “remarks” I had made, but I never even contacted anyone until after my account was locked.None of this makes any sense, and while I am able to withdraw funds, they stole bonus money from me and refuse to connect me to anyone in the payments or operations team.Absolutely stay away from these crooks.

This company has the worst communications. Small payouts are fine. As soon as there an issue, good luck trying to get it solved. Customer service will respond, you’ll get 8 different people apologizing and thanking you for your patience, and two weeks later operations does not do their work. Senior management doesn’t care or just straight up lies. Two different senior staff members straight up lied. I recommend moving the bet365, sportsinteraction, or any other sportsbook cause this website is a joke. You will not see your money.

I signed up on a Saturday aroun 16.00 and was told I can deposit up to 150 eur before they verifiy my documents. Put 15 eur on, logged back in on Sunday around 12.00 and could not deposit anything. I contact support and they tell me I need to get verified to deposit more. I asked them why , since less than 24h ago I was offered by them different conditions, and no explanation. These were terms and conditions offered by them that changed in under 24h, between two non-working days, with no notice, and no explanation. Who does that? It is so unprofessional.

I am sad, that I can’t give it a 0 stars.When you win, internet gets blocked. When you restart the game your winning is gone. It happened to me 7 times already.I am not a huge gambler, once in 7-8 months I will play one. In my small experience, this is the worst casino, atleast in my experience here in Belgium. Avoid this casino!!!I played the daily free game and won 5 free spins, playing through the spins I then won a bonus round. I had won around 20 pounds when the game crashed and kicked me out into the lobby. Upon return entering the game it had played through the bonus in background and said I’d won £42 I then finished the remaining free spins and left the game o lay to find no money in my account. So I phoned customer service and after 3 calls have been told that the tech department looked at the 5 free spins and saw no winnings. I made two bets, one of which was successful in October. The balance slightly increased.When I tried to login to my account again, it displayed a window with my personal details but refused to let me go further. I contacted the help chat and was told I would receive an email with assistance.Two days later, having received no email, I tried to log in again and received a message saying my account had been closed.I contacted their customer service by email. They replied that the account was closed due to a major error by them. They asked me to provide my bank details, which I did.They then wrote back to say they now need a bank statement in pdf form!I suspect they have been hacked by scammers.They have all my account details: I transferred them money from my account in the first place!Be careful and do not engage in this scam!

I tried to open an account. After several technical issues, I decided to close the account without depositing.But, the account closure section does not work. I tried to contact their customer service, but there was no customer service.Also, their dashboard is loading slowly because of heavy JavaScript codes. I cannot close the account and remove my data. Absolutely terrible bookmaker. Created an account, did their welcome offer, was granted the free bets and back up bets, to then be stake restricted to 80p on every bet I attempted to place (with the free or back up bets). Contacted their live chat and was told I was no longer eligible for bonuses (despite being given the bonuses already). I explained that this was not legal as they had not informed me previously and can not impose restrictions on my account for a bonus that I had already qualified for. As you would expect I just had scripted responses that did not answer the questions I posed. I accept that you will not offer future bonuses, however you can not legally prevent me from placing free bets I had already fully qualified for. Later that day I received an email stating that I was not eligible for future offers but could use the “full value” of any free bets I had already received. If I had not of contacted live chat, this would have been the first I was told of this. When I responded to them to show that they were preventing me from using the “full value” of the bets, yet again I was told that I was not eligible for free bets, despite them being on my account but only being able to use 80p of them and not the “full value”. I was then told that this would be escalated to look into it further and I would have a response in “24-48 hours”. It has now been a week and nearly 10 follow up emails from me and I have heard nothing. I have already raised a case with IBAS, as they are now ignoring my emails, when I point out that I was not able to use the “full value” of the free bets and will continue leaving negative reviews wherever possible. I joined and started playing in the casino a couple of weeks ago. When I had won £320 in winnings I decided to withdraw. I used my debit card and was told that I don’t know payment back to my account normally takes between one and three days. Five days later still no payment back I contacted BWIN via live chat and this is the response I received. “Well, as funds were processed on 13th, as per our processing times, these should have reached you by yesterday at the latest, however due to the delay it seems to be taking a little longer.”The so called delay was a message allegedly given by their technical team that there was an issue in funds being sent back to people’s accounts. I then asked how long the delay is likely to be and this was the response…. “Unfortunately, I am unable to confirm how long, but can assure you this is being investigated with top priority by our team”.
