I would give 0 stars if i could. No customer service, no responses to emails, live chat is never online. Withdrawals sitting pending with no sign of being processed. Restricted after about 10 bets on ascot event. Service needs licence withdrawing.Possible fake 5 star reviews here tooOne trip to google will show up the amount of negative reviews and complaints on these guys, save yourself the stress and hassle and leave well aloneUpdate: did get money eventually and we all got a BS email about Severe technical issues etc meaning a delay over that ascot weekend…all the other bookies on same sports betting platform had no issue, shambles and restricted anyway so they can waste some other customers time instead

I have bad experience with mobile bet!!!So, I won and now I want to withdraw my money. The problem is that in the withdraw menu there is only one option: via credit card!!! I wrote them more than 10 mails for the past 2 weeks to add also skill and bank transfer via Trustly(as is shown to their site) but mobile bet did not do it and even did not answer to any of the mails I sent them!!!Now I have contacted gambling commission and IBAS on the matter!

They’re a pretty damn good bookmaker. Odds are reasonable, though nothing to shout off the rooftops about, and there’s usually a decent array of offers available (extra places on the races or golf; enhanced odds on football etc).Their deposit and withdrawal processes are also very easy to understand. Overall it’s a good service as a bookmaker.

BetClic is the worst bookie I have ever encountered. My account was limited to less than 5 euro every 24 hours for no apparent reason. I was literally baffled as to why they restricted my account, because I won just a few small bets after the first week or two of opening my account – it’s not like I was some pro gambler raking in thousands, or playing unfairly. I don’t think I even made a profit to be honest. When I asked why it was limited they told me it was under their discretion and refused to look into it. A big F you to BetClic and its owners, I hope this bookie gets shut down. Save your money and go to a proper bookie that treats its customers with respect.

wont accept proof of address because its not a high street name bank. but its exactly what they asked for a a4 print copy showing all 4 corners of a bank statement within 3 months , which it is. all i can say is if its this hard to verify yourself imagine the challenges when it comes to withdrawing

Found this new gaming site based in Malta. I love casino games especially blackjack they have a few blackjack platforms easy to deposit via PayPal and the fastest withdrawal I have ever experienced beating Skybet so that a good positive indicator. On the negative the single deck blackjack platform doesn’t pay 6/4 it pays 6/5 on a blackjack hand. Sports book is min stake 0.50p on multiples bets which is a bit on the heavy side for a stay at home punter. The cash out is a bit suspect I placed a 5 team football acc halftime 2 teams losing cashout was available. As soon as the 4th team was in front that’s from the 85th min cashout was not available. I checked terms and conditions and its within the rules just seems an unfair playing strategy to me.The positives out weigh the negatives very fast payment via PayPal.

My honest review from my experience is that I recommend you to sign up elsewhere. You can sign up fine but when you want to withdraw they only accept certain statements from certain banks. I use Barclays and they wouldn’t accept it. Had to fight over a week with them just to withdraw 5000 and get my account passed security..The customer service live chat is terrible as they didn’t help me once. No bookies like winners (obviously) but sportpesa will prolong you as long as possible, you must force them to pay out which is wrong.I contacted them at least 5 times over the same issue. Please avoid this site. After reading some of the reviews I was slightly skeptical at first about these guys, however since signing up Ive been pleasantly surprised. They may not have the selections like Bet365 but when an issue arises they dont feel like the usual non human corporate. I had a slight issue on my account which they got to work to resolve and happily compensated me. Their twitter account support is second to none and once a few little niggles are sorted and they expand their markets I cant see any reason why they wont keep growing. Would easily recommend them

Yeah something isnt right with this site or the sister site. It no longer is linked with bet victor which I wasn’t aware of until recently. The games have all changed and been taken over by a different company. The slots are rubbish and impossible to win on. Tried it out for a few months but excluded permanently now. Don’t trust them at all.

DO NOT SIGN UP, scammers. I made the mistake of signing up with these guys, before reading the reviews. They will harass you with KYC and try to not only interrupt your playing but also withdrawing if you win. Please read the other reviews before you use these. I have decided to seek legal advice after providing multiple types of IDs, front and back, selfies, proof of address, credit cards front and back, etc after all that they go back to asking for a picture of the driver license I am holding, the one I already sent t/em. Please do not use these, there’s so many other sites out there, who won’t harass you like this.

Not that it matters now as theyve been sold – however going forward….You should know that Betbright are completely incompetent. Compliance set my deposit limit to 2k a month in March 2018. I asked them in Feb 2019 why Ive been able to deposit nearly 5k or more some months? They then suspended my account pending investigation.The investigation found that they had accidentally set it as a weekly deposit limit of 2k and not the monthly. At this point Id deposited 44k in a year instead of the maximum 24kni should have been allowed if compliance had done their job properly.They refunded me 8k. I have no idea where they got that figure from but apparently take withdrawals into account even though regardless the maximum I should have been allowed to get on my account was 24k in this period. I think I was down 19k at this point. I asked for my other 11k and they just said that a thorough investigation was done and I wouldnt be getting anything else! So to summarise, please avoid these schoolboys. They are incompetent and your money is not safe!

I hope some of you took my advice and stayed well clear of them. 27 Feb 2018Complete waste of timeI’m a small stakes customer and after reading about the 100% deposit bonus I thought I’d give BetBright a try. So I could have more bets and my money would last a bit longer I deposited the maximum amount 100 & BetBright added another 100. I understand you have to bet so much before the bonus is added to your cash and that is totally acceptable because some people would just deposit and then try to withdraw the bonus and their own deposit. I like to have an interest in NH racing so I opened an account to actually BET not to mess around. So when I went to place my first bet of only 8 EW on a horse priced at 7/1 running at Sandown I was offered only 1.47. I then went to place a 3 Win bet on a 10/1 shot and they would only allow me 1.27. Totally ridiculous! How can they call themselves a bookmaker if they don’t take even small bets. I’ve placed 100s of bets a year like this with Bet365 with no problems at all. Ive now put in a withdrawal “request” for my 100 without placing a single bet. Before I closed my account I was sent a number of emails encouraging me to play in their casino. I’ll say no more!! My advice is don’t waste your time, like they wasted mine, by opening an account with BetBright.

I won on a bet worth 3600,- NOK. Says in the log I won. But have not recived any money. Talked to live chat 6 times. They dont understand anything. And after a lot of explaning they said we fix this, sorry for problems. Still no money. Feels like a scam company. Play elsewhere is my advice.

I won 30 on roulette after a few bets. wanted to withdraw some money as cant on sports in my country (which your not told before you join). apparently I can’t withdraw anything until I have bet 30 times my original deposit and bonus (40 x 30) which is 1200 euro. absolute scammers , avoid at all costs

ATTENTION! I can only advise against Expekt! Its a really bad bookmaker/casino!On my first deposit I claimed the 100% bonus. The bonus was credited separately from the real money on the account.When you play a slot with bonus, the balance changes back and forth between real money and bonus money after each spin. You get totally confused… I’ve never seen such a strange Bonus before….Few days ago, i received an email again for a 10% cashback bonus from Expekt and have signed up for it. After that i made some deposits (total of 250) but i had no luck and coulnt win anything. On the next day i wanted claim my cashback (25)… but I didnt get the bonus. The support tell me that I allegedly didnt sign up for the promotion. But I’m 100% sure I did!!The support could not really help me also. Please do not expect to get promotional bonuses credited to your account as these Sharks will plead ignorance and make you go around the houses, then will still have an excuse not to honour said promotion, especially the Bet Protector one! We’re not stupidI got restricted after a handful of bets and had to send in ridiculous amount of identification in just to get my money back after being restrictedBefore this I kept getting calls trying to get me to bet with them. Warning – Do not bet on their website using a mobile device. Cash out option is shown as a big icon which can accidentally be triggered when scrolling on your phone. Any decent Bookmaker would give you a second option to confirm your decision but not these guys. Hit the option once and you’ve cashed out as per their terms and conditions so give them a swerve.

I would advise people NOT to deposit until you are fully verified. I have sent them everything but my kitchen sink and they are still not letting me withdraw my funds. Now they want a selfie of me holding my ID which I supplied TWICE but all I get back is an automatic response saying it isnt clear enough. Absolutely ridiculous company. Non existent customer service. I honestly dont know how these bookies get away with this sort of behaviour.

done a bet over and under the favourites in a double with a winning horse the bet was under 60 pts it totalled up to 55 went to lift my winnings of over nine hundred pound and they said that a horse that finished 3rd in a six horse race counted they said it was in there rules but out of 20 fellas we couldn’t find it there a bunch of robbing tramps stay away

Decent with quick pay outs and odds but they need to wait till 3pm every day before they process your withdrawal. The worst thing is how tight they are with free bets, 3 grand I bet this month and they think it’s acceptable to offer me a 5 free bet .
