Wish I’d have read these before playing on this site. Terrible site for withdrawals and bonuses. My withdrawal and as I’m writing I am still waiting for it should take 4hrs max for faster payment and I’ve use coral and party poker regularly and they are all owned and operated the same and never have I waited any longer than 2 hours. Also played through £10 for 20 free spins and didn’t receive them and again filled in a survey they emailed to me and said 25 free spins would be credited on this day and again not received them. I’d avoid this site completely if you’re looking for a new site to play.

Got to love the way these criminals allow you to deposit hundreds of pounds with zero wins, no bonuses and then block you for a month saying you’ve reached your loss limit only to then allow you to do it all again the next month when obviously you think maybe this time but no..I swear this is no salty review..it just keeps happening over and over again..example..I have deposited nearly £300 this week alone and have recorded 1 bonus on fishin frenzy and won £3.20..???? If these places are regulated then why is all this happening to us? I understand the way gambling works but this is just robbery..

Customer Support HellHad over 20 hours of dialogue with chat support to try and get a $3000 withdrawal out. Every time they would move the goalposts (ex. “send us your id and proof of address”, “we can not longer send to that bank account, please provide a different one”).Chat support would deliberately take a long time to respond. Stalling constantly. I still haven’t gotten my money, please stay away.

SPORTSBOOK SCAM!Another of the many websites/sportsbooks that will ban and restrict you from betting if you win more then a few hundred dollars. Registered with them a week ago, deposited $1300.. won a few hundred on 4-5 bets then bam.. Max $2 bets only. Now they make it impossible to withdraw your money going to be a 30 day process. Such a FRAUD!

massive scam and crazily aggressive attitude, first showed me wrong odds (like odd of 2) but when placed it’s confirmed with odd if 1.3.. what’s the point betting then? and then asked them, guy Kevan wouldn’t answer my question, just kept telling to accept it as it is, i told him he had to investigate it as it costed me financial loss, i was underpaid, and then he blocked me saying i claimed to have a “financial difficulty”, i later spoke to his manager Becky who also tried to twist my words to talk me into the “self-exclusion” program, crazy staff getting personal and banning people accounts for revenge after scamming you

I fill sick from this site. Seriously ? I’m currently an active player with bwin online casino…at first I’m having a great impression playing with bwin at no issues at all…I’m at my 9th level too for bwin VIPclub and about to reach the last stage by meeting the required turover..late I’m encountering problem when doing my deposit ..I used my bank account to process my deposit..first incident is for 10.000php..i submitted a deposit request on the payment method page..i used the bank transfer method they have wherein it will show the details of the receiving bank for my deposit.at when I do my deposits it was all smoothly process and confirmed but late I started having problem…not only once but trice.for my first incident ,I deposited 10.000php,followed the instruction and successfully processed my deposit…got my confirmation from my bank and the money was taken out of my account..after submitting the payment form ..I’ve waiting for my 10k to show on my bwin account…3hrs had passed and still not credited..I decided to chat bwin CS and explained wat happen…after telling then my concerns they asked me to send screenshot of my deposit..good thing I’ve taken some…so I send it to the CS..after the long wait for them to review it CS came back and sd that bwin hadn’t received my deposit ..so I ask how come it’s not received if on my tx receipts says it was successfully transfer..I even got a text from my bank confirming that it was processed…I called my bank to confirm and was told that they’ve recieved it…CS insist that they don’t received my deposit contradicting on wat my bank is saying and wat my receipts are showing…and still they never gave it back….after an hour…I did try to do another deposit just to consider was some faults in we don’t have any control with that causing the delay is posting…but still same incident happen..I chatted CS again and was told the same thing…exactly as wat was told to me earlier that time…to make it short again they haven’t credited my deposit…and for the 3rd time it happen again just now ..same same old techniques they have for scamming or stealing money from the players…so guys don’t ever ever try to trust Bwin …think trice B4 u jumped in…

This company should be shut down. After placing the bet and winning it they voided it after the event claiming it was a event lenght error from them. Absolute scam company. Use another bookmaker guys. These guys won’t compensate you for their mistakes and won’t pay out your winnings iether. Shut down this company now. I lost over 200 euros of winnings in one day. No issues with other proper betting sites like betfair. Stay away from unibet and 10bet too.

Send me email asking to do a survey and said if I complete the survey I will be credited 5 free bet, I completed the survey which took me more than 20 minutes but never credited the 5 free bet. Never trust this site

The live chat agents weren’t very helpful, but my worries were eased when the money hit my bank account. It took a bit longer than expected though, which is the reason for the 4* – it took 48h for verification, and ~36h to hit my bank account after my withdrawal was approved.My withdrawal was $18k CAD which worried me a bit, but it ended up being no problem.

Betway is pretty great. I have been a Betway user for quite some time and for the most part Ive had good experiences and actually enjoy using this sportsbook. Unfortunately, I tried to withdraw $5800 last Wednesday. Betway confirmed my withdrawal and settled it as paid on Friday. I did not receive my funds while also being told to contact Gigadat to inquire. Gigadat bounced me back to Betway, stating that no withdrawal got pushed to their system, but Betway says its paid. This is a serious concern as no funds have been released to myself and its been over a week. I really do like utilizing this app, but no customer should have to chase their withdrawals, especially when our deposits always work I have obtained my bank statement for this period to aid in this process but still have not heard from Betway. Have some OK sports promotions but stay away from their casino games. I only gave this company one star because honestly I couldn’t give zero. The online casino is a joke and if you just want to waste your time spending money with no returns play on this casino. They consistently play you by making you wait for any bonus’s for at least half your waged money then give you bonus’s for next to nothing an example of this is…. Start 100 you start playing and might get a 4 to 5 win (play with 1 a spin) you get a lot of little 6p or 20p or 50p wins which are all losses but it feeds you the fact they are wins (they go towards your win count) and when you get down to nearly 33% of your balance they give you a bonus and it pays you say between 1 and 35 most times on the very rare occasion it might pay you 60 I am basing this on multiple games like book of dead , legacy of dead, king kong cash etc the popular games. then it just dead spins out time after time this happened in the 2 months I investigated this site. So don’t waste your time or money on this casino there are better ones out there and since they took away the auto spins on all sites it has just gone crazy bad with no wins in over two months on this site, but the computer algorithms will show 1.60 bonus’s as you got a bonus and I will tell you this I got 2 bonuses on the run where it paid zero amount (piggy bank bills) and it took over 100 to get them which some people might say well that’s gambling… no that’s ripping people off.
