If you're looking for free bets stay away from this site, I've put close to 10000 euro into this site in the last 12 months and have got about 5 free bets, absolutely awful, and I emailed them and they said it's on some kind of a promo scale or something which is complete bulshit, it's good for quick cashouts that's about the only reason I use it but am looking for a replacement site, the site also freezes alot, the customer service is terrible…..I have the emails and can confirm the money put into account, they're greedy,I took a timeout on pokerstars which is up soon, every week I got a free bet off them, I'll be back using them full time when my timeout is up, use pokerstars for sport betting if you want free bets or William hill aren't bad either….this is what I received……

Hi paul, I'll be honest I'm getting way better free bets with mr play, and they're consistent, I'm gonna use the site that looks after me best, I could do a bet on champions league football and they'll give me a 200euro free bet every time,for the next night of champions league or premier league football,matching my bet up to a max of 200 euro, I'm getting these twice a week, obviously I bet more than than 200 to get the 200 free bet, but they're consistent….. that's just it, I bet 5000 in one week on yer site and I think I got 2×100 euro free bets, its laughable really…..

Bwin closed my account and asked for some documents for the account verification. I have sent the necessary files. At first, they said verification is going to be completed in 72 hours. However, later they sent another e-mail and stated that a 3rd party is going to check my documents and there is no exact date or timescale. I contacted customer service and they did not provide any information for the reason for account closure and neither due date for the verification process.

Right now, I cannot access my account and cannot bet, deposit or withdraw. They do not provide any due date for this verification process. Because my account is closed without any reason, I cannot withdraw my deposit and winnings either.

They claim to accept maestro, but be aware that this does NOT include debit cards.
When placing a bet on anything be aware of what time scale they specify. There is a chance that they wont directly indicate the time scale for which your bet is valid, (so they can basically legally scam you, even though it will specify somewhere in the website help center).
The website is slow and blocky. If you have a credit card I would recommend using a different site that is more open and clear with its users.
However apart from a bad starting experience, this site does seem to be secure and fun to use. Once you figure out where they slightly mislead you the experience is a good one.

Bwin was a decent company until late last month and it showed me what a scam company they are. Disabled my wallet with over $16004 in it for no reason and support couldn't help after days of no reply. I contacted Bestresolute.com and they helped me out and were able to get back my money from them. It has been over 3 weeks since my initial withdrawal, but then there was an issue which was stuck on the final processing stage which had to dealt with the payments department. I have recently tried to log in again to place some bets, but my account has been permanently suspended due to "business decision".
