I opened my account and I kid you not minutes later I received an email telling me my account has been CLOSED! I did not even have a chance to upload any documents to be verified, but yet did not pass verification…makes no sense. I got no explanation when I queried this issue with the live chat staff. Smh….don’t even waste your time signing up with this cowboy company.

I wish I had read these reviews before registering with them. Agree with the comments that there is something very shady about this company. Withholding over 1000 of my money for almost one month and dont reply to emails at all other than the odd auto response. Have asked them for clarification on their practices and complaints procedure and they have ignored 6 emails requesting same. Meanwhile they still hold my money. The awful website should have been a sign but Im determined to expose these guys.

Excellent support and Tamas dealt with me professionally, politely and with a friendly attitude. Really like novibet and the selection of games they provide. Personally had no problems myself with regards to games not paying or verification issues and always get a relatively fast response whenever I have contacted support. Withdrawal times are fast and would imagine the only reason anyone gets issues is because they havent followed the correct procedures. Bonuses could be a bit more rewarding as other sites do seem to offer more appealing bonuses but thats just me.

Marathonbet are simply liars. The say they have great bonuses and promotions but Ive deposited 1262 and only received a 1 free bet. I even entered the bonus20 offer for new customers but never received any welcome bonus. I emailed them over a week ago with an issue I have as every time I deposit they automatically log me out and I was told on the phone that he would speak to and escalate it to the relevant department but the issue still happens and they now refuse to fix it as they say the issue is with my device but I explained that it happens on all devices and even devices I do not own so thats the sort of company youll be dealing with. At this stage I feel like they are some what close to being scammers . I had very high hopes when I saw they are part of me green. Lost a lot on money when I made withdrawal of approximately half of the amount I deposited on same day. Received approval confirmation next day which was on 7th September. Since then been casing them and according to them its been paid. Provided them with bank statements. End up getting confirmation from bank that I had no block on receiving money. But my money is no were to be found by them. Every time I had contacted them been told I will have a reply and its over 2 weeks. Looks like in the end I have to probably reach ADR or submit small business claim. If they delay is further I might end up submitting winding up petition. Highly unprofessional and had least ending up losing high end customer for them and mr green.

Betclic is pure scam. They closed my account after i made a little bit of profit. Also they let you pay 5 euro under a 15 euro pay out. I had only a few days to pay out my money, so i wanted to bet quick so i could come above the 15 euro and i had bonus money. Than i got a pop up i could not bet while i had reach my max bet ammount. I only bet with 40 euro max per month or so and had the max protector not selected, but off! This is pure stealing. After i contacted the customer support yesterday, i only got a standard answer like they didn’t read my complain. And now, i can’t even unsubscribe to their newsletter! Betsafe initial deposit was taken away after 14 days, which was spelled out clearly in the Terms and Conditions, but what wasnt told in there specifically was that any winnings deemed generated from that bonus deposit will be withdrawn from your account as well as the bonus.
