I’m currently an active player with bwin online casino…at first I’m having a great impression playing with bwin at no issues at all…I’m at my 9th level too for bwin VIPclub and about to reach the last stage by meeting the required turover..late I’m encountering problem when doing my deposit ..I used my bank account to process my deposit..first incident is for 10.000php..i submitted a deposit request on the payment method page..i used the bank transfer method they have wherein it will show the details of the receiving bank for my deposit.at when I do my deposits it was all smoothly process and confirmed but late I started having problem…not only once but trice.for my first incident ,I deposited 10.000php,followed the instruction and successfully processed my deposit…got my confirmation from my bank and the money was taken out of my account..after submitting the payment form ..I’ve waiting for my 10k to show on my bwin account…3hrs had passed and still not credited..I decided to chat bwin CS and explained wat happen…after telling then my concerns they asked me to send screenshot of my deposit..good thing I’ve taken some…so I send it to the CS..after the long wait for them to review it CS came back and sd that bwin hadn’t received my deposit ..so I ask how come it’s not received if on my tx receipts says it was successfully transfer..I even got a text from my bank confirming that it was processed…I called my bank to confirm and was told that they’ve recieved it…CS insist that they don’t received my deposit contradicting on wat my bank is saying and wat my receipts are showing…and still they never gave it back….after an hour…I did try to do another deposit just to consider was some faults in we don’t have any control with that causing the delay is posting…but still same incident happen..I chatted CS again and was told the same thing…exactly as wat was told to me earlier that time…to make it short again they haven’t credited my deposit…and for the 3rd time it happen again just now ..same same old techniques they have for scamming or stealing money from the players…so guys don’t ever ever try to trust Bwin …think trice B4 u jumped in…

All i can say is i lost 1.5k Pesos I’m filipino btw in dollar i say $26 I lost it all lol in one day but hear me out or who’s gonna read my review, i just gaven it another chance if they do take all of my money again i guess I’m gonna be salty lol because what can you say it’s a casino you loss alot of money because they also need to earn right? All their sait is wery glitchy.. when you use their app from PC there is no search button if you want some specific slot.. also its impossible to find help section.. whatever you want, you need a phone! Their app for PC is something terrifying..

This company should be shut down. After placing the bet and winning it they voided it after the event claiming it was a event lenght error from them. Absolute scam company. Use another bookmaker guys. These guys won’t compensate you for their mistakes and won’t pay out your winnings iether. Shut down this company now. I lost over 200 euros of winnings in one day. No issues with other proper betting sites like betfair. Stay away from unibet and 10bet too.

The live chat agents weren’t very helpful, but my worries were eased when the money hit my bank account. It took a bit longer than expected though, which is the reason for the 4* – it took 48h for verification, and ~36h to hit my bank account after my withdrawal was approved.My withdrawal was $18k CAD which worried me a bit, but it ended up being no problem.

Betway is pretty great. I have been a Betway user for quite some time and for the most part Ive had good experiences and actually enjoy using this sportsbook. Unfortunately, I tried to withdraw $5800 last Wednesday. Betway confirmed my withdrawal and settled it as paid on Friday. I did not receive my funds while also being told to contact Gigadat to inquire. Gigadat bounced me back to Betway, stating that no withdrawal got pushed to their system, but Betway says its paid. This is a serious concern as no funds have been released to myself and its been over a week. Have some OK sports promotions but stay away from their casino games. I only gave this company one star because honestly I couldn’t give zero. The online casino is a joke and if you just want to waste your time spending money with no returns play on this casino. This company closed my account because I was not meeting ‘responsible gaming requirements’ they claim they use to prevent ‘problem gambling’.Sure, I’ve stepped up my gambling this week, but that was due to the darts tournament.I’m not exactly loaded, but I do have an household income of well over 67k a year, so I don’t think betting 90 is the end of the word, nor implies I have a gambling problem.It appears this site upsets quite many people in one way or another. Couldnt give one star otherwise I would, be greatful even got one. Deposited on paddy power, won some money. When I withdrew my account was suspended. All ID given to them as they requested, account verified yet 3 weeks later my account is still suspended with no communication what so ever. I never leave reviews usually but Im so frustrated with the company. I placed a bet and received 2 free bets which all went smoothly. When placing the 2 free bets I found a team I fancied to win and as it was a good price I put both free bets on this team, which won. I was contacted a short time later saying that I had breached the terms and conditions by placing both bets on the same result. As this was against terms and conditions the bet and winnings were voided, which is understandable but was a totally honest mistake. I contacted the company to explain and accepted that as I breached the terms and conditions then the bet should be voided. As this was a genuine mistake however I asked if the free bets could be reinstated but they informed me this would not be done and am now banned from receiving any further bonuses or promotions. As I said previously this really was a genuine mistake and if I had bet on 2 opposite outcomes so that one of the bets would win then I would understand being banned from receiving further bonuses.As much as this is frustrating for me I suppose I am also writing the review so that people are aware and take note of the terms and conditions within these bonuses.
