Don't waste your time or money on them - you're not meant to take any money from them and their Customer Service Team is unable to provide a customer service. Like everyone else, I was forced to close the old Genting website, which I'm sure had unused Reward points, but any unused Reward points didn't transfer over to the new website (same login details and a Welcome Back message) and bizarrely, I was denied access to the new site welcome bonuses. Why? All I get from Genting 'Customer Service' is that it was 'a management decision', but none of the managers are willing or capable of providing a simple explanation, despite numerous emails. Are the welcome bonuses only available to new customers? Did I win too much on the old site? (Ha!) I don't think Genting care a jot about their customers (who contribute to their wages) and I'd bet my last 10p they won't respond to this glowing review with anything other than 'it was a management decision'. On the plus side, I discovered S*y V*g*s offer a great welcome bonus to everyone, and no wagering requirements. Still needed to provide photo and address ID, but they all do. Genting is now removed from my website Favourites, and is unlikely to be reinstated any time soon.

Modern platform with fast documents verification and withdrawals actually not bad, they took 2 days for me. reading these reviews does create questions but I have no reason to believe these people will scam you based on my experience. To lose a Gaming license is not worth the risk

I used STS, put a bet on and my selction was winning, so decided to cash out. Despite pressing the button numerous times, it didn't work. The bet eventually won at full time. I then tried to withdraw the money, I couldn't as they had locked my account.Avoid.

Moved from GG to partypoker... that was a mistake GG is piece of sh** site , but this one is something new . They did let me win one tournament , I believe it was first tournament . After that, omg , tournament after tournament , u run deep , get close to money and then all of sudden u get moved to table where are all big stacks and then fun starts . They deal u such a good hands , flop is miracle for your hand , but there always will be those bots who calls with anything till river and hits magical cars at river to bust u out . It's been like that always . Got so many videos with sick calls after getting moved to New table with rest big stacks . Usually there are from top 15 players at one table. Last night, flopped straight flush , and one mysterious Russian player, calls me with gunshot to straight flush as well, and of course , he rivers bigger straight flush , I was 3rd in chips , he was 2nd in chips , and he bust me out . I mean , I did bet big from beginning as I knew bs like this can happen, he called 75% of his chips till river.... and u wanna tell me it's not bot who played there? AA I believe is the worst hand , had around 20 times AA , won maybe 3 times , small pairs most of the time hits set or rivers straight :) I would highly recommend to stay a from this site . I agree with all the damning reviews. I've dabbled for a few weeks and have seen enough evidence to suggest it is rigged against human players. It's such a shame as I'd really commit to a balanced online poker site, if such a thing existed.

First I have un fortunately given my xerox copy and they didn't approve it and after I called customer care but they told me to sent an email an I have sent it after sending the email they are telling me that the pan card that I sent was no clear an I sent it again for 100times but they are rejecting it and I asked them to provide a link to upload my pancard but they are not sending any link or they are not giving browse option to upload the pan card again this is the worst betting app never seen before guys don't trust this app I can say betway is more better than this app

Even games which typically have good returns, such as Age of the Gods, are sub-standard industry-wise on this site. I came purely for the variety of games and it's all I'm staying for as their bonus schemes are not worth the time or money. Very unusual for a company which is a subsidiary of LC International Ltd who also run Coral and Ladbrokes, (who by the way are much better). Its best you stick to those if you choose this bookmaker or its parent company to gamble with.Please don't respond with "volatility" blah blah. I know how it works and this ain't it. You could play 1000 different games here and the outcome would be the same.Trust the reviews here is my advice

I played high stakes poker and sucked into big hands with winning hand up until last card would change the outcome and I'd lose a $2000 pot with all my stakes in. I know its a gamble but 4 times in a row this happened with only 1/2 possible cards to save opponent. Also noticed later that my same oponents are playing consistently on every table !!!! Robot's rigged ? Last time I use this site ?

This use to be a decent site but after taking a couple of time out's to have a break from gambling they site became unusual.they emailed me almost constantly to ask why i had taken a break, and am i still comfortable with the site then after confirming all was okay i continued to get the same emails. a loss limit was entered on my account and an annoying pop up asking if i wanted to take a break kept coming up. then after using the site for years they requested lots of extra info from me before processing my withdrawal, supplied copies of front and back of card which caused issues, then they wanted a copy of my passport, a copy of a utility bill and a copy of my bank statement, very much over the top in my opinionAbsolute nightmare site, do yourself a favor and use one of the other more reputable sites.

I highly doubt the rating is given by themselves. This company is complete fraud when you try to withdraw money they ask to upload all documents and once approved if you try to deposit and withdrawal they rejected to approved documents and ask you to produce new documents. Trying to block your money for withdrawal

Customer service are a joke. The app is appalling. Make sure and check their T&Cs. They dont mention theyre part of Bet Victor, until you ask about your joining bonus. AVOID.

Deposited and placed bets easily, as soon as I won a significant amount they requested all sorts, which they said was a random check, what a coincidence it was after I tried to withdraw. Sent it all through which of course takes 48hours for them to review, I sent through proof of address and I had it as address: number street name, town. City: City. They then said my address didn't match as they wanted it to say address: number street name. City: Town, City. This all took a while for them to acknowledge. Then after I thought that was everything, no, they wanted me to email them saying I was happy with my level of play, which again took time. Use other sites if you can, make you jump through a lot of hopes to withdrawl but of course can deposit without any issues.I did get my withdrawl eventually. Very frustrating when companies like this try to get out of paying out yet can deposit and place bets without issues and say its a random check,,,, no random checks when deposits, just when you win and try withdraw.

Genuinely impressed! Deposited 40 and won 250. I was a bit concerned after reviews here but needn't have been. Withdrawal method is a bit different, although the original 40 was back in my bank almost instantly, the remaining 210 a few hours later. No issues at all, great casino so far.
